  1. It is true the title of the topic certainly attracted me, but I cannot see how you'd think I'd welcome this particular member when I hardly ever do so to any other. You're right though. Welcome to the forums. I hope you have a spiffing stay here with us. You've played Air and it has become one of your favourites? Great. I'll ask you a question, then: How... er... Key-like (read: manly tears inducing) is it? Does it have a good ending in the end? If at all possible, answer those two questions and solely those two questions. As for my parting gift, have an image:
  2. I think it'd be more of a surprise if a sequel didn't reference it's prequel. But by that logic: Umineko references Higurashi. Da Capo II references Da Capo Remember 11 references Ever17 Ever17 references Never 7 Remember 11 references Never 7 etc. 2 references etc.
  3. Ooo~ How nice of you to say that.
  4. And I even bolded all the important bits... But yes, the objective was to get those two territories first and then cross the channel.
  5. Having high English standards in this community is just asking to lead a sad, sad, life.
  6. No, they're just saying they want it to come out, as they have been for the past god knows how many years.
  7. Grumpy Penguin spell is wearing off...

  8. Happy Birthday to mdz. Where are my translated games? Slave away! Gimme gimme. Actually no, take a rest, and then work at triple the speed. That sounds more viable.
  9. After punching myself for a couple of hours as punishment I shall now commence reading Air, the only Key Visual Novel I haven't tried yet. Such scum of the earth I am...
  10. And did you bother reading the first post, good sir? I don't actually have any images on my computer other than Edgeworth...
  11. We had it hidden on our blog all along. Here's some more images of the Console version of Grisaia no Kajitsu: http://visualnovelaer.fuwanovel.net/2013/02/grisaia-on-psp-is-almost-an-eroge/
  12. What? Who's claiming what? Why haven't I heard of this before now? Blast them! I'm so angry right now I'll go and take what's left of Britannia myself! In the meanwhile, our troops are to cross the channel and take all coastal territories they can get their hands on. Excuse me! I certainly haven't stopped trying to attack Roman lands! And I haven't bickered with anyone else so far. ...Although I'm not really aiming for Rome anyways...
  13. "I should probably appoint a new adviser... You, thrall, come here. Yes, your Lordship, my Lord, sir? Your my new adviser. Oh, no no no no no I couldn't, your Highness, my Eminence, oh thee of Royal Blood. You will become my adviser or I'll have you killed! But is there a difference, my Royal Grace your Majesty, sir? ...I like your guts. I'll have you come with me to Britannia. We will continue the invasion. Milord, you'll set foot in Britannia? Do you not fear for your life, sir? As your adviser, I suggest you continue to cower away from all the fighting, or someone might take thee for a strong and capable leader, your Imperial Highness. Yes, you're definitely going to Britannia. Actually, I'll have you carry me on your back. We'll set out on foot and embark on the nearest ship! Onwards!" -A conversation between King Tiag of Varela and some random slave from his court, who didn't end up dying anytime soon. I think the Saxons just don't care anymore. Ship production has stopped, and Anglo-Saxon coffers are empty. The rest of the Danish land is rich and prospering though. They might become a country of traders. Maybe they'll emigrate to the Netherlands.
  14. You called me an amazing person. You really have to be an amazing person in order to call me that. Or just plain idiotic. But I am obliged to thank you, too, mostly for courtesy, but with some truth to those words as well.
  15. In which case, there's a Western Rome right on your left which needs some arse kicking. Nice one! You've completely sidestepped the bonus issue with this little history lesson. How cunning.
  16. "My lordship... We're running out of men. What? But I told them to breed like rabbits at the start of the first invasion! Where are all the children?! They're but 16 years of age, my lord. And what of it...? Of course. Shall we send them on our newly completed ships? Indeed we shall. And how about the equipment? Arm them with sticks and stones. We'll swarm the living hell out of the Romans! I don't think that will be sufficient, your highness. Then shall we have a test? I'll give you proper equipment, you can choose what you want from my personal wares. Then you'll fight an army of 20 youngsters and tell me how it went." -A conversation between the King Tiag of Varela and his newly appointed loyal adviser, Hengest, later found dead on Danish grounds. And even more ships departed for Britannia's lands. Soon enough a passage will be established between the two countries, made out of ship debris, and there will be no more need for swimming invasions. Not that there will be any men left to invade anything. Also, the rest of the Saxons seem strangely cooperative given how the Anglo-Saxons keep failing. I wonder what they may have up their sleeve?
  17. I think that, comparitively speaking, statistics go to show that swimming may not be the best method to cross a sea or an ocean. At least not if you plan on conquering anything.
  18. They can probably just pass it off as an "homage~", of course they didn't mean to copy anything. Can you see the halo on top of their heads?
  19. "My lord, the ships we've sent to Britannia... They were all destroyed! Is that so? Then let us send more of them! Fill them with people! Women if you need to! But your lordship, we have no more ships! Then let them swim. They won't expect an attack that way, assuredly so. We'll get them by surprise! Swim? Noone can swim that far! Have you ever tried? How would you know? Actually, that's a great idea. You'll lead the invasion! We'll soon figure out if it'll work!" -A conversation between the King Tiag of Varela and his loyal adviser, Horsa, later found dead on a Danish shore. Miraculously enough, the rest of the men all managed to arrive on the shores of Britannia and commence a second invasion. In the meanwhile, more ships were being built by the rest of the Saxons, who really couldn't care less about this British invasion, but were more than interested in the profit they made from making the ships. Now that's a really despicable Penguin. If I see him around I'll give him an earful.
  20. More like they didn't include all the clutter. Good clutter, mind you, but clutter non-the-less.
  21. Well, I'll be the Saxons. Let us decide our move then... Hmph, It can only be one, can't it? The Anglo-Saxons shall embark and invade Brittania! There are great Kingdoms to be formed!
