  1. I'm using GData for several years now. I works and different from Kaspersky or Norton, which I used before, it doesn't regulary give me false positives from programs I wrote and compiled myself.
  2. I didn't notice anything as bad as the text was in Libra, actually I didn't see any noticable grammer or typing errors (or anything weird sounding). English isn't my native language though so I might have overlooked something. I can't say anything about the accuracy to the jap. text, I didn't even start learning it when I played it.
  3. The same thing I seek from games in general, videos, books and everything remotely similar: Stories.
  4. Looks good, I will use it if there aren't any alternatives for physical mangas. (I prefer to read them when I'm not at home, and I don't have a smartphone or tablet so I'm still hoping for alternatives) No, I can't use any of the listed options. Too bad, it seemed to be reasonable priced with many products avaiable.
  5. 1.) I read the pinned thread but the only option which might be useful is Honto, but I don't know for sure if I can pay using paypal there (I found multiple guides but all of them only mention credit cards). 2.) The sites I usually use to import stuff don't offer what I want to buy, most of them focus on Games, BR/DVD and merchendise. (Play-Asia, Nin-nin, Yesasia, AmiAmi and nippon-yasan) 3.) Proxy-services are okay, if they aren't too expensive. I tried Zenmarket but even the cheapest shipping option doubles the price or more the less I buy up to ten times the original price (other fees (with them about thrice the original price, I would be okay with a doubled price without the tax but that's too much especially for longer series...) and the 16% tax I have to pay later not even included). 4.) The only paymant methods i can use for imports are Paypal and Paysafe. (5.) Kind of Offtopic but not worth opening another Thread, does somebody know how the ebook version of mangas on Honto work (given that I can buy something there, see 1.)) Are those normal PDFs I can read on PC or do I need a E-book-reader?) I would be great if somebody could help. Thanks for possible answeres in advance.
  6. I already took the risk and imported it. I'll see as soon as it arrives (should be this week). Yes, cases like FFX or God Eater are the reason I'm worried. I'll add it later if eyerything is really on one cart in case somebody else is worrying about the same thing. Edit: I got the game now, both are on the card.
  7. It's not bad game, but it's still extremely disappointing especially for a big brand like Mass Effect. The Story is very predictable and even boring at some points. The writing is okay (not great, just okay). The dialouge-system is the same mess as in Fallout 4 fused with telltale. Meaning the character often says completly different things from what you chose and the choices make no real difference. The early version (before the current patch) had a lot of glitches, an awful AI and even some gamebreaking bugs (I had three cases where a main-Quest couldn't be continued becuase something that was needed could not be interacted with). I don't know how much of that was fixed with the latest patch though, I don't intend to play it a second time or even installing it since it's slowing my PC down without the game even running for some reason.
  8. I'm currently in my second playthrough, shortly after you get the hermit confident with a playtime of about 95 hours. The game is great, I still prefer P4G though. While the Palaces are more fun than the dungeons in P4, the music and some gameplay mechanics aren't as good though (especially how you get personas). At least in my opinion. btw I'm currently using Thor on level 93, it happened to get some very usefull skills when I created it.
  9. Even though those games are great, most of them aren't like what he described: " 3d real time gameplay with good graphics " I can recommend other Tales of games, like Tales of Symphonia and Tales of Berseria (I'm not sure which tales of games aside from those two are avaiable on PC, It's a series I usually play on console). Maybe Nier Automata, I havent played it yet and the PC-Port is supposed to have some problems though.
  10. It happens. I have a few games which only offer the jap. voiceover as a DLC (Neptunia Rebirth 3, World of Final fantasy) and in case of the god Eater games, Ressurection was only a Downladcode in the box of God Eater 2 Burst (which was on the Vita-card-thing).
  11. I thought about buying it just du be finally able to play 999, I not sure yet though since i would have to import the US-vita version (I don't like Steam and the PS4 version is too expensive). I didn't find any information if everything is on the Vita-Game-Card-Thing or I have to download some thing via PSN, aside from the problem with the Vita and multiple accounts I don't want to create a third PSN-Account.
  12. it's version 1.11 for me (somehow I never noticed it was written at the menu until now).
  13. I think it's the very first version 1.00, at least that's what was written at the installer for the english patch. You won't break anything if you use it on another version though. There are 3 possibilities if you have another version: 1.) It works anyway 2.) nothing happens 3.) the game crashes and you simply have to restart it
  14. No, they only work for some versions of the first game (patches can change the RAM-adresses of the values, that way cheat engine would alter the wrong ones). I haven't played the second game yet, so I didn't search for one.
  15. I wil send it in a few minutes. btw maybe you shouldn't post your Mail-adress openly in a public forum, there might be people seeing it who might use it for illegal activities.
  16. I'd have one which works for me (the source I got it from doesn't exist anymore), I don't know how to give it to you though. Are there any services like Dropbox or the ones you mentioned where you don't have to create an account? If not I could send you the script as a text, which you can save as a .CT file via Notepad++.
  17. I don't really lack japanese text to read. That's why I added the comment in the brackets to the topic. And things like a text hooker actually make it harder for me to remember Kanji, I tend to learn faster if I look it up myself. I'm looking for games which are made to learn and/or practice japanese.
  18. I can already read all the Kana. That's how I noticed how well the approach with the games work for me. Now I'm searching for a similar way to learn the Kanji which are used in Japanese.
  19. In the best case I'm searching for a game which includes all the Kanji which are used in japanese. I'm fine with one which only includes the commonly used Kanji though, so I don't need to look up too much when playing japanese games/VNs.
  20. Finally arrived an hour ago (and fortunately DHL didn't destroy it this time). The 2 missing games will be sent soon too.
  21. For me it's the other way around. When I'm not at home I tend to do all the stuff I need to work on for university (I'm sitting at train and bus stations a lot everyday) and as soon as I get home I have as much time as I want (excepting the time around the exams). Would be great if you find it, I didn't find anything useful yet aside from Nosebleeds recommendation.
  22. Correct me if I'm wrong, but both of them seem to be Smartphone-games. It might be difficult to play them without one (my only mobile phone is so old that it doesn't even have a coloured display).
  23. Thanks, it looks just like the kind of game I was searching for. And it even works on Linux, great! But what exactly is JLPT N1? Is it similar to the A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2 I know from english?
  24. Since I noticed how well it works for me to learn things like that via certain games like Hiragana Warriors on Steam and the little games on yesjapan.vom, I was wondering if there are games for vocabulary and/or Kanji too. I would like to learn the most basic stuff from those 2 areas before I start learning it by reading (wich works for me too better than learning form huge lists of words/Kanji, but I know from learning english that way, it's a real pain if you start doing so with less than the basic vocabulary) The ones for Kanji and most vocabulary on yesjapan need some kind of subscription, I'm hoping for some which you can actually buy or are even avaiable for free. I'm thankful for every game you could recommend to me (if there are some). PS.: the games have to be avaiable on PC since I don't have a Smartphone and purchasable via paypal or steam if they cost something.
  25. What really happened to her depends on the route, it's not like you see different perspectives or something like that. On one route she's actually an alien (wierd and very predictable), on another route she is possesed by a ghost or something like that (the only route worth reading in my opinion but not enough to make the game worth its money), on one route she's simply insane (again, wierd and very predictable). The "bond of Marriage" is the true route which is an alteration of the toute you got with an different epilouge if I remember correctly (i'ts been a while since I played it) it was nothing special though. Not really worth playing in my opinion.
