  1. Well her route has been finished six years ago, and JAST already improved since then with them rereleased Majikoi and more importantly just released Muramasa today.
  2. It's been released at JAST (The link to the store), although currently the site is only for USA though thanks to the site was busted for a while because of high traffic (You can try to use VPN with USA as the location for the proxy). Feel free to talk about Muramasa here and have fun.
  3. Here's their latest Kickstarter update, and for the info it contain the most important information in that it's the release date for Hypno/Hollow at November 26th later. Feel free to note the date in case you've been looking forward to the release.
  4. Welcome to Fuwanovel and sorry for the belated greeting. Feel free to talk more about VN if you feel like to do it, and of course you can ask for VNs recommendations if you need it. Lastly I hope that you'll have fun here.
  5. Funbag Fantasy 3if - Alternative version of Funbag Fantasy 3 that was said to be better than the original version, and Mangagamer did localize the if version here. Well no much to say other than it should be good for big breast fans seeing that we'll see a lot of sex scenes with big breast girl along with some surprisingly good writing. Karakara 2 - While the first game is more or less just slice of life VN within a ruined world, the second game add some plot with the cliffhanger ending and of course add two more girls. The result, well let's just say that it's quite obvious that the developer did force the sequel seeing that the first game is conclusive enough in that the sequel here is really unnecessary, because otherwise the developer won't force the cliffhanger ending just to gather some interest to the sequel that still hasn't released even today. Aoi Tori - Purple Software VN that has the setting of all girl school with the MC here is basically someone who work as priest who recover the girls mental through sex, and I'm not making up of this at all. The MC didn't find the enjoyment in his work at all though, at least until he met with a cute vampire in which from there the MC life is starting to change. Oh yes this VN has quite a number of sex scenes, and in here we have 25 scenes which to say is quite a lot for the VN with medium length. In case anyone want to reading this in English, Nekonyan already took care of it with them took the license of it and currently it's been at 60% translated. Makeover - The full name here is honestly very perverted lol. That aside this is Smee VN so you know that you should expect some comedy in here along with some romance, and this time three of five heroines along with the MC here are young adults instead of high school students (Smee did make another Makeover with high school heroines in case you didn't like young adult heroines). Oh yes like Aoi Tori Nekonyan also licensed this as well, and we already have this released since last year. That's all for what I can write in regard of November 2017 releases.
  6. Welcome to this week VNTS Review, and for the info this is not my review on new Valkyrie Profile game but instead I combined both of Walkure Romanze and Venus Blood Hollow for the title, so we have Valkyrie Profile Hollow as this week VNTS Review title (For the info 'Walkure' is Germany (And Japanese as well) word for Valkyrie). As for this week, well I can say that this week we didn't have many update from the official companies but instead we have more updates from fan translation. That said, we still have two interesting updates though in which the updates in question are Venus Blood Hollow exact release date along with the sudden release of Walkure Romanze common route patch, although in the end this week is still quite plain to a degree though. Anyway let's see what I can write in regard of this week as well. Cherry Kiss did released their nukige back at 20th, and for the reminder it's about the hero who somehow need to help the demon king that he was defeated beforehand because the demon king himself turned into female because of a spell. Since this is nukige, naturally the way of hero helping the demon king is through sex in which turned out that it has some effect of lessening the effect of the spell. Go get the nukige if you want to see the process of the hero help the demon king to overcome her problem, and have fun. Oh yes we also have Shiravune did release Honey*Honey*Honey on Steam today after three days delay thanks to Steam reviewer review it longer than usual, and you can get the VN from Steam if you have the problem of getting the VN from Johren thanks to DRM Denuvo that DMM applied at Johren. As for fan translation updates at this week, we have Eustia was at 92.59% TLC-ed with Licia's chapter was reached 60% mark (60.61%) TLC-ed, Taimanin Kurenai was at 30% edited, 87.2% original lines of Summer Pockets (Past 60,000 (60,124) lines mark) was reworked, and