Let's see. As for translated VN with chuunibyou heroine, it was quite limited. Although there's some though, and coincidentally it was well known VN. For recommendations, I'll say that Dracu Riot would be good, also with Yume Miru Kusuri and Steins Gate as well. Hope the recommendations will be help.

Chuunibyou pretty much requires that the character falsely believe in their fantasies, lol.  Chuunige are VNs where that fantasy is real.

Anyway, chuunibyou heroines are relatively rare, because not that many writers can manage to create such a character without them seeming excessively absurd.
