I only played a few VNs so far so i can't really say i came across a character who really stood out as special, but out of the heroines i played i liked Hanako in Katawa Shoujo, the reason you ask? well i just found her very sweet for my favorite route so far: it would be Miki's route in Cross Channel, why? Well maybe because during her route my mind was blown by her development, first she was introduced to be the typical nice heroine who is casually being sexually harassed by Taichi. then... looking forward to know your favorite characters and routes.

for me it really depends on the VN, if it really caught my attention i would finish every route and get all the CGs, some VNs i only want to play the true route.

Hiiiiii well this is a bit late introduction, i have been active in this forum for a month or so. anyways, i am fairly new to VNs, i only found out they existed about 2 months ago, honestly i found out about visual novels from watching Gintama, they usually have episodes about dating simulator games and stuff like that, so while searching for a dating simulator i found out that there are 'games" called VNs that have romance, dating and other stuff like that. this is where i came across Katawa Shoujou, my first VN ever, i loved that VN. then i started looking around for other great VNs. what i am playing right now: Little Busters!: i am in Kuds route but honestly thinking about dropping it, so far the VN didn't really impress me. Cross Channel: finished Miki's route, so far one of the top VNs i played. Kara no Shoujo: I dropped it a few weeks ago, didn't impress me, also i realized there was a prequel to it. the VNs i have finished so far: Katawa Shoujo: 9/10 G-senjou no Maou: 7/10 Saya no Uta: 9/10 Narcissu: 10/10 a masterpiece ! Sono Hanabira ni Kuchizuke o Amakute Hoshikute Torokeru Chuu: [only for "entertainment" purposes], does its job, i give it a 10/10 I like the VN to have at least some romance in it, H-scenes would be a plus, Yuri and incest would be paradise ! looking forward to talk to you all !

Regarding Narcissu, you are gonna cry...A LOT.. It's a great game nevertheless. EDIT: I just realized you posted that 3 years ago Lool i thought I was reading the most recent replies haha

WOAAH, almost all females only play VNs with H-scenes? I was expecting that more from males to be honest, what an unexpected result XD

Well there you go I honestly prefer VNs to have H-scenes, it is not that important but i think they do add depths to the heroines in my opinion, also it makes playing the VN a bit "rewarding" if you know what i mean ... with that said, i do end up skipping most of them anyway LOL well most of the H-scenes i encountered are exceedingly long, i get bored really even before halfway through. however, so far the only VN which i haven't skipped the H-scenes at all are Katawa Shoujo, i think the H-scenes in that VN are unique. And Saya no Uta, well i actually liked the H-scenes there. anyway, do share what you think. Edit: please be honest about your gender

Hello everyone, i am playing Cross Channel right now, i didn't like it at the beginning but i am very hooked now. anyways, i still haven't finished the game yet, i am playing Miki's route right now (the fourth week). well i noticed something weird about the characters in this VN, first: also similarly: what are your thoughts about that? btw like i said i haven't finished reading the VN yet so don't spoil it for me

wait a second, i think you are talking about LB EX, i only played the original LB so that's probably why i couldn't relate to you there, i was judging her through the original LB, maybe i will have a different opinion if i played her route in EX, i am just waiting for an English patch

best reply ! i completely agree, i like Kagura but to say that she is cute is meh... i also don't see Mio cute at all, i haven't played her route yet so maybe i will change my mind. i was expecting exactly the same, in my original thread i predicted it would be close between Kud and Komari, how shocked i was Kagura surely classifies as "Hot: but not "cute"

oh i only added the characters from the original LB, but i will add Saya I KNOW !! so far i liked her route the most, many feels there !

I haven't played Mio's route yet, as for now i don't really see her interesting, maybe i will change my mind when i play her route.

I am guessing it will be close between Komari and Kud. Also let me know who your cutest character is in all VNs that you played
