So yesterday I played osu! after a 1 year and a half break. Left because I was obssessed with my Global ranking and how it had frozen even when I played on a daily basis (I was like 56k or something). I stopped because of that, because I was just playing famously hard maps and just trying to go up in the leaderboards. It frustrated me that people were better than me, even if it was just a damn number on the HUD. I knew I would never reach like Cookiezi's level, but the fact that I wasn't #1 was infuriating. This happens in general and it is a big part of why I stopped playing PvP games and stick with co-op (and even then I'm obssessed with being the best player on the team). So, I'd like to ask: How competetive are you? How do you deal with the fact that some people are just better than you, even if it's for reasons that you do not control?

Going by MAL standards and tags, I'd say Death Note. Then again, I haven't watched many animes with the "Mystery" tag in them or with actual detective work/mistery solving. The cat and mouse, the way both sides work to crack the other's identity and the nonstop twists make it a great anime (though I wouldn't describe "mistery" as the main selling point).

After 70 questions, Mr. Three Wishes couldn't come to the conclusion it was Mitarai Yuuna from Starless. What ignorance.

After around 60 questions and 4 attempts, little Genie man couldn't identify Saya from Saya no Uta. For shame.

I just finished it an hour ago and it took like 2 hours. Gotta give dem weabs their quick fix lol. Seriously, this was like "Baby's first Visual Novel" on the developer's part. Art's not half bad, but I honestly read it after Ren and you chopped it to bits just to see if it was that much of a steaming pile of poo poo. I was not surprised. It's nice if you want a short fix, but Katawa Shoujo routes take about as much as this game and offer a lot more catharsis lol.

Bought Demon's Souls with some Bday monies. Enjoying it so far, and some of the missing features from later Souls games is tolerable. Hope I can finally finish DeS after all those years of saying I'd do it.

Well, after about 5h of trying, I beat Sir Alonne with him commiting Seppuku (me taking no damage and beating him in 5 minutes). Might upload it to YT just to have proof. Here's the video, in case anyone's curious: I don't know why honestly. I love the game and it is much bigger than 1. Opinions I guess.

After doing Knight's Honor and the remaining achievements in Dark Souls 1, I bought 2 50% off on Steam and am playing that now. Currently trying to beat Sir Alonne, with him commiting Seppuku and me being in Samurai mode (light armor and katana). Considering picking up Demon's Souls soon (finally!).

I an in awe... When you thought Ubisoft had outdone everyone when it came to pre-order bonuses with Watchdogs, Square Enix decides to pull this... this... thing. Great. Here are two different reflections on it.

After finishing a playthrough of Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin with a friend (we played death for death at his house), I bought and am now playing Pillars of Eternity. The Baldur's Gate feel is there, that's for sure.

Finished Witcher 2 for the sixth (?) time, took longer because I had to farm for the Kingslayer's Set. Still, it was an enjoyable experience as always, albeit a tragic one also, because after having finished 3, replaying 2 just serves to show the whole plots they could have created in 3 but decided to just retcon and let them die.

Just finished my second playthrough of Witcher 3, this time on Death March and with a PROPER ENDING. Going back to Witcher 2 to see if I have the patience to farm even one of the special Dark Mode gear sets...

Finished Deus Ex: Invisible War this afternoon, and it doesn't deserve the flak it gets, but it certainly isn't as good as the original. However, that is considered one of the best games of all time for most, so living up to that reputation would be monumental to say the least. Back to Witcher 3 now...

After playing Deus Ex: Human Revolution and the original, I am now playing Invisible War to find out why everyone refuses to acknowledge its existence and label it as the black sheep of the franchise. Also continuing to play Witcher 3 occasionaly, now heading to Skellige.
