I dislike nee-san types. She's too forceful, so she's annoying. Also, too much of a simpleton. A heroine needs more elegance than that. I also dislike her design. Don't care about voices. I will say I disliked Momoyo as well, though.

Please, be Mein. She escaped death too many times already, time to take the fall. ...If anyone is actually dying, that is. I really hope it happens, though. Ah. I dislike Leone too, so having her die wouldn't be half bad. Maybe they'll kill off both of them~

It's brazilian portuguese, but (from what I looked up just after my post was quoted) it's different from the usual norm and is not acknowledged in the south of the country. In the usual they kinda take the word from the same roots as yours; in the one I'm used it merged with the native tribes that lived here before. It comes from the Pirarrã tribe, a curious group of natives (that now is pretty small) that doesn't have any religious belief (the only tribe I know that is like this, lol. Pretty interesting, they not having a creation myth).

When you break down the word in my language it means "one who does not follow any religious doctrine". May be different in english, though.

Stop everything. Someone missed details on the internet. Being an atheist means you don't believe in god and that you don't follow a religion. There are religions with no god. Both of those statements are equally important~ Other than that, you're right.

Depends on what you want. I second Eien no Aselia for a great story, the gameplay can get tiring sometimes, though. Rance... It depends. If you have a dark sense of humor you'll probably enjoy it. Kamidori is a pretty mediocre game. The story is as cliche as it gets.

I have an entire youtube playlist with some of the ones I could find there. It gets a fair amount of views, even. Anyway, way too many circles to talk about one by one. Say I make a VN. I then pick a random route with no more info than the others and say "hey, this is the true route. Once I make a sequel, it'll be based on this ending, and I hereby declare it canon". Well, the author said it. He's the one who gets to pick what ending is canon (you can deny it if you want to, but in the end the decision is still his). The true route doesn't need to show any secret or be more important than the other ones, it just tends to be.

They're "true" when the author says they are, I guess. A lot of them are not good endings in any way shape or form. Just look up some Utsuges- their very reason is to make you feel bad and often everyone ends up miserable in them, with nothing saved or solved, just some deaths and wasted effort.

Isn't there entertainment focused solely on that? Though it's not mainstream. A lot of it in doujins, at least~ Well, she annoys me, so her death would be a fun event. Back on topic, I liked Wave over Tatsumi, so I'm glad he's getting more screentime. What if the author gets all Urobuchi~ "I have nothing but contempt for the deceitful thing men call 'happiness', and find myself with no choice but to push my characters, whom I pour my heart and soul out to create, into the abyss of tragedy."

It would be kind of a downer as well. If they keep up the "at least one death in a teigu fight", we all know who is going to die when that happens. But let's expect plot armor extends to her. Because of all the complaining about her wounds I think she actually has a fair chance to live, characters who have teased dying too much seem immortal until now *cough* Mein *cough*.

Yeah, I think she'll die soon as well. Then again, she's tied to two important main characters now. Maybe she'll at least get that duel with Akame before death.

Hm. If Wave is becoming a second protag, I guess Kurome's survival chance goes up? She's my favorite character, but I was sure she'd die soon. Then again, I don't think they'll be generous enough to give her plot armor... But maybe. Who knows.

So, only heroines, right? Kind of a pity, I'd love going for a bi harem. Hm~ I made it my policy to only pick one character per VN as well. This type of thing is interesting because of the crossovers. I'll also be liberal and take any H-able female (or non h-able main character) as a heroine. A serious candidate was Hanyuu, but I wanted to keep the morality level of the harem low. Another one was Sakura from FSN, but I don't think she'd work with the harem dynamics- it would probably end in death for the poor girl. Yoruko and Makina are kind of neutral, but they're the type that bends easily- I highly doubt Yoruko would hesitate to kill for her master, and it's pretty easy to change the way Makina views things when it comes to other human beings, especially if her entire group of friends seem to not care about them. Picking Ichina over Suzu was a very tough choice. In the end, it all came down to me thinking getting Suzu to adapt to other human beings while still maintaining the hatred for the species as a whole to be a difficult task with a high chance of not working out. 1- Shinomiya Yoruko Her devotion to Gasai is great I will always like servant types, where they obediently follow your orders and don't question you. She's the type that probably wouldn't be able to stand some of the girls in the harem but would calm down once you've talked to her. As the most serious one, she's probably a butt monkey, being used to entertain Makina and Ichina and having to hold back tears from all the teasing, but not running to me to solve the problem because she's too embarassed about it. I'd probably keep her around as a guard most of the time. 2- Irisu Makina A student or daughter type. Not really there for the H, I'd just love to teach all sorts of things to this enthusiastic girl. I'd imagine her to tease the serious types like Yoruko a lot. Would probably be in shock for a while, getting her to join the harem would be a gradual experience, destroying some of the concepts she holds first before presenting new ones to her over time. Would get that canon sniper training, she's pretty talented. 3- Hidaka Ichina Probably the most important person to set up the mood of the harem. Without her, there would be little to no corruption going on and a lot of "having to shoulder our sins" scenes. A whimsical girl with no morals to speak of, killing for fun and having tons of sex with strangers. She probably joined because keeping up with us is fun, but who knows. The type that would gladly sacrifice someone else, including one of the other harem members, for her own life. Gets sent into missions a lot with Yoruko, and has a lot of fun teasing her and playing around with her prey while at it. Could teach Makina several things. Is very prone to betrayl, I wouldn't even try stopping her from having sex with other people. 4- Moran The cyborg girl. As she is very sharp, she'd probably serve as the main guard of the group. Unconcerned with Ichina, would probably adopt a motherly attitude towards Makina. She's good with strategy, so I'd have her go through all of my plans before I executed them. She's the one who conforts Yoruko when she's too embarassed to go to me. This is my harem. In the end, it's a small group very suited towards assasination and sneak attacks. Against other super-powered groups, we'd have a small chance of winning after the first few attacks failed.I could add more people for maximum firepower, but this is a harem, not an RPG party. Dealing with too many people is annoying, so I'll leave it at this.

Talking is bothersome (I like listening to music while I chat, plus, my english is not good enough to keep up with actual conversation) so I'll probably just use the text function as well.

I remember that long ago on IRC, Aaeru told me that the fuwa of the site was not supposed to be related to fluffy. From what I remember, it was related to a certain feeling, though I forgot what it was. Moving all of these posts to a new thread on G&C. We shouldn't derail threads.

I've finished it about 4 times. Kinda fun- will provide some nice entertainment if you're into fate and tsukihime. Not a high-priority game to play, though.