Chiccakunai Mon was at 80.1% translated. We also have Loverable update, although the update is quite questionable because the progress of the translation was regressed from fully translated to 98.11% translated and yet the editing progress here had a slight update with the current progress was at 96.18% edited. I guess the regression of the translation progress was because of recounting some of translated lines there, and in any case here's hoping for this five years old project to finally reach the conclusion at this year. We also have White Album 2 progress, and the current progress is that they did some playtesting with the Introductory Chapter was already done and currently it's been at common route of Closing Chapter. As for the release plan, it'll be at Autumn later so let's see if the team can really release the full translation patch of White Album 2 later if all is going well. Senmomo editing also going well, and currently the editor was almost done with the first script file in which it contain ~20% of Chapter 1. The translator also acknowledged that what he did by not releasing the scripts file immediately can cause some suspicion that he did MTL (Especially when he also said that he's been working on this at 16 hours per day which to say is almost impossible for normal human), and therefore he ask us to wait until the trial patch is released later. I'll look forward to see the trial patch later, and I hope that the patch release can clear the doubt whether the translation is really MTL or not (I can't really say whether it's true that Senmomo is MTL or not, because both opinions has enough circumstantial evidences to support those). One of 4chan member did suddenly released the translation patch for Walkure Romanze (The post in regard of that), although unfortunately it only cover the common route so if you want to play the girls routes you need to wait for a while (The translator did say that he'll translate the heroines routes as well). I did some searching, and turned out that we have Walkure Romanze translation project way back at 2012, although of course nowadays the translator himself was already disappear or dropped the project seeing that there's no more updates from him (Duh). Back to the new project, as for the patch it also has a choice of whether you want to use honorific or not in which turned out that a lot of people have problem whether the translation keep the honorific or localized it (I don't really care much about it to be honest). Anyway good luck to the translator in regard of the project and I hope I can see full translation patch of Walkure Romanze. Lastly we really have Ninetail announced the exact release date of Venus Blood Hollow as Keimaru (Venus Blood director for the reminder) said, and it'll be at November 26th later which to say is faster than the target (For the info the target is at December later), and the reason is that they think it's safer if they moved up the release date in order to ensure that the physical edition can be delivered by November end or within December thanks to pandemic. Other than the exact release date announcement in which it's obviously very important, we also have Ninetail said that they already consider some of fans who request the translation of mini fandisc of Venus Blood (The extra VNs that featured one heroine in a sex scene), and for that matter they said that they'll do mini crowdfund if they already decided to do that. Lastly, I look forward to Hollow release at November 26th later. That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.
  7. Since the OP each time make this kind of thread without realizing on how ridiculous it gotten as of now (I assume that the OP is really serious on his request and not do it just because he want to entertain us), perhaps it would be better to move this thread (And the future thread from the OP) to Coliseum of Chatter section if possible. PS - For my serious answer reply here, I suggest that the OP should learn Japanese and read Valusia or if he didn't want to do it then try Amayui (Those two VNs has dark skin MC if the OP in desperate need to self insert). If the OP here already play those two and still depressed (And make the same thread again), perhaps the OP here should really stop reading the VNs and try the other hobbies.
  8. Well there's no rule that you should introduce yourself before asking for the recommendations here, because in fact I can say that I'm very late to introduce myself in this community (I did the introduction thread after more than a year being active on top having 40 posts beforehand). Anyway welcome to Fuwanovel, and feel free to ask for more recommendations if you need it later. Lastly good luck on your Japanese study and I hope that you'll have fun here.
  9. Welcome to Fuwanovel and sorry for the belated greeting. Good luck on your attempt to do some translation work, and I hope that you'll have fun here.
