  1. Seriously, I've no idea what to do now. I kind of want to scout for Aquors, but splitting between them and Muse feels painful. That said, from what I've seen, the new draw seems very generous and you get a lot of new SR's and UR's; might be partially because it's only limited to Aquors and there's very few cards available now... which also means you have a higher chance to actually get even two-three members of the same type and people are already sharing their extremely lucky draws on the net. I've already seen two people getting two UR's of the same type with a bunch of SR's and one person got two idolized SR's and an idolized UR from a single draw, lol.
  2. Those numbers are hilarious, considering SR's were always bread and butter; this means I'd be preety much able to currently idolize about 6-7 favourite SR's, I've never managed to. Of course, everyone wants an UR, but idolizing them through stickers will be only plausible for people who play a lot and are also either whales or buy stuff on a regular manner and do a lot of draws (it's easy to get R fodder that way and exchange it for additional stickers). That said... WHAT DO?! 500 stickers for an idolized UR is a far away goal of sorts, it's propably easier to boost teams by a lot by just idolizing your favourite SR's. That said, you could also scrap all the stored R's and outdated SR's and event UR's (?) to gain higher rarity stickers and go on an idolizing spree. Honestly, I doubt I'd reach 500 R stickers anytime soon, so I'm more fond of idolizing the good SR's I have. Anyone knows whether it's a good idea to scrap your event UR's, what kind of stickers do they actually give and replace them with new idolized SR's? I'm also wondering, whether to use my 100+ loveca on draws, but then - Muse or Aquors? Choices, choices... Current version is crashing as well; didn't happen during live shows, but it does rarely on the menus, ranging from random crashes to those triggered by certain actions; might be a memory leak issue and prolly some bugs, too.
  3. I've yet to log in
  4. Market oversaturation, anyone? The same will happen with our western market, if we'll continue to churn out all the vn's in the exact same manner as japanese... and that's something we're already on a good path with. Steam's not a savior; it is inevitably something, which only makes everything worse, encouraging devs to put minimum effort into their works, just so they can have their five minutes of glory; rinse and repeat. I'd say, we're even more at risk here, than the japanese years ago, because our market hasn't matured enough yet. Continue showing that young lady how "preety" our world is, and you'll surely turn her into a slut, once she grows up
  5. I think you have work to do Not when it literally puts you to sleep, like this one
  6. Kiso, what happened? Do you need help? I seriously think you do
  7. I have to admit the current v1.0 of the game has a couple of minor issues and some typos within the script, but they will propably get fixed in an upcoming patch. I'll agree on the translation quality, though; it reads well and dialogues feel like 100% wild west dialects with plenty of anachronisms within, which makes the setting solid and believable. That aside - the font used in the game isn't Comic Sans, so stop complaining
  8. If you're not sure, whether to buy it yet or not, this should make up your mind.
  9. Anti-heroes generally don't kill or hurt innocents; they are either true, lawful or chaotic neutral (most often either true or chaotic, heheh). They may fight against goverment, or the laws that govern their worlds, they might be morally ambigious but there's usually still at least a grain of kindness (or deep emotions, whatever they might be) rooted somewhere deep within their hearts... and that inner struggle of theirs is often what makes them so interesting.
  10. Wasn't there an option to actually force the game to only progress after the VA is done? At least that's what I remember. edit: Now I remember. I think you have to increase the auto-wait ammount; it's on zero by default. It's not a problem, when the game is running on the standard settings (which are slow), but when you're a fast reader, the game will instantly skip after the text finishes rendering on screen. You'll have to force the game to give it more time after it finishes with the text. I don't think Quartett supported waiting for the VA to end after the text renders, unfortunately.
  11. If anything, first volume should have the highest quality possible, to attract and encourage potential readers, not the other way around.
  12. It's a self-centered community that produces and consumes everything it creates. Just like with inbreeding, quality ultimately detoriates with time, unless you'll take in new blood (i.e. "have babies" with completely new and fresh concepts or think outside the box); either that, or you will allow actual writers to write and adapt their stories, instead of letting weebs go willy-nilly.
  13. Seems like I've been shitposting way too much lately.

  14. That only happens, when Urobutcher's involved
  15. >read a couple mainstream translated vn's >runs out of vn's to read Jokes aside, judging from your particular tastes, you should either get on with translated WAB series (start with Sekien no Inganock), Katahane, Cross Channel, The Dandelion Girl, Wind or Everlasting Summer. Alternatively, play VA11 HALL-A. Can't recommend moege or charage, since most of the stuff in english is not worth bothering with.
  16. Who the fuck cares about Civilization 5, when Cossacs 3 is out
  17. Dead End Junction has been released. Grab it either from MG's website with a 15% off discount or wait till tommorow for a Steam version. Played the trial. Game's great, you should get it.
  18. Inospare is a depressing game, talking about serious issues; nothing japanese gamers are actually really fond of. When they get back from school or work (more like school, lol), they want to boot up their pc's and play something fun or enjoyable, or watch some porn. They don't want to think about their lives or the world around them. It's a form of egoistic, escapist fullfillment and nothing really that different from what we do, although it's especially prevalent in their modern society, with all the pressure put on them. TL&DR It's obvious such games won't ever sell well, but the sole fact people don't want to get involved with them (i.e. undergo through a catharsis) is somewhat saddening and doesn't bode well for the developers, who actually want to create more meaningful stories, instead of >just< happy stories.
  19. This is exactly what you do in business if you're only interested in money it brings. People are fucking sheep.
  20. Inochi no Spare on 9th place with a mere 5k copies, which means they might have barely covered the production costs, if they were lucky enough. We can't possibly expect good games from the creators at the moment, when they don't even sell.
  21. Imagine a good vn, which teases you so much throughout the whole playthrough, that when it ends, you're literally forced to pay more in order to unlock the true route, which is otherwise unavailable :illya:

    Shit so cash
