Yes, I'd be happy to: aside from a few cases of abuse and extremely poor judgement by a few titles, the main reason is that Batman and I have been working on some ideas for improved forum participation. This is part of that, and when the ideas are better prepared, we'll approach the forums with them. Regardless of how it manifests, I will absolutely conform that title changes will still be possible. They're a fun part of the community.

It's my pleasure to announce a new forums moderator: Nayleen! Nayleen has been an enormous asset to Fuwanovel: Underneath the attractive colors and layout of Fuwanovel.org, Nayleen has completely gutted, rebuilt, and optimized everything. Take a look at this blog entry which details some of his work. He orchestrated and did an extensive Admin panel redesign Nayleen helped facilitate many UI and BBCode edits to the forums Current projects are aimed at more community participation in the form of a faq and walkthrough generator Nayleen is also working on a user reviews system (!) Another important contribution Nayleen has made was tireless assistance and guidance during the site outage this last week. With a combined 120 man hours between us, there's no doubt that we'd be lost without him. During that time, I was impressed with his humility, kindness, and dedication to Fuwanovel. I consider him a friend, and one of the nicest people I've met. We also shared a hilarious moment that probably doesn't make sense to anyone else. Nayleen will have admin permissions so that he can help us work directly on CSS and similar web elements. Please allow me to be the first to congratulate Nayleen! I hope you'll join me in celebrating this change!

Hello Everyone, I'm pleased to announce that the forums are back online! (Though, as you're reading this on the forums, it should come as little surprise) As you look around, you'll notice many changes. If you run into any technical issues, or have any feedback, please report them in this topic. We will work hard to make this transition smooth. I'd like to express thanks to Nayleen who has been an unbelievable help and has put in a huge amount of time making this upgrade. Together, we've spent over 120 man hours in working on the site after its takedown. Fuwanovel is made much the better for having him with us, and on behalf of the entire community, I'd like to thank him for all that he does for us. If people are interested, we can post more about the work that was done for the site. For the time being, however, we'll focus on getting this show on the road. You'll notice several subtle changes, as well as upgrades. We look forward to getting your thoughts and error reports. Welcome back, everyone!

Like Batman said, there aren't very many PSP VNs in English. Translating a PSP game requires a much different (and largely unexplored) suite of tools which aren't very accessible. At this point it'll (sadly) be much faster to learn Japanese, or use the PSP youtube app to watch translated, complete route playthroughs.