  10. I see that now you're in charge of VNTS at Reddit, so with that it'd make you a fellow VNTS person here. Anyway as for July I suppose it's quite a busy month to a degree, and the same can be said for August here as well. So here's my comment on July here. Good for hardcopy fans that Mangagamer released the hardcopy I suppose, and at least it mean that the products in question (Impoara 3 and Sukehime) are selling well to a degree. Mangagamer also did release Memorajo along with Christmas Tina, in which the former is good follow up to Amrilato in case you want more GL romance between Rin and Ruka, while for the latter it's unique VN that has Chinese voice along with unusual setting in that it's set at 1980's with no school setting (It's more like two poor people who struggle at their unusual job to make their needs fulfilled). By the way I'm not into Go Go Nippon heroines became Virtual Youtuber there, but I suppose it's what Overdrive can only do nowadays. Sekai's announcements on AX are more or less quite average with the only interesting one is QUALIA, and with Mangagamer's Otaku announcements available I guess I should take it easy for the company when it come to announcements at the conventions seeing that we currently have pandemic ongoing. At least good to see that one of the announcements (2236 AD Secretary Story) was released at July, although it's more or less just small release. Also good for Nekopara female fans now that they got Nekopara Catboys Paradise there, and perhaps some Dies Irae fans who only play it for the character design can play Nekopara Catboy Paradise as well because it has same artist as Dies Irae. While JAST didn't attend AX Lite like Sekai and thus didn't announce Flowers Hiver like last AX, at least their announcement on Muramasa exact release date (At 24th or five days later) is make up for it. Which should be good for anyone else who've been wanted to read it because it has good average score on VNDB, although at the same time it might be caused a lot of people to expect too much on this. Sukera really want to get all of their VNs localized, and the proof is that they released Oshirabu FD in English language at the same time they released it in Japan as well. Here's hoping that they can make more VNs in the future so that we can have more nice GL VNs. Bustafellow here has nice character design courtesy of Sumeragi Kohaku, and it's good for otome VN fans who only has PC because it's also available for Steam as well so good for the company who provided Steam version of it (Unlike Aksys who only release their otome VNs as console only). Well I suppose Butafellow here might be one of two interesting otome VN that we have it released at this year, and as for the other otome VN it's Taisho Alice in that I forgot to mention that we have the last part of it released back at June. Surprisingly the company that has most interesting releases in July here are not either Mangagamer, JAST, or Nekonyan. But instead it's Shiravune in that they manage to surprisingly released three VNs at once. The first is Chihiro Himukai in that while the premise sounds like any nukige from Cherry Kiss, in practice it's more like what would happen if Smee make a short length nukige with single heroine because the writer of Chihiro Himukai here is Hayase Yuu who as we know did write Smee comedy VNs (ie Fureraba and Makeover). The second (And third) is Primal x Hearts duology in that basically both VNs share same plot to a degree (The MC was supposed to break the stalemate between two parties at school) and both VNs are quite well known for the charage with good production value. Oh yes while it would be nice if there's no DRM in Johren, I suppose it's impossible for them to change their mind on it if they already decided it so oh well. That's all for what I can write about Visual Novel News at July 2021 here.
  11. While I understand why the protection is needed, admittedly it's quite annoying to wait for Cloudflare page to finally showing the forum page, especially on android where I did open the page for the whole night and turned out it didn't get the result. As for how I cope with this, I did browse the forum using Mozilla browser which turned out is quite faster when it come to loading Cloudflare, and after I installed Mozilla in android I finally manage to browse the forum in my handphone. Anyway thanks for finally loosening the protection there.
  12. In regard of both VNs, there's official localization project that were worked on by two different companies (Amatsutsumi by Sekai Project and Aoi Tori by Nekonyan). As for the news, well there's some updates with both project in that currently Amatsutsumi was already fully translated and edited with the current progress was Sekai doing the QA for it (Their translation tracker also list that the engine of it was already 80% done), while for Aoi Tori currently it was at 60% translated and it's also in porting work as well. So to summarize it, in regard of the translation both are going well so far and if possible perhaps we may have both released at 2022 later. As for fan translation of both VNs, there are none in English because both are already officially localized. I hope that I can answer your question here.
  13. I see that you now used emoticon of anime character crying, which to say is very fantastic on it's own. Seriously though, at this rate you'll going in circle by your request (If not command) in regard of creating black skinned MC in a VN. I'm not saying that it's not possible to have black skinned MC in a VN, but I afraid I must say that your point here might be taken as an insult to even black skinned people because you just directly assume that what black skinned people need to be happy is just to self insert with the same skin colored MC, while actually there's a lot of factor that can make black skinned people to be happy just like any other people. As for your real life situation, while I can see that your issue is understandable I think it shouldn't be used as the reason for keep futilely begging and crying asking for a VN with dark skinned MC just for you to self insert (I don't think that it's usual for the people to self insert just because of the same skin color), although if you just want to entertain us like a clown then I have nothing to say other than keep at it until you get what you want. PS - From your past posts I know that you're willing to work hard to get the VN with black skinned MC and has very big production value only to have lack on resources problem, but considering that you said that you've been depressed because of that perhaps it's about time you took some time to rest and recuperation from VNs for some times.
