A big thanks to everybody who suggested ways we can better support this forum. I heard three requests over and over in the general feedback thread and in private: We need a separate "Projects" board for launched projects (for organization's sake, and because with the other fan TL discussion it's easy for projects to get buried) Project managers need more control (software control) over a launched project's thread Something like a tagging system (or something similar) which could highlight updates to a project would be beneficial I think all of those things are great ideas. Here's what I plan to do: I'll be rolling out a new "Ongoing Projects" forum (which will separate and contain all the Fan TL/OELVN projects which have launched) today or tomorrow Part of the reason for a separate forum is because it will make it easier for me to empower project managers and give them more software control over their threads Tagging functionality (or something similar) and additional control will be implemented as soon as IPBoard launches their upcoming big update and I can gauge how badly it'll break the forums ; ) Thank you for all of your hard work. Please don't be afraid to speak up in the future and let us know what you need.

I realize yeah, you said you'd go through with the whole thing and whatever, but if you're really feeling down, you're free to just take a break. Considering how this was all your decision, you have no obligation to be doing anything for us. Of course, if I'm wrong, feel free to tell me, but at this point, I'm just worried you're forcing yourself to do things you don't want to do. At the very least, if you're feeling down and there's anything we can help with, I'm sure most of us would be willing. Pretty sure most of us would prefer you not feel so down.

The little sister is generally the first and most powerful example of an object of this type of 'protect the weaker side' kind of relationship. Since I have a rl-imouto, I can tell you that when you are a kid, it makes a huge difference. I was... viciously protective of my little sister as a kid. I saved her from drowning once, getting hit by a car another time, and I kept the fact that she'd stolen my dad's vodka a secret. That doesn't change the fact that even at its best, after she hit her teens, we drifted apart... but when I was younger, it was definitely an 'onii-chan' relationship. At least for now, when this issue is still mostly hypothetical, the projects board can be used by anybody as long as legitimate development is going on. I agree a commercial project should be up front about their aims (so volunteers know what they're getting into), but their business model is their own.

What the hell happened in this thread? Putting that aside, as Steve has said, this is one of the oldest arguments known to anime and manga. In my opinion, loli most definitely does not equal child pornography. That would be like saying that someone killed in an action movie equals them, or that actor, dying in real life. It just doesn't work that way. I also see lolis as a substitute for people that are sexually attracted to them. Rather than going after real children, they can have pictures of lolis. Of course there are exceptions to this, just like there are exceptions to anything, but banning something based on the minority of the minority is just asinine, not to mention marketing suicide.

In order to address the problem with Rejet and alikes, I've implemented new setting for AE: "Extract files into subdirectory which contain archive's filename", which is now enabled by default. The build which supports this feature is 0.6.10.420 2014/07/17. You can get it here. In case of scenario.rpd, new AE will create path "scenario.rpd~\scenario\". This is because the "scenario" subdirectory is a part of original archive's structure! No wonder people were messing it up, because they thought the directory was generated by archiver (which wasn't the case at all).

yes you can deny that, just like you can deny people that see killing in a movie don't go and kill people. this argument is as old as the internet and proven invalid all the time, first it was violence in video games, now this. People who commit crimes would have committed them in the first place because they are broken. Violence in videogames or lolis in VNs actually give a chance to the offender to release his anger and lust in those games instead of 3d people.

The both anime and manga was based of a light novel. Normally when a manga is based off a light novel they are translated or drawn very slowly, meaning that the anime is actually ahead of the manga. This has happened for many animes and manga for example Highschool DxD is the anime is up to the 3rd season but the manga is only up to the start of the 2nd season. I believe the translation of Hataraku maou-sama light novels has just started and you might need to wait a while before the light novel is translated up to while the anime is. so to answer your questions: 1) The manga is not up to the anime yet. 2) If you wish to read it then I normally recommond mangatank because you can load all the pages at once making it easier to read and load. 3) The manga is not that different from the anime if I can recall there were only a few small differences that I remember. However if you are talking about the Light novel then there is nomally a hugh difference in content as the Light novel would try to explains things clearly that in anime the creators won't have enought time to include, However I have not yet read Hataraku Maou-sama so this might not be true, maybe someone else can answer this. But I would recommend that if you do read the light novel that you start from the beginning.

Not sure if there are any solid explanations for それ and これ in regards to what you are looking for. Just stick with the basic idea that これ = this それ = that. In regards to your specific example, yes, それ is referring to 目の前に元気な桃花がいれば. The reason it uses それ instead of これ there is more or less the same reason we would use "that" instead of "this". It has a more distant feel than "this". It uses that in this case since it's like "that is an answer right?". これが答えだろう would say "this is an answer right?". I don't really know how to particularly answer your question since this is a very case based thing in my opinion and there aren't particularly any set rules besides the basic definitions of the words.
