Black. I used to be a really dark and lonely kid, the color not only suited me really well by the time but I also always felt safer when in the darkness as opposed to the natural fear it imposes. The color also represents a wide variety of things, it really depends on context and stuff like that, but some of the most popular ones would be evil, fear and madness. It's the ultimate color in the sense that it's formed of every other one, they're all there but they won't define it. Using red as an example, it's usually the representation of anger, but when it becomes part of the black, it won't be only that anymore, it'll be part of something "bigger". Black takes every color, every meaning in order to create it's own, when I thought about this, my favorite color for life was already decided.

I came here to suggest something and ended up taking a suggestion. Girl Friends is simply amazing, 10/10 a must read.

I got suggested to watch Ano Hana and ended up memorizing Aoi instead. By episode 5 I was like: Wait, ain't there supposed to be a white-haired loli as one of the main characters? I didn't even cared by that point, Aoi Hana was really sweet, might be a good one to start.

I was a fanboy a long time ago, nowadays I still love it but not that much anymore. Some of the best points of One Piece would be: - Characters and their histories. Oda is really good when it comes to create charismatic backstories/personalities. - Lots of critics. You'll be able to relate most of the adversities the characters face with something you've seen or head about in real life. Personally, I think the most brilliant one was around chapter 600 to 650, if you reach that point and think about the whole situation, it's one of the most well done critics I've seen in manga. - Oda don't say: "Fuck you", to the power level. Well, not often, it did end up happening here and there but in general, if someone is stronger then he will win, the main character after 750 chapters still ain't really a big fish compared to the top tier characters. I'd say you should read it, it's really fun to see how the drawing improves throughout the series and the beginning of the anime is not that great. On a side note, I did watch some of the really later episodes just because the art, animation and the pace became really good. Basically, read it, the anime only gets close to the manga level a lot later.

If that's the case, I'd strongly suggest Cross Channel.

For the sex scenes I guess in the middle, I always hope for plot-relevant H-scenes and usually these are the ones. As for the relationship part, I can't really vote, I think it depends way too much on how it's handled.

Cross Channel characters are basically stereotypes, the thing is what happens when you put them in the situation given by the novel. It doesn't exactly fit you definition, but Katawa characters are more than just crippled people, some might not present a past as dark as Grisaia's characters (Let's be honest, that's kinda hard to achieve) but they definitely are amazing and well-built histories.

Finished Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. What an awesome anime, definitely a masterpiece.

I got into KLK because of the OST, Don't lose your way and Blumenkranz were simply too awesome. But how am I not supposed to fall in love with this? I mean, she's just...

@Zeph Yeah, I basically work with signatures and sometimes making wallpapers for myself so the original imagine is always intact. Well, I won't deny it's better if someone can teach you around but I did just fine by myself, all I can do now is stuff I started to experiment after following guides, guess it's a really personal thing. @Tatsujin Thanks, I'll take a look. Some people have addressed about the images being kinda weird because of the resize but I have never seen anything wrong with that, unless it gets extremely ugly I probably won't notice. Thanks for remembering me that I have to improve in this, I'll be sure to try.

Do you think project leaders would mind if I posted their recruitment info without their explicit consent? I don't think so, if the recruitment is open then it means they need people. You mentioned that there might be a swarm of less-than-capable applicants but it's better than having nothing at all, if 1 out of 10 applicants turn out to be a capable one, it'd have been worth it for them. 3. Should I look for more inactive projects that still might be non-dead and list their info as well? It's a good idea, but I think that in this case it would be better to contact the project leader to see if they're planning on continuing it. 4. Should I do all the research myself, or can I leave that up to project leaders contacting me? Both maybe? Project leaders should contact you since it's mostly for their benefit, but if you see a project struggling due to the lack of members, you could do it yourself. However, you might end up having to take the initiative since it's a new project and all, most of the leaders won't know about it. 5. If project leaders do start contacting me, will my PM inbox get ignobly capped? If the project becomes really successful and popular, it might. 6. Would it be a good idea to cross-post this to this forum as well? I think so, there are lots of people who don't know the blog but access the forums, there are even lots of people who just lurk around here, it might get someone's attention.

I really wish I was good at using photoshop, I gotta take a week to learn and practice stuff someday. I don't really know color and shading, but I once heard burn and dodge tools are very important.

Hm, you got a point there, but I'm just hoping it won't end up being a trash adaptation, I'll be more than happy if it's just average. I'm not that concerned about the quality of the adaptation for the sake of the anime itself, but making VN's into animes is a way to popularize them, I just hope it won't end up a disaster so people will actually get interested in reading the original work. And yeah, as long as the characters don't act out-of-character, it's usually good enough. Thank you!

I guess it's for the sake of sharing those infos to people who haven't read the previous articles. Personally I like to know the singers, I have some favorites from anime OP's and ED's, those always peek my interest in how will the op/ed be. True, but I think they're great, haven't seen every anime mentioned there but I don't think I'll be disappointed with the overall quality of the series.