  14. Welcome to this week VNTS Review, and as for the title since we have Great Ace Attorney released in English along with Senmomo new translation project in that it has the premise that the aftermath of the empire after the invasion I decided to make the title as 'Turnabout Invasion' (For the info all Ace Attorney cases has the word 'Turnabout'). Compared to the last week, well this week is surely is a calm one although of course we still have some updates here with the biggest one is the release of Majikoi A-4 patch. That said though, there's no much to talk at this week to be honest so let's see what I can write in regard of this week as well. We have an user did claim that he managed to translate Senmomo and it's FD back at 8th with the progress in that he manage to finished the translation for both VNs and currently he's working on the editing together with the new staffs. While normally this is a good news seeing that it mean more August VN being translated together with the FD, there's some doubt casted on the project namely that the translator did claim that he manage to work on both VNs for over 16 hours which to say normally impossible for the people so much that people suspicious that it used MTL, and of course VNDB suspect it as well so that they marked both project as MTL. While it's understandably not right to mark this even before the release seeing that the translator didn't say that he used DeepL, it's also hard to prove that this is not really a MTL because there's no translation sample to proof it. What I know for now is that he learnt Japanese in the past, so it's possible that he can instantly understand the text when he played both VNs. In any case, I'll just wait for the translator to release the patch in order to prove whether it's really MTL-ed or not. Finally Sol Press has an update in regard of Nukitashi, and the update is just that they'd rebuild the QA file. Well sure as long as they got some progress it's good for them I suppose, and hopefully it's not that they just buying some time for preparing the release like what Frontwing did with Sharin recently after they made a blunder by repeatedly announced the release date is almost near. JAST did have the update for Flowers Hiver in that they've been working on it, although since they're not attending AX Lite the only way we know that is from one of their tweet that answered the question in regard of that. As for the release estimation, looking from the past pattern 2022 release should be more that possible to be happen so let's see if we can see JAST release Flowers Hiver at next year. Lastly we have Keimaru (Ninetails director) did reveal that he'll reveal the release date for Hollow at 20th later on his tweet, so let's see if there'll be release date for Hollow in three days later. For fan translation updates, we have Shin Koihime Musou was at 48% edited, Taimainin Kurenai was at a quarter edited, 86.7% original lines of Summer Pockets were reworked, and Harugi was at 21% edited. As for A-4 release, well good for Majikoi fans in that they can get more of Majikoi although it's obviously not for me seeing that it's more or less just the fandisc of Majikoi. Anyway go get A-4 of you want to see more Majikoi and been wanted to play it, and have fun. That's all for this week VNTS Review and sorry if it's been too short here. See you next week. PS - Forgot to mention that Honey*Honey*Honey will also have Steam version so you can get it from Steam in case you didn't like to get it from Johren because of the DRM. It's been delayed until 20th later though because Valve do some extended approval process on the VN, which to say not too bad outcome considering that we know Valve can be quite fickle when it come to schoolgirls in the VNs and Honey*Honey*Honey has school setting.
  15. Venus Blood Brave - Well no corrupt the heroines here and that Ninetails did experiment with the gameplay. Other than that, I only know that it's the only Venus Blood that get OVA adaptation so there's that. Baldr Bringer - Mod Clephas did say that somehow GIGA decided to bury their Baldr series by making the gameplay as bad as possible, and with that at least I can just move on with this if somehow GIGA decided to localize this and censored the sex scenes (Or rather forced the other localization companies to censor the sex scenes). Oh well, at least it mean that GIGA realized the limit on how much they can milk Baldr series if Bringer here is really their last Baldr VN. Noraneko 2 - It's localized, although too bad that Harukaze decided to censor the overseas release by using the console port version and it mean that there'll be no sex scenes in the translated version. It somehow get a better score compared to first Noraneko, although perhaps it's more like because Harkaze expand the side heroines and the setting along with adding the new heroines. In the end I guess I can say that too bad that Harukaze censored the sex scenes for overseas release of Noraneko duology, because from what I see I can say that Noraneko duology here are good VNs with a lot of comedy which would be do better if not for censorship. That's all for my comment on October 2017 releases.
