God, I hope it's H. I don't particularly care that Key is known for bad H-scenes... I just feel like most romances are shallow without some kind of sex. Thats not to say you can't love someone without having sex with them, but it just seems off if you have this really deep relationship and yet you never have sex. An exception to this was Clannad, where the sex was obviously (and hilariously) implied and stated. ...And yeah, I'm man enough to admit that first CG has my blood boiling. I'd be quite disappointed if that was some cruel tease :<. But what do I know, I only watched the Clannad and Kanon animes, never got around to reading the VNs. Also wasn't this game stated to be put on indefinite hiatus? I remember it was around April first but people said it was real....?

VN where most of the Female characters are likable?
DawnWolf replied to crunchytaco's topic in Recommendations
Some may disagree, but I thought Utawarerumono did it's characters pretty well (Yuzuha <3333). G-Senjou no Mao also has mostly likable characters (Mizuha is debatable, but the fact that she is integral to character makes it worth imo). ...Also, I'm not gonna lie, I have no idea how you found Saber enjoyable but not Sakura or Rin. Most people (myself included) would say it's the other way around. -

Chaos;Child platform revealed to be the Xbox One

If I was interested in the game, I no longer am. Not ever owning an Xbone short of one falling outta the sky into my lap. -
Amane's is by far the best route in Grisaia. But you shouldn't let that keep you from enjoying Michru's. Not gonna lie, I HATED Michiru prior to her route... but damn she gets so interesting. As for Yumiko... it's a watered down version of Makina's... but it's nice to see more of the family aspect. Not to mention there really is no bad ending for Yumiko... not depends on your preference.

Eh, I already played through the Japanese version with an online translation script (as I did for the original) nearly two years ago, so I'm not all that hyped. And I'm not gonna lie, I'm not normally one to pick sub over dub, as I prefer to be able to listen and multitask as opposed to needing to read, but I'd probably stick to the Japanese audio on this one (which I have no doubt will be included). Japanese Monokuma is just too iconic, not that this one is bad or anything... now that I think about it Japanese Komeada would be hard to get over too. Bat shit insanity tends to be more enjoyable in Japanese.

Maybe I'm the only one, but NTR turns me on badly.... So I love when it randomly pops up in VN's.

A question about Maji de Watashi ni Koishinasai
DawnWolf replied to Deademon's topic in Visual Novel Talk
It doesn't take as much effort as you'd think to actually get the translation into the game (although I imagine some aspects can be annoying as hell) when compared to actually getting a translated script. If someone fully translates a playthrough on Youtube, I don't think it'd take long for a patch to come out with that playthrough's translations. -
Drakenguard 3. Dat Zero <3

Atlus too good. First P3FES, then P4 (although Golden made it a moot point), then Nocturne (<33333333) and the Raidou games, and now DDS. It's a good time to own a PS3, can't see myself ever letting go of a console with so much crap on it.

[Grisaia no Kajitsu] - Amane reasons for (Spoilers)
DawnWolf replied to AMMSY's topic in Visual Novel Talk
If I recall, didn't she try to kill herself, but backed out at the last moment because of the aforementioned reasons (guilt)? Yeah, pretty sure her mindset stayed that way throughout her life. -
Personally, I pick one and stick to it. When I start something that interests me, I tend to marathon it throughout my free time (this goes for more than just VNs, but anime/games/books/etc. as well).

Yeah, speaking from experience, if you put your mind to it you can definitely go more than one round. It's just keeping your eyes on the prize during the short interlude that makes it difficult.
-
Agree with you 100% for Fate and Unlimited Blade Works... Heavens Feel however...

I picked up this (and the original) the day it came out on PC. Working through the first one still though (finals week setting me back by quite a bit). Not gonna lie, I like it. Not as much story depth or character development as I or your standard VN fan might want, but I think the whole Generational system is awesome. If they did crafting better in this game (aka: Atelier series) I can see a lot of RPG fans loving this.

Grisaia no Rakuen CE Giveaway! - Finished

Oh yeah, definitely interested. My room mate would flip his shit if he saw those on my bed, those are awesome haha -
I had this problem for a few seconds, or I assume it was the same one. Anyways to resolve it you just need to open the Aya.bat file and type yes and enter when prompted in the command prompt. Once I did that the game worked without a problem on my end.

Just to ask, how far did you actually get into UBW? Just to point out one of the things that got me so hooked on FSN was the fact that UBW began to differentiate from Fate so extremely. This goes double for Heavens Feel. Anyways, yeah Tsukihime is a bit different from FSN, but if you like one... you should like the other. I'd also recommend the aforementioned G-Senjou no Maou. Nothing really fantasy about but by far just as good as FSN.

Tales of Symphonia Chronicles. Nostalgia~...

Depends on criteria. I tried it with my friends yesterday and it was wonderful. Got to choose the champs we wanted on our team, no fights over mid... and for us the games were instant. As long as you only say you want a top/mid/jung and don't specify the roll (tank, mage, etc.) you'll get people instantly. Games started as soon as we hit ready too... so wonderful. For the record though I only did it duo'd trio'd and... quatro'd? Whatever my point is I never tried it on my own.

A suburb of northern Houston and a typical dorm room in Austin, Texas. Depends on when you're asking. It's interesting to see how many non-americans are here. Pretty jealous of the French and Italians, those views man... ... And yeah having lived all my life in two major cities in Texas; I feel your pain my Dallas brethren.

Uhh well, guess I'll take advantage of that super bump to post: My IGN for NA is LanternWolf I main adc, specifically Quinn, though I prefer to top or mid when I'm not duoing with a support. I like playing with a wide variety of champs, so you'll see me use a lot of things (from Aniva to Volibear to LeBlanc).
