The honorifics were already discussed in the last page and an alternate patch with them will be eventually released, but currently it's not a priority.

Keep up the good work tbh it depends on the scene, some are really fun and fly by and some are a slog, though the most relevant factor on how much I can translate per week is how busy I am irl.
