This game is nearly twice as long .Took me nearly a week to finish and I'm a fast reader. Overall I really enjoy it .There are a lot of pacing and character development flaws but this game hits me way harder than the first one especially the title screen after finishing. I'm pretty dissapointed with the main mysteries,without understanding the culprit it's just a simple crime.Also for the main heroine Yukiko had a very little screen time,she could be a great character if done right.Too many loose end and the true ending was rushed. Is is true that kns3 will be announced next month? I liked Yukiko's character but it wasn't as good as Toko's character in the original game. I didn't feel that the true ending was rushed cause it left an emotional impact on me. Hopefully KnS 3 will be announced soon but I don't think it'll be next month.

Finished it in 5 days. Played 2 to 6 hours per day as well.

I finished Kara no Shoujo 2 a couple of days ago and I loved it more than the original. The normal ending set up the true end perfectly. Unfortunately, it took me a while to get the true ending, but it was worth it even if I had to see my favorite character dead. Anybody else finished this game and wants to discuss it?

Stick with the fan TL unless Sekai Project releases an uncensored version like they did with Grisaia. It may just be because I prefer uncensored editions compared to the censored cause it feels weird whenever I play a censored VN and it seems like there's gonna be an h scene and...cut to black.

I still think Yumiko is the best girl. I have a thing for Kuuderes. I loved the common route, but I agree, it's too long and drags sometimes. Some scenes were still funny though.

I may be blinded by the fact that it was my first VN, but I love it anyways.

i know i am in the minority regarding liking Michiru's route, i just really liked Michiru's personality, i know many people consider her to be annoying/boring but i admired the fact that she tried so hard to appear 'normal' (by using her tsundere acts etc), i also liked her back story a lot. like i said her route could have been better because: Hidden Content So yeah, Michiru was easily my favorite character. Regarding Amane and Sachi's route, i liked Amane's personality in the common route but once her route started i was a bit disappointed, first of all i did not like the fact that most of the route was a flash back of her past, i thought it was boring and they should have done it like Michiru's route where a little bit about her past is revealed then the vn goes back tp present and so on, it felt like we didn't see Amane and Yuuji interact much, also regarding the angelic howl, oh boy..too much bs was happening and in my opinion i thought it was a bit stupid. Hidden Content well for Sachi's route Hidden Content I loved Michiru's route the most cause of the character development. I didn't like her in the common route and her route managed to make me like her. That's how good it was.

Basically taking a plot point and changing it in a sequel. I see, well I haven't read the sequels and I'm sure many of the readers her on fuwa either since they are not translated... so is hard to say the plot was changed, maybe because of the anime but the anime is garbage and doesn't stay true to the first one and im sure the rest is the same so I don't know. True. They condensed one entire route of development into 1 episode. That made me wanna shot whoever decided that.

I'm one of them and it is not fun knowing that there are a lot of awesome VNs out there that you can't read unless you put time into learning Japanese.

Lol, you're probably average among users. Last I checked, I had gone through 40% of exhentai's english manga section. There was also 60-70% of the tanks/story arcs included. Before fakku changed I had probably read 70% of all their content. You're a veteran. I've been a fan for 2 years now and I've gotten a lot of reading and watching of it done in that time period. Mostly from the vanilla section, but I'm diving into the darker areas (no tentacles, futa, NTR, or other weird tags though).

Definitely the characters and character development. It's not often that a visual novel can make me care about all the heroines. Some come close to it, but there are few I've played that do that.

Personally, I'd prioritize G Senjou No Maou, Clannad, and Kara No Shoujo cause they're some of my favorites.

The only pre-requisite for getting the true end was getting the "normal end." You may also have to get every ending in the game in order to access it. That's what I did and it happened right after the normal ending was finished.

I've used the walkthrough that was posted in my other KnS 2 forum and I've skipped through the entirety of the game 3 times, got the normal ending required to get the true ending and I still can't access. Does anybody know how to get the true ending properly?

This one looks pretty good. I like me some steampunk & science fiction so this one will be on my to play list.

Me too. Getting a girl who isn't experienced to have sex is better than a girl with sexual experience cause it means she's comfortable with giving her virginity to you rather than girls who've done it before.

It's a pretty horrific game with the description of the murders through the eyes of the killer. It gets pretty vomit inducing at times.

Kara No Shoujo is the best horror VN coming from a lot of people and I agree with them.

That's the outcome when I'm finished with my smashing. Ironically enough, Kara No Shoujo is a good example of that. The scenes are just thrown in, but they're pretty realistic from what I remember.

I don't really know about the endings, but there'll definitely be a true end and quite a few bad ends.

I use a walkthrough for most of my playthroughs just to get the ending I want.
