Planning on getting one within the next few days (maybe even today, so hopefully some people see this soon) and was curious as to which games I should be getting, since I haven't really kept up with stuff that's been released so far. Preferably JRPG's or something where I can romance dem waifus. I'm already planning on getting stuff like P5, FF XV, Steins;Gate 0, etc. when they come out, but for now it just kind of seems like there's not much that i'd be interested in. But again, I have no real idea what all is out there right now.

Steam is a big reason that we are seeing more and more VN's get translated, and seeing more Japanese companies think of the west as a viable market, I really don't see the problem, like at all. If you don't like the comments from people on there, then ignore them. As far as the "muh good VN's are on the same platform as those plebian OELVN's) argument goes, it's not as if the two being on the same platform is tainting either of them. And if you want to get technical, you could make the same argument for non-Steam VN's as well, there are plenty of shitty ones out there, and plenty of good ones, neither really effects the quality of the other. Just picked it up on a whim since its one of the few SMT series that I haven't picked up, and after I learned you didn't need to play the first one first. What do you guys think of it, and the first one? Apparently this version has full voice acting, which is nice. Any tips so I don't get annihilated?

FF XV looks decent, but if Persona 5 is at least half as good as it looks so far, then XV won't stand a chance. That being said, i'll be picking up FF first, just because it's coming out first.

I think it will get a little bit more attention once they release the Steam version. It just needs one little push to get into the mainstream, and i'm sure it'll stick. And yeah, I agree that it's better than Hearthstone.
