Dare I make any Miyako route jokes ?

Skypiea I liked since I found the new setting interesting; kind of like it more than Fishman Island at the moment since at least stuff was happening at a better pace (for the most part as I do remember the bit with the snake was annoying). Plus I get the feeling the new fishman pirates aren't going to measure up much to Enel

Anything that comes out in english officially that catches my interest I buy. As for imports...due to limited budget I only buy if I really like what the company produces such as the Kyonyuu Fantasy series and Minato-soft's stuff (a long time ago Black Cyc's stuff too ).

Before I delve back into Fishman Island I've decided to watch the 12th movie tie in filler seeing as that probably isn't going to spoil anything being a filler arc and I did recently get a copy of the movie and need to watch it. Watched the first episode and it's looking to be decent for a filler episode; the newly introduced character and her devil fruit power is interesting.

I actually had an earlier install on older computer and got the file from that. If anyone needs the file could anyone recommend a good file hosting site I can upload it to?

So when does the Fishman Island arc start to pick up? That's basically where I stopped in the manga since I figured I'd wait till it got further and more interesting and ended up forgetting about it, then I decided to just stick with the anime and got to about the same spot and ended up stopping to clear some stuff from my other backburners (games, books, other anime, Netflix, etc) Basically... I think part of the reason I lost interest in Fishman Island is aside from being slow it so far feels like a less interesting Water 7 arc. Can I skip any episodes to the more interesting stuff and just rely on the "previously on..." segments to fill me in?

Pretty much finished Kisaya's route in Harukoi Otome (haven't played the post credits epilogue); the payoff at the end was good enough but the buildup had so many annoying cliches. Started Ayaka's route; it's been good so far as the interactions between her Akihito have been, though I'm worrying that this game is going to give me another "heroine's annoying interfering friend" By all known divinities, I hate that trope

Downloaded the game from the site and found that there wasn't any voice acting in the ero scenes though a setting in the game indicated there were. I took a look around and found the voice file in the Fuwanovel download is smaller (~300 MB) than with other downloads of the game (~450 mB) so I fixed the problem for my download by replacing the voice file. I'm just making a post to point this out in case anyone needed to know.

Any chance we'll see a patch that'll add in the voices and art from these ports like what happened with Umineko?

I read alot (have since grade school) so really VNs just attracted me because I played games for their stories and a game that was pure story intrigued me plus it came off as a game-ified version of the choose your own adventure books that I grew up reading. There is one area for literacy that you could explore. The fact that most VNs are in Japanese and have a slim chance of ever being localized, it prompts some of us to make an effort to become at least somewhat literate in a new language.

Finished Miyabi's route in Prima Stella, decent route even though much like Shizuna's route the story's change of setting kind of hurt it. Moving on to Kusumi's route...

Just completed Yoiko's route in Tsujidou-san no Virgin Road, good route overall even if it had a pretty slow start. Fortunately the resolution of her problem was handled in a surprisingly cool way and the epilogue was hilarious.

Yume Miru Kusuri if you don't mind drama. The closest this VN has to a tsundere is an unwinnable heroine

This may be worth torturing my poorly Japanese literate mind to play after all...

In Koihime Musou the protagonist is pulled into an alternate dimension version of Romance of the Three Kingdoms. In Demonbane the protagonist is a down on his luck detective who gets drawn into a battle against a super powerful cult...which involves mechs...and Lovecraftian horrors.
