You have two ways to go about this (since I assume you want to keep seeing her) a) You pretend nothing happened or b) You sit down and talk to her. Now, I would recommend option b since it would only strengthen your relationship in my eyes. You guys are really close so I can assume she would be accepting of most things you told her anyways. Now on how to go about this: I would agree with Funya. The best way to present this issue is writing down how it made you feel in concise points at first (this is just for yourself, so you can structure the entire thing beforehand). Tell her about your experiences as a guy, how you felt forced into continuing something you didn't want to do, how you felt like shit after it. It's important to communicate your emotions towards each other, but more importantly is how you present it. As long as your starting point is your own feelings, it should be fine. If you approach the issue any other way, you might risk making her feel bad about it (I'm sure she had good intentions about all this) which would probably only worsen the situation. If she's really as close a friend as you say she is, she'll appreciate you even more for telling her about this. Also, please PM me if you feel the need to talk to someone about this in private. From what one of the editors said on Steam, apparently their censorship is limited pretty much only to pictures - text is almost unaltered and the sex still remains in the story (it just isn't explicitly shown), so the plot shouldn't be affected. At least that's what he claims. And yeah, the poor job at cropping is AkabeiSoft's fault, not Sekai's. But... so what? It doesn't change the fact it's a cut version with not-that-great, cropped "HD". And since AkabeiSoft only made an all-ages "HD" version (so - no "HD" H-CGs), the chances for an English 18+ release are very slim. Buying it does NOT support "releasing VNs on the West". It supports the practice of releasing ONLY censored, Steam-DRM-ridden versions of originally 18+ VNs with no choice whatsoever. Because why bother with uncut releases, when people will buy whatever you throw at them anyway?

Nah, I'm good. I dunno, I don't really feel any desire to learn Japanese at all. Not knowing the language has worked out pretty well for me so far and it will take too much of my free time learn it. I learned Japanese through podcasts/tutorial recording as I am jogging everyday. It's not time consuming at all. It's just a lazy man's mentality when you put it that way. Anyway it's your loss. I just dont want to hear any crying and bitching about fantranslators here because of lazy slobs who dont appreciate the time and dedication needed to fantranslate stuff and slave driving our fantranslators.

well if you look at the rar it contains all the scrips for the game so open the first one snr0.txt and if you check around the line 94 you can see that it contains the first line of the first girl オレは大釜で造った手作り風呂に浸かり、今日も夜空を眺めながら のんびりとくつろいでいた。 So put the script in the side and use translator aggregator for the parsing of the machine translator, I know it's no the ideal but it is better than nothing.

I just think it is hard to apply irl. In my case, I just aim to be able to read as my top priority. Hard to apply in real life? If your job involves sales, marketing, or talking to people in general, having more languages you are fluent in is an asset. And say goodbye to being a sore loser waiting for fantranslations to finish as you can pick up most untranslated VN and read it at your own luxury. Learning Japanese is the best thing you can ever do as an avid visual novel reader.

It is worth to pay for the game. First, you are helping a company that is bringing new VNs to the west, and not only "already available" ones. Second, the only real issue is that they removed the H-scenes [which weren't that good anyway]. And I can't see the problem people complain about the cropped CGs. It wasn't even Sekai Project's decision, and they didn't crop essential parts of them, just some borders. They are also in HD, so why not?

Splatoon. It is a great game, which is totally new [a new IP] and it managed to get its own space without relying on other Nintendo games. I think that only people who can't play it [nintendo exclusive] may not agree with me.

You'd expect them to be of a size adequate to fulfill the role of spread on a particular food, but I can't think of any widely consumed product that would require this little butter. This is inconvenient especially because I don't know how many butter packets to take when I need to use them in the future, which is exactly their intended purpose. How am I supposed to know how much butter something warrants when the amount of butter in the packet isn't set to any standard? If it were set to cover a regular-sized slice of bread, then I'd say "I'll just take two" when I intend to apply the butter to a bagel. But no, I cannot fathom any metric justification by which the mass of butter abides. The size of these packets serves no righteous ends. By that I mean that they may be convenient for those who have power over their specifications, because some companies profit liberally by excessive packaging and other iniquitous forms of mass production. But viewing the situation from a zero-sum perspective, this obviously isn't beneficial to the general population. That extra packaging probably costs small companies an additional marginal sum, which adds up to a lot across the board. And it certainly doesn't help myself and other consumers who want larger package sizes.

Don't even get me started on those little pots of jam you sometimes get with them.

