  1. See? Isn't forum maintenance fun!? Once Charmanderson confirms all is OK, I'll be locking the topic.
  2. Both should be back. Test?
  3. Should be back?
  4. Which is a video game on the PS Vita.
  5. Talk to me, Nosebleed. Showing up yet?
  6. Bwa ha ha ha. You were too slow, dear Stanleys. It's over. I've won.
  7. I trust in your artistic direction, Steve. Just remember -- it'll be pretty hard to sneak a loli past the upload process ; ). Thank you for all the good ideas, everybody. Thank you, Steve!
  8. If anybody else is experiencing this issue, please speak up! I'll be doing some maintenance on the site soon and will look into it. It should be done long before we need to crown the next MotM -- for now, just keep Down in your heart.
  9. Nosebleed -- are you able to see the new "Topics I'm Following" sidebar block? It's called "my followed topics", and it should be right under the MotM. Current Sidebar Layout: Birthdays Recent Topics MotM Followed Topics Facebook (now small) Calendar
  10. I'd be interested to see who else is having this issue. I've tried it on all my devices and haven't had a problem.
  11. That's the plan.
  12. I'm surprised that this is used at all, to be honest. If people find it useful, then I'll try and help make it more functional. We're doing a lot of experimenting with the index sidebar lately! I've added a sidebar for topics a user is following. It'll display the latest updates. Hopefully this will be helpful to those of you who use the functionality. I'd love feedback, as always.
  13. Just a note: I am planning on deleting the staff award. Instead, I'll need one for former staff (or emeritus staff), to celebrate their help. I look forward to seeing what you come up with.
  14. Still not showing up for you? I've been moving it around to test various designs. Should be back in the sidebar for now.
  15. Our forum software allows users to follow topics/forums for activity. I'm looking into some optional forum enhancements, and wanted to know how widely you folks use the "follow" functionality. Thanks!
  16. Awards: Setting up a group to help organize the award creation process. More info soon. Index Sidebar: I'm just going to switch it up every day or so. Right now the recent topics is at the top. Let me know if that's something you like better than the MotM at the top (I think I like it better).
  17. http://visualnovelaer.fuwanovel.net/ Hey everybody, Tay here. Ziddy, the project lead over at Rinjinbu Translations (who also happens to be one of my favorite people in the VN world) needs our help! Many of you probably know Ziddy through the efforts of his excellent youtube channel. It sounds like the team working on the OreImo PSP game needs translators: Rinjinbu Translations (Oreimo PSP) is currently looking for JP-EN Translators! To date, we have released 3 partial patches (Kuroneko, Kirino and Ayase) and we require more translators in order to continue our work from the first disc and beyond! You will have to go through a translation test before we accept you! If you are able to prove your translation skills using existing translated material though, that’s accepted as well. Please contact me (Ziddy) at #rinjinbu, irc.rizon.net or e-mail me directly at dizzyziddy at gmail dot com if you have any questions. If you aren’t a translator, please help spread the word! There are a lot of us looking forward to this game, and I hope that available translators will flock to this project and offer a helping hand. If you’re interested in helping our friends at Rinjinbu, please contact them through theirrecruitment page on their website. If you have questions, please contact Ziddy at #rinjinbu, irc.rizon.net or e-mail me directly at dizzyziddy at gmail dot com. The fate of this project is in the hands of willing translators — please help out! Rinjinbu Translations: Recruitment Page Ziddy: Youtube
  18. You will not be disappointed.
  19. Closing the thread. PM a moderator if you'd like this topic reopened.
  20. RE: Recommendation sub-forum: I'm not necessarily against this, but you're going to run up against two big problems: We do try and keep as few forums as possible to keep the discussion centralized; A certain loli overlord will oppose you at every turn. Something about clicking "sub-forums" as read. It's been discussed many times before, but I agree that we get an increasingly large number of these threads. I'm moving this to the Fuwanovel Improvement board requests sub-board. These sorts of recommendations belong there where they can be taken seriously/discussed. Thanks!
  21. Very excited. Good luck, Batman! I'll try to pop in a few times.
  22. Luch and Nosebleed nailed it. Best of luck! If you have trouble and need this thread re-opened, PM a moderator and we'll unlock it for you. Good luck -- it's a great game : ).
  23. (Moving this to the VN discussion section)
  24. Potocki posted this yesterday when -- as if he could tell, psychically -- I was finalizing the awards system. Good on ya, brother! Thank you for your understanding when I hid this topic and PM'd you. I wanted the system to be a little bit of a surprise : ). Regarding username color changes: I'm not opposed to flash, but keeping a uniform green color for usernames -- for me, and in my opinion -- maintains the spirit of equality. If other members feel differently, I'll look forward to hearing their feedback here!
