Well for translated version there's still no Noraneko uncensored yet because the sex scenes are still untranslated. That said if you're looking for something similar to Noraneko, perhaps you can either look up for Majikoi or Marco with the latter is all age VN in the first place so no need to worry about the censorship (Bonus point for having same developer). Both of those are still comedic VNs like Noraneko though, although if you're looking for the VN similar to Noraneko and yet a bit of serious perhaps you can try any of translated Yuzusoft VNs (Such as Sanoba Witch, Senren Banka, or Riddle Joker).
