In Danganronpa 2, Death Note was referenced somewhere around CH5 (spoilers) Killer Queen

999 and Virtue's Last Reward, though you would need a 3DS/Vİta/ DS (emulator) to play them. Also if I elaborate on "why", it'd be spoilers.

The exam week's coming... God dammit: I guess I should be glad there is not a game I'm hooked by. Mass Effect is slow and unsatisfactory, and there are no other games I plan to play at this point.

Binding Of Isaac: Rebirth launches on November 4th for PC, Vita, and PS3/PS4. The only non-VN game I'm looking forward to, and the only game I have ever preordered (except Exogenesis, an OELVN)

I'll probably drop Muv Luv Alternative. After that, I probably won't have time for VN's for a few months... My next will probably be Exogenesis when it launches.

If we are not talking about VN's it might be as far back as a few months ago when I played Thomas Was Alone. What a beautiful game. Never thought I'd feel affection for a bunch of rectangles

If you are one of the few people that walk this Earth whom are in possession of a PS Vita, you should play Danganronpa and Virtue's Last Reward! However, to play VLR, you have to play 999, its predecessor for the DS, first. VLR is also on the 3DS, if you have one. As for PC VNs, Steins; Gate and Ever17 are great places to start.

Finished streaming Danganronpa 2. I spoiled myself to hell and back with that game, but it was still awesome.

***DANGANRONPA 2 SPOILERS UP TO CHAPTER 6 TRIAL*** My favorite characters so far (I'm right before CH6 trial now): √(-1) Komaeda. I love this son of a bitch. I also hate him. Got even better after he cleared the Final Dead Room. 1) Nanami. I knew it all was too good to be true -.-' (Ma waifu) Tetris will never feel the same again. 2) Mikan. If I could ever meet her, I'd become her friend, I'd want to make her happy. I'd be by her side at all times. I'd forgive her for anything and everything she did. I liked Despair Mikan too. <3 3) Gundam. The best sort of delusional badass: The type that gets serious when he knows he needs to. Also has the best post-trial behavior of any killer. That execution... </3 4) Hinata. I liked him better than Naegi. He is smarter and also more competent in every aspect. Feels more genuine. Also his ahoge flips around when he objects to something. 5) Kuzuryuu. The guy defined the act of getting one's shit together after CH2. Kind of ironic, if you consider what happened. Edit: Changed Sonia with Kuzu.

Some games can still have beautiful OP's with bad graphics (I'm looking at you, Umineko.) A "good song" is a song that gets you hyped for the VN and also fits well with the video and the theme of the VN. This, however, is obviously subjective. I love Remember11's intro... (I know I've posted about it before)

Opening song, for me, is usually associated with the opening video. What makes a good OP video then? 1) Hypes you for the game 2) Doesn't spoil much 3) Has a good song My favorite OP is Remember11, followed by Ever17 followed by Steins; Gate. It might be worth to note also that out of the three, my overall least favorite VN is R11.
