Hello. It's nice to see new faces around. I'm pretty new here as well compared to some of the members here. I'd like to see some of your art sometime as well. If you want some more VNs to read, I'll recommend what I usually recommend which is G Senjou No Maou and the Kara No Shoujo series. They're not the best of all time, but you at least have to play them to form your own opinion of them. I hope to see you around.

There are definitely bad VNs coming from Japan as well. I never said they were exempt from having anything bad about them. It's just that the best VNs on the OELVN side haven reached the level of the best VNs coming out of Japan.

I'll stick with my eroge until I actually find an OELVN that is of the same quality as some of the VNs coming out of Japan.

Hello Avernesh and welcome. I am the Virgin Smasher and lover of Kyonyuus. For VNs, I'd recommend G Senjou No Maou and the Kara No Shoujo series (start with Cartagra if you play it). If mystery isn't your kind of thing, I'd recommend playing Majikoi and Symphonic Rain's last 3 routes. I hope to see you around.

As the Sakura games and Nekopara have shown, those type or fanservice and slice of life VNs do sell well, but it's not known if something without a giant fanbase behind it like Grisaia or Clannad had when they were released on Steam. Believe me, I want more good VNs and 18+ VNs would be great to see, but the rules aren't gonna change so easily.

Eustia is winning so far. I'm happy it still has a chance after being beaten by Mahoyo. I'm hoping it wins the losers bracket so far over Evenicle but there's still more VNs to be in the losers tournament.

After the Flowers demo, I'm still worried about "a few bugs"

Steins;Gate, Fate Zero, Magi, Sakurasou, One Punch Man. I don't watch anime much anymore but those are my favorite series from the ones I have watched so far.

Saya no Uta is a great one when it comes to evil protagonists. Also, there are a lot of evil protagonists in nukige. I haven't played any Japanese VNs currently but I imagine there are a good selection in the untranslated category.

Her shallowness was used for some decent comedy, but she needed a lot more than that to have a good route. Most of the side routes were used for extra h scenes anyways which was magnified in Majikoi S.

Leo finally got that Oscar that has been avoiding him for so long. My opinion is he should've won it earlier. The Revenant is far from his best performance he was nominated for. I'm still proud of him for winning finally.

S doesn't have much greatness to it. They butchered the after stories pretty badly, same with Margit's route, and there was only one fun route to play and two decent ones. It's like they knew people would buy S anyways so they stopped trying.

In my opinion, you should skip through everything but the Agave route. That one has a great story to it. The other ones you should just skip through to complete the CGs.

Yes. Quite the letdown indeed. Looks like I'm gonna have to read Flowers in Japanese once I'm able to. I was really looking forward to reading it in March as well until the demo happened.

Even with those issues, they are the best of the three. They don't abuse Kickstarter or hire bad translators and their problems aren't as large as the other two's problems.
