kaiteck Posted March 29, 2017 Posted March 29, 2017 (edited) Using a laptop or a windows 10 tablet Edit: Hmmm it seems like majority here prefer using a laptop. Guess I'll not buy a tablet for it. How I wished I can make a poll here so I don't have to count. Edited March 30, 2017 by kaiteck Quote
littleshogun Posted March 29, 2017 Posted March 29, 2017 If you talk about playing VN here, I'd like to use laptop as of now. No question here. Quote
Narcosis Posted March 29, 2017 Posted March 29, 2017 Unless you own a tablet with amoled screen and remain mostly on the run, pc is a much more comfortable way to enjoy your favourite vn's. Some of the games might also require a bit higher specs to run smoothly, mainly the 3d slg's and vn's utilising e-mote/Live2d systems. Budget tablets typically have very weak gpu's and those tend to be the ones owned the most. Quote
WinterfuryZX Posted March 29, 2017 Posted March 29, 2017 (edited) Samsung galaxy tab pro s or a microsoft surface pro 4 (not ideal woth lower res tho, I own it and I thnk the samsung with amoled screen is better). Don't get chinese crap, that's wasted money. Edited March 29, 2017 by WinterfuryZX Quote

Tweek91330 Posted March 29, 2017 Posted March 29, 2017 Laptop definitly. 1. At the same price laptop have better hardware. 2. A laptop will be more confortable for almost everything IMO (assuming we're talking about a windows tablet). Quote

I feel more confortable on a laptop, but that's just the way i see it. Oh and by the way, i play VNs on a TV plugged on my computer, and sometimes on a laptop. Silvz Posted March 29, 2017 Posted March 29, 2017 Some laptops nowadays have keyboards that can be put behind the monitor so they "look like" a tablet - it can be pretty useful as a hybrid of sorts. I'd recommend a laptop, as my own experiences tell me that buying a tablet for (insert any useful verb here) is not worth it as they don't have enough power. Quote
Clephas Posted March 29, 2017 Posted March 29, 2017 PC or laptop... I'm using my gaming laptop at the moment, since my windows 7 pc died on me. Quote
