Snaiki Posted March 17, 2014 Posted March 17, 2014 Okay, so i just downloaded the new comyu partial patch pack from fuwanovel but the exe is missing. Any idea why? Also here is the page where i downloaded it https://fuwanovel.net/novels/comyu-kuroi-ryuu-to-yasashii-oukoku
dale Posted March 17, 2014 Posted March 17, 2014 the torrent is fine from what I can see. I just checked the files on the seedbox and comu.exe is there. I didn't play it so I can't tell if it's working but one thing I can say... the torrent is fine. fuwanovel@seedbox:~/seed-files/[Fuwanovel] Comyu partial patch - All routes except Kagome -$ ls comu.cf fgimage.xp3 version.dll comu.exe fgimage.xp3.sig version.sln comu.exe.emb patch2.xp3 video.xp3 data.xp3 patch.xp3 video.xp3.sig data.xp3.sig plugin voice.xp3 engpatch_uninstall.exe Readme.txt voice.xp3.sig evimage.xp3 SupportTools.exe ファイル破損チェックツール.exe evimage.xp3.sig Uninstall.exe ファイル破損チェックツール.ini
Nosebleed Posted March 17, 2014 Posted March 17, 2014 Do a torrent re-check. Make sure the torrent stops seeding, right click it and select force re-check in your torrent client. Like dale said the torrent is fine, i've checked it myself too and comu.exe is there. Maybe you deselected it by accident when downloading. You can check the torrent files in your client to make sure of this.
Flutterz Posted March 17, 2014 Posted March 17, 2014 Might also be your antivirus thinking the exe is malware.
Beato Posted March 17, 2014 Posted March 17, 2014 My antivirus tried to delete the Comu.exe so that's pretty likely.
Snaiki Posted March 17, 2014 Author Posted March 17, 2014 Hmmm... weird cause i have everything, even the comu.exe.emb, only the exe missing
Steve Posted March 17, 2014 Posted March 17, 2014 Most likely antivirus software, antivirus is the biggest virus in your computer, breaking games and all. You should just uninstall any antivirus you have, everything will work fine after that.
Zakamutt Posted March 17, 2014 Posted March 17, 2014 I never had Avast do anything silly like delete files, then again I prolly messed around in its config. If you use norton, that's been known to be invasive and do things in the background like that from what I know.
Snaiki Posted March 17, 2014 Author Posted March 17, 2014 Yes, it was the anti-virus, i just deactivated is an hour an downloaded it again. Thanks for the help minna-san. ...
