It's in Japanese, but it's not really a very complicated game. There's a bunch of info along with guides on the subreddit https://www.reddit.com/r/grandorder/

If you go in your profile, near the top with some other basic info you have, there's one called "Days Won" - apparently if you have a day where you get the most likes on your posts you get a days won. Somehow I've gotten 3. If you don't have any I'm not certain if it shows it at all, though.