  16. DDLC - One of well known OELVN, thanks to the big twist in the story that involved Monika. While at first the twist is thought as something unique, turned out that there's another VN that also has the same twist (Kimikoi) so that it can be said that DDLC here is inspired by Kimikoi (Although the creator of DDLC (Dan Salvato) did say that he didn't really know Kimkoi when he made DDLC). In any case, I guess one may play it if you curious about the twist (Which to be said already well known even among the people who didn't play it yet). Flowers Hiver - The last part of Flowers tetralogy that was supposed to be resolve all of the plot from previous series. From what I read apparently the ending was quite disappointment to a degree, although I believe some other people may find the ending satisfying. That said, Flowers Winter here would be still worth it for the art and the soundtrack along with lighthearted GL romance (Note that Flowers here is pretty much lighter compared to Kara no Shoujo despite from the same company). Oh yes JAST did already worked on this, although as of now they didn't announce it explicitly (They only say this when they answering one of the tweet) and from the usual pattern we'll going to have this translated at 2022 later. Seven Days - A nakige with the MC encounter a female ghost that was possessed by six other ghosts, and thus the MC job is to calmed down each ghosts in order for them to move on within seven days which obviously will took 49 days to calmed down all of the ghosts (49 days here is also the time limit that the ghosts can stay in the human world). This VN was created through the crowdfunding, and the late Conjuereor was the one who translate this. We also have this translated thanks to Fruitbat Factory, and for the info since Fruitbat is the one who handle the localization it should be obvious that there's no sex scenes here (Fruitbat only handle all age VN for the info). Space Live - Technically this is OELVN that was created by Circus here, and the premise is we have female personification of web browsers (With the big breast) compete in the the game show that supposed to be determined the number of the supports between the web browsers. Well what I can say is that at least we should praise Circus can make their answer to Sakura series, and just enjoy the visual that the game provided (No sex scenes though, and at least Circus didn't add the sex scenes for the Japanese release only like Pulltop). That's all for my comment in regard of September 2017 releases.
  17. Shinimasu - Utsuge VN that Zakamutt worked on, and currently is still in the process of being translated with the remaining work is to do QA before the release. Wagahigh OC - I guess I can say that Wagahigh here is the most successful Madosoft VNs seeing that it's their only VN that has fandisc. Anyway Wagahigh FD here add the routes for the side characters along with the after stories for each of heroines in the main game if I remember right. There's still no word on Sekai will license this despite a lot of request, so let's just say that it seems not possible to have this localized (For now). Amrilato - GL VN with the isekai element in that our MC Rin was sent to the world where every people spoke Esperanto, which caused some communication block because obviously Rin can't speak Esperanto. While the language block in isekai here is already unique when it come to many other isekai works (The only isekai work that has same plot is Aselia if I remember correctly, and many isekai MCs out there are usually granted the ability to understand the language of the new world), what make it more unique is that in here we'll have Esperanto classes in that we'll going to see some Esperanto lesson so at least you can say that this is educational VN to a degree (Obviously though you'll need more than this VN to really learn Esperanto, but at least Amrilato here should be a good start if you want to learn Esperanto because the staffs did ask Esperanto language expert when they made Amrilato here). That's all for my comment in regard of August 2017 releases.
  18. It's also possible that the OP here may already translate this game even before he asked on how to use the engine, so I think it's not 100% impossible to translate the whole two VNs in just a span of two months if he already understand the languages in the first place and just want to insert the text because from what I see in regard of the asking for the help the OP stated that he has the problem with the engine and don't know on how to insert the text. That said, seeing that one of VNDB users has doubt on whether this is MTL or not and the mod decided to believe the former, I think the OP should be released the partial patch in order to clear the doubt. PS - I understand Jeremiah Sand doubt in regard of the speed, especially when he himself is the one who extracted the files. But at this rate I should say that nobody here know on how the OP did read Senmomo or how long he did play the VN in the first place (Including Jeremiah Sand who's post is used to prove a point that the translation is MTL), so just saying that it's impossible to translate this in span of two months by using math is pretty much just assumption which may or may not be the truth in that it might be the latter (I admit that I also assume here as well). PPS - I should also say that unlike Amayui in which Depravity himself admit that he used DeepL so there's no room of doubt that he used MTL, the OP here didn't say that he used DeepL so there's still some chance he really did properly translate this. Or if I may borrow mod Beliar of VNDB that he seems forgot in regard of this (Which to say is quite understandable seeing that he may not have enough time to check all of the reported translation properly, what's with hundreds (If not thousands) reports and all), 'it's not a thief if you didn't catch him'.