I'm quickly realising why my parents were so reluctant to get me a PS1. Yeah Ren, essentially what Funya and Shiko said there. Even as just sex friends, communication is vital to keeping it healthy, as with any variant of any relationship. Especially if you feel that you have been raped in any sense of the word. You don't want to experience something like that again, so you have to make sure that she understands that. Of course, don't be all like "Yo... you guys raped me", but like, make sure you let her know that what you experienced then made you feel very uncomfortable and you felt kind of wrong during it. If she is like a best friend to you, I am sure she will understand. Of course, I don't know her, but I am sure she will. Might feel a little bad about it, but letting her know is absolutely vital so you don't end up in a situation like that again.

Propably the all ages version; which one exactly is left to guess, although I bet they'd try to localize the latest build with all the additional content. I doubt they'd want to put EX on Steam, as those are most propably their current plans, considering their start with Harmonia. It's not like we'll lose anything - h-scenes in LB are just aditional flavor and literally don't bring anything to the story itself. I couldn't care less myself, since it's not something you'd really fap to anyway (unless you're Suika or Flutterz ).

Mosaics are not censorship, because they do not censor anything as an "uncensored" CG never existed in the first place. Mosaics are an integral part of the original Japanese CGs.

-November Update- Hello guys! How are you doing? We're doing just fine..err..more or less actually. We're still alive and kicking despite appearances, however there's some good news and bad news to announce. The good news? The project is very much alive and we're doing our best to complete it ASAP. The bad news.... ...is that we were back to the drawing board with the script. That's right, for reasons yet unspecified Alex_Omega has left the team and we were left without a DEMO script and without anything to replace it. Fortunately we managed to create a solid and consistent framework which will help us in the future once we find a new writer. It's sad and yeah, it's frustrating but all we can do is chin up and keep doing our best. For now, do know that we're in search of talented writers! and we'd very much love to have you if you're interested! So don't hesistate to post below or PM anyone from the team. I'll also post the pro forma below for those interested As for our current status, we have more assets and are still actively working in what can be done for now. Grisaia is mediocre. It has an incredible common route carried by the on point humor, and how well the characters interact, but it's character routes are horrible because it suddenly takes away its strengths to attempt to have a heavy story. It eliminates the fun comedy, and great character interaction, for inconsistent stories that end up changing a characters personality all together (biggest offender is Michiru's route in regards to Yuiji suddenly becoming a dense, cliche male VN protag instead of the smart, thoughtful, witty, character of the common)

A few other notes/suggestions regarding the translation: --Consider dropping "elder." --Perhaps have Harp say "My uncle did that?" Whenever there's a "confirming" line like this (I have no idea what to actually call them in English), I try to make it sound as not-blase as possible. --While いくら can mean "how many," here, it means "even if." (c.f. いくらなんでも, an expression you've probably encountered somewhere before.)

That Reset figure... SOO CUTE!!! I'm no figure expert, but it looks reasonably well detailed too. It's made by GSC so yeah it's pretty highly detailed. Also that VN you have looks beautiful.

Parasite eve 2 <3 Finished it over 30 times got all the finish game bonus weapons and items and there was only one code I newer managed to figure out (Last room in a hotel on second floor in a dessert).

Have exams tommorow. Was getting bored, suddenly remembered that I hadn't watched much anime lately. Randomly decided to watch Durarara! The first episode was pretty good, definitely managed to get me interested. The characters are all interesting too. For some reason I don't want it to become full-blown supernatural, would be better if such powers remained mysterious and rare. Stopped after ep 1, as I realized that isn't what one is supposed to be doing just before an exam.......

One Last Time Protag and a few friends (3~4?) wake up to find themselves in another world, where they must work together to survive and overcome hardships while searching for a way to return to their own world. With their teamwork, they easily surmount the various challenges presented against them, finally reaching their destination. However, they are told only one of them can return at a time. The rest will have to do it again from the start. You choose one of the characters to send back. Protag and a few friends (minus the one sent back last time) wake up in the same world, with no knowledge of the previous loop. Once again, they work through the same hardships, though a little more difficult this time, and reach their destination once again. There, they're met with the same decision: choose a character to send back. This keeps on going, with each loop becoming more difficult than the last as their numbers dwindle. In the end, with only two left, they barely make it to their destination. Both the protag and the remaining characters know that neither will be able to complete the quest on their next loop. The protag sends the last remaining friend home. The protagonist wakes up alone, with no knowledge of past loops. He must brave the hardships one last time, but this time, there is no one to help him along the way.

Can't remember the full solution, but there was somethin' with wairu's files and our files havin' a bit of a hissyfit or somethin', gonna argue about it with twdarkeh whenever I get ahold of him.
