  1. I can confirm that anything by DoWolf is most likely trustworthy. This is because by the time he joined this project he had already translated an uploaded to youtube 2 of the routes. This Ouraai guy sounds like utter poppycock though, never seen him do anything myself. (Baseless statement, don't you dare quote me)
  2. Well, I've pretty much got my life set in stone at this point. Unless I decide on going back to school, or by a stroke a luck win some kind of lottery, I'll be a family man who will live here all my life. My job is a mere formality, basically. I can be fired... maybe...? I work at a sports club on my neighborhood where my family practically owns the place. Or at least, we've got a lot of history, having owned it in the past. Now that I think about it, my history is all worthless for this conversation. I don't interact with people nearly enough for them to ever get to know my true personality. Well, I like it this way. Other forums where I never got used to them my posts may be nice, but I hardly post. Since I like this community, and I have yet to be told I have seriously offended someone (otherwise you would have seen an incredibly apologetic me, which I really would rather not show), I think it's altogether better if I just roam free. Anyways, I can confirm with real life experience as well, people never get to truly know me until they've heard me go on a sarcasm-filled commenting spree. Though I don't recall throwing too many insults around, exception being during the grumpy Penguin disease. Posts on this thread are a mere caricature, however, as they have been for a long time now.
  3. I always have an answer at hand, fret not. I will admit it may look like I'm experienced in such a field, and perhaps I am, I'm not so sure myself. Sarcasm is something that has been deeply ingrained in my family for decades, and I am just following the norm. It's not my fault people tend to find sarcasm funny. Insults are part of my character though, I can't simply let them go like that. For reference of a time when I tried my hardest to keep it hidden you can see my first thread, or most of my threads in which I attempt to make them not look hostile. https://forums.fuwanovel.net/index.php?/topic/4111-greetings-equally-addicted-human-beings/ And so my point was proven, if any doubt had remained at all.
  4. Then again, who isn't? But I dare say making a conscious effort to be funny does tend to make it harder.
  5. Some would rather go right at the face, some prefer the shoes. I much prefer hitting people I dislike with a ruler, which is also why I carry one around with me. It's not my fault everyone posts random stuff. Speaking their language is often the best method of communication. Thankfully, I came prepared. It's not hard to be funnier than "not funny at all". ...Of course, not being hard doesn't mean you can actually do it, as you evidently can't.
  6. Fly away~ Look at my wings!
  7. So that is the opinion of the masses, eh? Who needs masses anyways. Indeed you were, I now have no doubts about it. I replied anyway, since making a nonsensical post certainly wouldn't be a first for this thread, and I came prepared.
  8. Just because I can, not because I feel I'll know this kind of stuff. Even worse, I have no plans to replay the game until I get it via Kickstarter, so it'll really have to be by memory.
  9. Too sweet. Muh diabetes. Though I was rage filled during plenty of moments myself, it was a nice ride. I'll watch the second season sometime in the nearish future.
  10. So, my memories will be wiped because of some delusion of yours?
  11. Poor mods, having to slave away at the will of the average, random user. Nevermind that, I want in!
  12. Well, great. You just seem to have neglected to mention how one would go about joining, for as obvious as it may be.
  13. Evidently I disagree, which is also why I think the question as a whole is badly worded or plain stupid. Just because what may come after could be the best thing ever for you, that may not be the case for Maefdomn and certainly wasn't for me. You can't ask for objectivity on something based on opinions. I did try to be objective somehow, but that wasn't much more than describing what happens. I could also try and answer his questions: Why? Because some people like common routes and the comedy. It also helps with setting the characters and stories to better the impact of what is to come after. Does this game need SOL? It only needs it if you feel character development would be necessary for the individual routes, which I did. I cannot imagine this common route being presented in any other way than SOL. Is it focused on SOL? Only during the common route. Afterwards you won't see too much of it anymore, if at all.
  14. No no no, the guys at SP have no idea what the hell goes on outside their delusions. One guy says this, the other retracts the statement, then another comes in saying he's not sure. In short, they have no idea. Basically, this is how it's currently set: "If steam allows it, we'll release a version there, otherwise we'll just distribute it from our own site".
  15. Want a good reason to play it? The Slice-of-Life comedy filled common route. Oh, wait. It seems you aren't enjoying it. Do you not see something fundamentally wrong here? You can't ask for a 'valid reason' or a 'good reason' for these are all subjective. I, for one, never finished Terra route as I didn't like the shift in tone. I enjoyed most else, though I also had some issues with some routes (Kotori and Shizuru) and the supernatural parts of the common route, as I thought they were annoying (as it turned out, those parts are what was actually important for the rest of the game. Lucky me). What this game offers: ^My best efforts at being objective and at describing things. Also a prime example as for why I never do it.
  16. Well, dear oh dear. I haven't started episode 2 yet, perhaps because I feel it may have a different atmosphere than the one episode 1 had. But I'll have to admit, that first episode was really my cup of tea. Enjoyed every moment of it.
  17. Don't remove on-topic images, guys! ;-;
  18. 6th episode was funny, and... I don't really know what else, nor what I was expecting. I enjoyed it.
  19. Now tell me that doesn't seriously sound like Christmas? It certainly does to me, even if that wasn't the point of it.
