For less than obvious choice there's Da Capo 3, HatsuKoi, and Wagahigh. Princess Evangile W was seems like the obvious answer as well here. I think that's all that I could think for now. Quote

What have people been playing this past year? In addition to the already mentioned titles, we also have Saku Saku, D.S. Dal Segno, and Little Miss Lonesome which were recently released. Eiyu Senki, Princess X, Naked Butlers all release at the end of the month. You also have the free to play vn on Steam Doki Doki Literature Club that seems to be a hit with people right now. Quote

Subahibi and Dies Irae are the big ones on Steam. Danganronpa V3 was localized and released about three weeks ago. A recent, free, short and decent one is Doki Doki Literature Club. Quote
