I'm pretty sure nothing you do will make you as strong as Saitama. But, if you do decide to do that workout every day you'll just become more fit. Not like world class athlete extreme levels of fit, but probably better than most people. I wouldn't worry too much about injury unless you're already super out of shape. Usually if you're going to start exercising when you previously haven't, at first your body will tell you when you need to stop/about to get injured. I've never specifically tried doing exactly that workout schedule, but an average swim practice for me is probably more than that.

Clannad and especially Clannad Afterstory. I don't think that there any many shows that can really compare to how much of an emotional roller coaster this show is. There are other shows that'll make you cry and what not but I don't think any do as much as Clannad.

False, I don't like public restrooms that are super unsanitary, I don't agree because not all public restrooms in 3rd world countries are dirty. I don't really mind the concept of a public restroom as it's the only way that you'll be able to do your business out in public. Next person knows that they should go to sleep earlier, but never actually does.
