    I'm always here in fact XD I just didn't participate much. yup I knew, but Danganronpa was more successful commercially so I wasn't worried. ZE on the other hand.. actually came back from the dead lol anyway, I'm very happy about the news and I'll play both for sure.

    I want to read many games.... but anyway, my friends decided that we should read Comyu together, so here I'm... I can't predict myself sometimes anyway, it seems a very good game, good writing, nice UI, and.... Kagome is a great character, one scene was enough for me to judge

    I've finished the whole series some weeks ago.. a great series without a doubt ( thanks to anyone encouraged me to play it ), however, it had some weaknesses too. what I liked: - Mitsurugi Meiya, such a noble character : )

    I strongly suggest against this, why ? story reasons ( you know what I mean ). also, there is nothing to distract you when you play it on the system itself, as it was made to be. btw, you should play Virtue's Last Reward! it was a real gem to me, and improved the formula in every way possible.

    because I always search for new storytelling experiences, and because I like Japanese entertainment in general.

    you can, but I'll get my revenge can I take this as a hint ? Altered Fable ? whats is this ? I think I'm gonna play anything translated. I'll try to play as much as possible because I'm free this week, after that I'll have much less time to play. the first thing to notice about Alternative is the presentation is even better than the already very good first game. lip syncing, more details in backgrounds ( and widescreen format ), better effects... incredible production value overall. bye-bye! ( lol getting used too much to Kasumi )

    can anyone help me with this problem, please ? the game doesn't start, i get the error "Authentication failed: unrecognized kernel32 module". of course, my system locale is Japanese.

    : P like I said, I finished Unlimited today. it had it ups and downs, but it was a good and enjoyable read overall. the ending was the high point of the game to me. I've played the first hour of Alternative just to find out how the story will continue after that ending..

    thanx for giving me some hope lol don't mind I'm looking for the journey itself not just a destination I hope I do. I wish I can just ..format my brain anyway, I'm going to finish Unlimited today! I've never imagined I would finish Extra and Unlimited this fast, I've always wanted to read Alternative and felt like - at least Extra - there is a huge thing blocking my way.

    well.. to be honest with you guys there is something big spoiled to me about Alternative... when I want to play/read something usually i listen to some music.. and there was some amazing track at youtube... youtube... I should've never searched there. huge spoiler :

    I agree with you, I'm also enjoying it despite some annoying things ( whats with those outfits ? ) and some long scenes for nothing important. too late... lol j/k sure, I've been playing this whole time to get to Alternative. btw, Meiya is my favorite character for now ( and probably to the end ), she's such a noble character I'm weak against noble characters like her

    ok.. Muv Luv Unlimited feels like the real building of the story! there is a lot of building, and a lot of scenes to make you familiar with the squad, it is much better than Extra but its not that good, though I did enjoy reading it. anyway, my sixth sense is telling me that this game is building for something big

    I agree with you. I didn't read too many visual novels compared to other people, but Umineko maybe the most well written of them all. it feels much more like a novel to me than any other game.

    but there is a lot of discussions there about various works, and they got buried under many replies, why not use official threads instead ? at least you can find all discussions about any work easily. I don't know.. that is just how I think, honestly.

    I just... have a different view to the VN section, I don't agree about how it runs. "what are you playing ?" topic is eating the whole section. the problem is .... general discussions about some works will be buried under hundreds of replies. I wish there is official threads for every VN.

    I'm thinking of doing Meiya + Sumika and skipping the rest of extra... but I feel bad for this -_- I don't know...

    Actually, Skyrim reached 20 million copy worldwide, and FFXIII didn't sell 10 million, the whole trilogy did though. I think... story driven RPG's were more popular in the 90's to mid 2000's, but after that there was a shift toward open world games in general.

    I'm reading Muv Luv Extra for the first time I will do Meiya's route first then Sumika. and I'm still reading Umineko episode 3 but slowing down thanks to Hunter x Hunter
