I was bored and started hacking around this nifty new VN I'd found. I developed my own tools and launcher/loader and started translating. Once it began to look somewhat promising, I announced my lone work here so that others wouldn't accidentally end up duplicating my efforts. Current State Since the start of the project, I've been fortunate to meet some fantastic, nice and helpful friends who've certainly helped take the project to another level. Progress has been sometimes sporadic, sometimes steadfast, yet always inevitable. I'm a busy person, but never abandon my projects. Last year (2021) was a bit quiet, but this year (2022) we've been happy to recruit THREE new awesome editors, and really picked up the pace again. I created custom collaboration tools that allow the others to work on the project without my involvement at all, greatly improving efficiency. A web-based translation editor allows everyone to translate, edit and comment on all the content in the game comfortably, and a custom app allows everyone to synchronize the latest changes from the shared web editor directly into the game on their computer. 2023-02-15: Still alive Still here, still going. But slightly interesting, huh? 2022-05-25: Situation update! The project is roughly 50% done now - and we've doubled the translated line count within the last 5 months alone! The new TL & edit tools make for a much faster workflow, and all the programming and UI work is also pretty much done. Therefore I feel confident in stating that we're now moving at a much faster pace than at any point before. It's not going to take two more years. What else? Let's say you get chance to become translator or get chance to join translator group. Which few or more VN do you want to translate? feel free to provide information about VN and show VN you want to translate and why you want to translate it? Akaneiro ni Somaru Saka ( I have watch anime and i simple feel in love with anime and i have always dream to play VN and it have beautiful story. 2. Hoshizora e Kakaru Hashi ( same with Akeneiro and i love rivalty in anime) 3. D.C. Girl's Symphony ~Da Capo Girl's Symphony~( it sems to have great story and i wonder how game it's differnt from other Da Capo games) 4. Mashiro Iro Symphony(I just love this anime of it more than Akeneiro and Hoshizora, it have beautiful story with great romance and rivalty) 5.Memories Off(Memories off seems to have great plot with drama and romance, i wonder how other memories off serie are)

This sounds good! I don't mind a darker look into yuri romance/love stories once in a while, lol ^^ I mean, I did look at the CGs on hitomi, but the quality of visuals is high, so I wouldn't mind a fan translation! So keep up the good work!

Regional pricing is pretty much irrelevant in my country, but Steam sales are a big deal and the convenience of having my whole catalogue under one client is huge. Also, I have my tiny Curator account to shill for EVNs I like, so if I can find something on Steam I'll rather play it there and review/catalogue it. Plus I generally don't care for H-scenes, so the kind of censorship Steam forces on some VNs do not bother me, or is even preferable... Of course, that is when Valve does not randomly screw over developers and remove games for no legitimate reason, but that's a whole different conversation.

What is included now: -20 Hscenes previously cut were integrated to the story, along with smaller text sections before and after them. These are all untranslated for the time being, however the original japanese text is still available if you select the appropiate language setting." -CGs and character sprites are restored to their original forms. No white light rays and fog anymore! -The new CGs appear in the ILLUSTRATIONS menu as you encounter them in game. -A brand new MEMORIES tab containing the Hscenes you've unlocked. What is planned for future patches: -Patricia Hscene scripts will get translated first, resulting in the second partial patch. -The rest of the routes will come later, one character at a time. -Restoring cut lines from the original, non-H script. You're welcome. Sorry for this rather "late" reply, but I wasn't really around here until a while ago. Regarding the translation - I'd say it's at least possible. Applique -Sister- is no more, but the parent company still exists; it's hard to tell what is the game's legal situation in terms of rights but from my experience, such titles can be often easier to acquire. Obviously, it's age would also be a deciding factor, as older games tend to be cheaper to license. They actually let him. At least, that's what I remember. There's also some -very- interesting content regarding this matter