  19. Happy 37th birthday to @adamstan, and I hope you'll have a good birthday there.
  20. Welcome to this week VNTS Review, and as for this week I'll tell it at PS later. As for this week, we have a lot of updates seeing that both of Mangagamer and Aksys did announce their new licenses along with both of Nekonyan and Sekai did update some of their VNs. On the other hand though, compared to the last week there's no much releases so I suppose it balanced out. Overall once again this week is quite exciting to a degree because of a number new VNs announcements, and let's see what I can write in regard of this week as well. We have Shiravune released Honey*Honey*Honey at 6th (They're really aggressive when it come to VN releases), and the premise is quite unique with both of male and female must do social distancing thanks to sexual harassment countermeasures regulation that was strictly regulated by the government so much that the date need authorization. Although obviously it's more or less just a setting seeing that we obviously we'll see on how the MC will getting closer to the three heroines, and nothing can stop the blossoming love. I also should take some special note to the art in which it resemble both of Noraneko and Marco, which make sense because both VNs and Honey*Honey*Honey artist are the same (And this time Harukaze didn't interfere with their censorship policy, so you can play it with the sex scenes). Go get the VN if you want more VN with the art that resemble Noraneko, and have fun. Sekai has another updates from their licenses here, although it's limited to their Kickstarter updates. As for the updates, we have Hoshimemo HD build is undergoing QA, Eternal Heart was fully edited and about to do some programming work, Daybreak undergoing another round of QA before going to submit the build to Valve in order for them to review it, and Morning Mist undergoing the first QA. While it's nice that we got some Tokeijikake updates, the waiting between the prequel and sequel is too long that it's possible anyone who've been looking forward to the sequel already lost some interest. In any case, for now I just hope that Sekai can released the rest of Tokeijikake trilogy in the near future. Speaking of Kickstarter, we have Frontwing fixing halfway of the problem that caused the release of Sharin to be delayed, and I should say that I prefer Frontwing to not announce any updates (And no, make it as backer only won't count) until they're really absolutely ready to release it in the first place (Including checking whether the server in the good condition or not before announcing the exact release date). From fan translation we have Chaos Head Noah was almost fully translated with overall was at 99.23% translated with the common route was at 98.93% translated along with 18.79% TLC-ed and 10.35% edited, and it should goes without saying that the team would continue with TLC and editing works. For the other update, we have Harugi was at 21% edited, 86.5% original line of Summer Pockets was reworked, and Taimainin Kurenai was at 20% edited. Cherry Kiss was suddenly announced another nukige (Localized name Genderbend Me! Sayonara Demon Dong), and the premise of the nukige is that the hero somehow ended up with genderbent demon lord who going from beautiful man transformed into beautiful lady. Since this is nukige, obviously the hero will help the demon lord to become male again through a certain mean. This time Cherry Kiss didn't announce the estimation release time, so we should wait for them to announce it later. Aksys did have announce their new VNs, and all of those are otome VNs. As for the new announcements, all of those new VNs will be released in 2022 so you must wait for a while in case you want to play the VN in question, and it's only available on Switch so you must own the console as well if you want to play it. Those VNs are Piofiore Episodio 1926 (The sequel/FD of Piofiore), Lover Pretend, Kimi wa Yukima ni Koinegau, and Paradigm Paradise (This would be most interesting otome VN announcement to me because it has magical girl as the MC and that the heroes can genderbent into magical girl to help the MC lol). For additional info, Aksys already announced Variable Barricade (By the way Aksys should promote that the MC of this VN was voiced by Hatsune Miku's VA (Fujita Saki) lol) will be released at February 2022 later, and that Aksys will be released Ayakashimori at December 2nd later. For Mangagamer's announcements at Otakon, let's just say that it's not what I expect to be