I haven't played any of those VNs, but they're pretty good poems. You should make one for Majikoi or Grisaia.

They deserve an accomplishment for releasing so many shitty VNs within a year Katawa Shoujo is a good example of a VN that made history. Even if I personally didn't find it that great, it did introduce a lot of people into VNs.

It sucks to hear this. I was really looking forward to Flowers and then they release this disappointment as a demo. It kinda upsets me because I've been waiting for this for a while now. Hopefully they can fix the problems before the release date.

Hello there and welcome to these here forums. I'm the Oppai Overlord, The Kyonyuu King, and the Virgin Smasher. I don't really have anything to recommend you that's in my favorites because most of them are sad at a lot of points, but if you can handle that, check out G Senjou No Maou or Grisaia. They're both really good VNs that are a must play in my opinion. Another thing, if you ask people to translate something, you'll get some people on you saying to learn Japanese yourself if you want to read it. I know from my 5 months being on this site. If you do have time to, learn Japanese and you'll have so many options to play. Have fun here and I hope to see you around

I assume they'd do the same. It'd be weird to have a machine translated introductory chapter and then a properly translated closing chapter. Plus, if they're gonna do machine translation on a 2 to 10 hour VN, they're not gonna properly translate an over 50 hour VN like Closing Chapter.

That stuff was said about the Introductory chapter. It's all based on machine translation which a VN with hype like White Album 2 doesn't deserve.

Except the translation is so bad that nobody should have to read it. I'm voting for White Album 2 because I'd be interested in a better translation. Not that the winner is gonna be translated mind you.

I need a new VN to play. Some of the things that have been suggested to me I have put into a poll for you guys to vote on. These include Gahkthun, Comyu, and Forest. Which one should I play and I'll play these 3 in the order of votes they get from highest to lowest.

Nobody has mentioned Kara No Shoujo 2 so I will. It has a better mystery and a better endings than Kara No Shoujo. It gripped me a lot more than Kara No Shoujo, which I love as well.

Exactly. Play Cartagra. It's a good introduction into the series despite Kara No Shoujo being a better game in my opinion.

I'm open about my VN playing in high school of all places. I get called a pedophile, a freak, a sick fuck, and other nicknames, but I'm not embarrassed of my hobby. If people can't handle being called a pedophile or a rapist by some ignorant pricks, they can stay that way. Sure, it's mostly the opposite party's fault, but you should accept that you're gonna be called these things right from when you start playing VNs.

I was in that phase during my early years as an anime watcher, back when I was 13 in fact, and I eventually grew out of it. I pulled myself out of that hole and you can too. You can stick with the moeges and moe anime and manga though. That's kinda your thing

Exactly. These Steam only fags are ruining the name of a really good medium that gets unfairly overlooked by a lot of people. The people who have only played the Sakura series and Nekopara and think they're amazing because of the fanservice. Don't these morons know you can get fanservice as well as a great story? Where the fanservice goes further than simple bikini and panty shots? Their laziness must be american level if they can't figure that out.

I'm currently playing Steins;Gage due to a lot of people threatening my very livelihood if I didn't play it and they were justified in that. It's been a great read so far and it's high up there in my favorites currently. I only have the Kurisu and True ends to get so I'll probably be finished later today and I'll need another VN to play.

You say that like anything but Ayaka's route is even memorable in the first place Back to the main topic, my favorite VN I played in 2015 is G Senjou No Maou. Majikoi and Kara No Shoujo 2 come pretty close to it.

There's always the possibility that it may get licensed, but it's a very minor possibility.
