eden* felt rushed at the end, they tossed like 4 cgs in like 1 min...without any reason and the rest wasn't any spectacular either, just the voice sync for the characters, ef was much more bigger in terms of production value, it looks almost like an anime, there are scenes where the characters even "walk" while they are talking, you have the whole story of chihiro told like a child book, Kyosuke uses his camera all the time and the effect of his scenes while he is filming is really cool, etc, etc. There is no comparison between eden and elf. considering that not even little busters was released yet (the ecstasy edition has been stalled for months now for some reason) I doubt angel beats is going to get a fan translation even less an official one..at least not any time soon aka years.

have you read blue*? it was recently translated. I liked it a lot brass restoration and i usually dont like vns with music themes, I like those types of vns like clannad, katawa shoujo, yume miru kusuri, just some slice of life with drama. I mean you wont find a swan song type of vn out there :/ if it's not really well known is because you are not missing something really good. Some vns are tagged as english but they are partially translated, there are around 2000 vns "translated"

I don't think it's necessary and the costs of production for these types of vns are way more than your regular one so I don't even know if it is worth it. You can have an amazing vn even with just a few backgrounds (like narcissu) The most important thing in a vn imo is the story and the music, everything else is going to help but can't redeem a vn if it is bad just by having awesome graphics, nekopara sucks ass, yes it SUCK ASS it just pretty to the eyes, nothing more.

Art style = 8/10 Music = 9/10 Plot = depends on the heroine but aeka 9.5/10 nekoko 8/10 mizuki 6.5/10 overall = 9.1/10 (yeah it should be 8.2 but I dont care ) cons: Too many ero-scenes (still they used the ero-scenes for plot development kudos for that!) sometimes the lolis were too much... (specially with her sister) the length of the vn was really short (or at least it felt that way)

when the game was released it was a massive chaos, you don't have to believe me but it was, just like when Rage was released for example it had all kinds of bugs, those are the 2 games I remember being full of bugs and the community went nuts because of it, something like the witcher 3 or dark souls 2 and the downgrade thing but way worst.

just check the steam forum when the game was released, there were hundreds of post about that or just search skyrim bsod on google

Reading Kano's route in Air, so far I really like the novel, I think it should be pretty easy to read it even in japanese it's not your typical vn so kudos for that, but I didn't find it very interesting.

the best one is black plague which is the second one, the whole pack is 6 bucks, they are a bit short true but nevertheless really good (and amnesia the dark decent is amazing too, a machine for pig not so much)

I must be honest I fucking love those quirky dialogs and they are part of shenmue, you can't have shenmue without those types of silly dialogs and bad voice acting.

I think borderlands is one of those games that never gets old if you play it with friends. So yeah it's worth it. You could have bought Penumbra Collectors Pack with that money, an amazing and good trilogy horror games