although perhaps I may expect too much here. The announcements are Erovoice (Remind me of Sore ga Seiyuu! anime in that it also deal with the behind the scene for seiyuu, although Erovoice is obviously about eroge seiyuu), Seventh Lair (From Novectale and let's just say that it's quite awkward to see Fata Morgana characters with the story is supposed to be different), Namaiki (It's dark elves nukige), and Love Sweets (I guess Moonstone decided to go back to Mangagamer to localize it after they realized that doing it by themselves is quite difficult for them). Forgot to say that Mangagamer also has some updates, and for the updates we have all four new announcements were fully translated and edited, Rance IX was at 87.5% edited, and they'd announce that they'll release Uchikano at 26th later. For secret project updates, we have 11th project was past halfway for both translation and editing work (53% and 50% respectively) and 12th was fully translated along with three quarter edited, and they'd reveal 6th and 10th projects as Erovoice and Namaiki respectively. Nekonyan have some updates here, and for the updates we have Aoi Tori was at 60% translated, Cafe Stella was at 70% translated and edited, Makeover FD was at 89% translated, Mirai Radio was at 85% edited (Speaking of Laplacian, turned out that there's some group who decided to restore the sex scene for Aojashin overseas releases because Laplacian decided to not translate the sex scenes (The project page) with the current progress was at 5.1% translated), Karichaimashita was at 40% in QA, and their first secret project was at 40% edited. Nekonyan also add two more updates at this morning, and the updates in question are that they already worked on Golden Time (Kirikoi FD for the reminder) with the progress was at 15% translated along with them add one more secret project (Third secret project) with the progress for new secret project was at 30% translated. That's all for what I can write in regard of this week, and see you next week. PS - Since I remeber of Sore ga Seiyuu! anime when I see Erovoice and that we have blood related little sister heroine in Love Sweets, I just parodied the Sore ga Seiyuu! by changing 'Seiyuu' into 'Imouto' (Translator's Note: Imouto mean little sister) so we have 'Sore ga Imouto!' as this week VNTS Review.
  21. Nekopara 3 - Same as first two Nekopara in that it'll be focused on a pair of catgirl, and at least Sayori's art is still good. Lovekami Useless Goddess - Another answer to Sakura series that Pulltop released, so whatever. Oh, and they obviously re-released this with sex scenes for Japanese only, so no translated sex scenes here (Nothing unusual with Pulltop). ChronoBox - Mod Degonu's favorite VN and that it has disturbing sex scenes along with death game. Not my taste to say it lightly, but to each of their own if someone out there like it. Newton - Well Lalacian did censor Aojashin for overseas release in that I didn't exactly support that kind of policy, but let's safe that story for another day. Newton here is Laplacian's attempt to write the story on what if Isaac Newton here is genderbent to become tsundere twin tailed girl called Alice Bedford, and that our MC from modern time accidentally burned the apple tree that supposed to be Newton's inspiration of gravitation theory thus causing some history became chaotic. Of course the MC must help Alice in order to fix the history, and so he tried his best to do that despite some obstacle. Back when Sol Press did release this at 2018, I did thought that they may be even better despite that they're quite late to deliver Sakusakura, only to have my hope was turned out false because Sol Press didn't have enough strong capital to keep going. Amayui - Well this one is quite peculiar because while it has translation that technically readable, the translator did admit that he was used DeepL which is obviously MTL method so understandably people were very antsy of the translation (But really I would say that people should try to see it first before decided it instead of just directly rejected it without read the translation). That aside, Amayui here has same gameplay as Kamidori which mean that obviously Eushully did realize that their experiment on Kami no Rhapsody was not quite good, especially when mana system in both of Kamidori and Amayui are better. As for the story, well if you like Kamidori it should be good enough or perhaps you may find that the story is better compared to Kamidori. That's all for what I can say in regard of May 2017 releases.
