Support USB Auto Sex Sleeve Speed Adjustment!?

I just started Kyuuketsuki no Libra went into the option menu and saw 'Support USB Auto Sex Sleeve Speed Adjustment' option i'm not very sure what it means could someone please explain it to me? it Confuses me

Well, uh, if you have a USB auto sex sleeve then you can adjust the speed of it there, and ... "enjoy" the H-scenes even more.

I'm not sure if that was something that they sold with the original Libra, or if this was some kind of special item sold with the localized version.

Either way, if you don't have the sleeve, they I wouldn't worry about that setting.

If you do have one... then go nuts.
