I like to have a copy of the anime i'm watching - if i'm streaming it I may as well have a copy to watch again later, right? If I like the anime I buy it...or at least plan to buy it once I have the cash. I feel the same way about VNs and some Video Games.

Just finished FFXIII and I want my 40 hours back >.< Currently mopping up Nier's extra endings. It's a game that has a lot of potential that isn't realized, but I guess i've still enjoyed playing it. Just starting FFXIII-2 and have been pleasantly surprised by the changes that have been made. Also playing Star Ocean 3...but that's kind of on hold.

Hey everyone, i'm Silvachief and i'm from New Zealand. While i've had an on-and-off interest in anime for a while i've only really gotten into it in the last year or so, and at the same time i've discovered the joys of Visual Novels. I've been using Fuwanovel for a while but haven't really checked out the forums yet, so I figure now's as good a time as any to start. I've nearly finished Black Cat and am just starting Ef - A Tale of Memories. Black Cat's pretty decent, I have to say. It probably won't make any favorite lists but i've enjoyed watching it.

I actually finished Ef and didn't enjoy it too much. The visuals were nice but nothing ever hooked me and made me want to keep reading. Chihiro's story was probably my favorite though, despite the ending (because if you keep reading, that ending isn't as horrible as it might seem). I'm playing Hoshizora no Memoria at the moment and enjoying it. The story isn't absolutely amazing but I still like it and the art is fresh and really nice to look at.
