Similar to Koichoco? Maybe Princess Evangile and Noble Works here (Both of those more in ojou sama setting though). And if what you're looking not ojou sama setting, maybe Little Busters here. Oh, and Grisaia no Kajitsu. Hope the recommendation help.

Daitoshokan no Hitsujikai. Very similar to KoiChoco. Club, Election...But it has less drama, and has more positive time.

 

Though there only translated 2 main routes(Kana,Tsugumi) + 2 sub routes(Maho,Ureshino).

If you're interested on Yuri, I think Kindred Spirits on the Roof was very similar to KoiChoco in some ways, and I liked those two a big lot.

Every Key VN - except Planetarian - takes place in a school of sorts. The best one for me was Rewrite, but I'd recommend Clannad too.

Period is the quintessential high school VN with hopefully some development for the MC.

Also Yume Miru Kusuri is set in a high school, but only one route of three focuses heavily on high school environment (and it's a bullying route, if you're interested).

I just remembered about A Profile, but I didn't like it that much, very overboard, forced drama.
