If you still interested with the recommendations, I would suggest you to try both of Island and YU-NO there. The reason for that is a spoiler, so I'll leave it to you to find out about the precursors there.

That's just

post apocalyptical.

The difference between both genres is that the lost tech is in the past from our own present (or circa it), and in post-apo the lost tech is the present's and it's set in the future.

Also in the "lost civilisation" genre the present might not be of doom, whereas in post-apo, the planet tends to be in a terrible state.