  22. Unlike June in July there's some releases that I'd want to see in English, so let's see what I can comment in regard of July releases here. Bishoujo Mangekyou 4 - I would like to see this translated just because we have trap MC along with beautiful art of Bishoujo Mangekyou so obviously it should be a good combination, although too bad that Arcadeotic as the translator apparently quite busy so he can't work on this as of now. ReLord 3 - The last part of ReLord and currently Sekai manage to get this, although too bad that Sekai took too much time to translate the second part (Which to be fair is not really their fault solely) so that I lost interest to it. Anyway for the premise the MC here will face the last witch and homely he'll be able to return the honor of his father because he love his father so much (And thus can be called as having father complex). Beat Valkyrie Ixseal - The 3rd game of Beat series in that it has more corrupt scene and that Alicesoft decided to just ask us to raise two warriors instead of three like back at Haruka, and that this time the MC is the reincarnation of the demon lord who was betrayed by his subordinate so he didn't have much choice other than teamed up with his sworn enemy Ixseal (Enemy of your enemy is my friend situation). Obviously like previous Beat games, the MC here will has sex with Ixseal in order to increase her status and you can also had her deliberately lose in order to be raped by the MOTW to gain status. Oh yes the enemy here has Seven Deadly Sins motive in case you interested, and I want Mangagamer to announce this but I suppose it's not possible for now. Sakura no Mori 2 - While this is the sold as sequel in that it's supposed to allow Madoka's route that Kure teased so much in the prequel, in practice it's more like fandisc to a degree. That said I sort of hope that Mangagamer will localize this seeing that they can have Evangile W translated but looks like it's not possible as well. By the way I like the opening song in the sequel more compared to the opening song at the prequel. Apeiria - While the song is very nice and it has very interesting premise with the MC along with his female friends play a game and that the MC manage to create, unfortunately it's still not translated yet so we can only play this in Japan (I don't really know if Sekai is willing to license this or manage to get the license). That interesting premise, the writer here is also Haretaka writer so you better expect some good technical writing like he did in both of Haretaka and Suki Suki, and that there'll be a lot of adult humor because of the MC did use his penis as his sword (I'm not joking here by the way). That's all for what I can comment in regard of July 2017 releases.
  23. Shiin - Also known as Death Mark in English release, and it's rare non-otome VN from Aksys most recent released. Well it's mostly fall out of the radar to me, so I can't say much in regard of this but I guess it should be nice if you like some mystery VN. Pure Song Garden - While it would be nice to see this translated seeing thta it has interesting concept such as idol and time travel, I won't think that it's a good idea here because it's pretty obvious that Pulltop would be going all out to cut the sex scenes along with randomly assign a translator to this VN which might be ended badly had the translator is the same one as Konosora translator in that Konosora translation is quite infamous because of bad translation. Aokana EXTRA 1 - Mashiro fandisc that was created based on the poll (Misaki did win the vote though), and no much to say other than it has both of Mashiro and Masaya did wonder on what should they do for their next date (At least it should be good for Mashiro's fans). Oh yes Nekonyan did translate this as well, and obviously it also has same feature from Aokana Nekonyan version so you didn't need to worry about the lack of music gallery (I don't really know if sprite did add music gallery for EXTRA 1 or not though, but it should be obvious that there's sprite viewer in Nekonyan version). Oh yes this is sprite last VN before they decided to stop their VN production for a while and then take care of Aokana mobile game. That's all for my comment in regard of June 2017 releases.
  24. You can always check the progress at the Excel file (The link for the Excel file), and for the current progress it seems that the translator himself decided to tackle on Licia's chapter alone. As for why it's slowing down, I would say that it's because the translator himself may be busy on some other activities. Anyway if you want some current progress right now Licia's chapter was at almost 60% (59.27%) TLC-ed with the overall TLC progress was already at 92% TLC-ed.
  25. While bad translation might be the cause of outrage, I would still say that the removal of the sex scenes is also the cause of it. Although seeing that there's no much outrage on Steam even with Pulltop cut the sex scenes when it come to Miagete, perhaps you may be right that bad translation is the main cause of the outrage at Konosora. Also while at least one can say that Pulltop didn't just cut out the sex scenes in both games, the effect is still the same anyway in that the reader can't chose to either read with the sex scenes or not and for this matter I would prefer to be able to skip the sex scenes rather than not be able to read it translated in the first place. In the end, I guess it's up to each of their own when it come to the sex scenes. I also wonder about that as well, and I guess Pulltop may already have the plan to localize this only to be delayed or cancelled because of the pandemic. It would be nice to see this translated though, seeing that one of the heroines voiced by Fairouz Ai who currently playing the roles in two very well known series in Japan (Precure as Natsumi Manatsu in TRPC and Jojo as Jolyne Cujoh in the upcoming Stone Ocean anime).
