The wheel of fate is turning, we're bored with the current emotes and 4 slots have been opened for new ones! (According to our glorious leader, it's only 4 because "...yay artificial scarcity...") Now, two new emotes have already been picked. And we need YOUR(!) help to make two more. Size-wise, they should be 30x30. As for the rules "have common sense" should be enough. Chuuni, if it counts. I'll go for "action" otherwise. All my favorite VNs fall into it. Dies Irae, KKK, Comyu, Hello, Lady, Ayakashibito, Aselia, Rose Guns Days, the Rance series, Kikokugai... Not to say those VNs are the best thing ever (though there are 3 kamige in there and most are high-quality, IMO). I just really love them.

They're both not what I'd recommend for someone whose VN lists consists of Kono Oozora, though they're good stories. Planetarian is valid, but I'm kinda eeeh on Eden for you. Personally, I'd take a look at Symphonic Rain if you want a romance story with good drama (and don't mind poor graphics), Kara no Shoujo if you'd like mystery, Phenomeno if you want to be spooked, Grisaia if you want a wish-fulfillment game, Hanachirasu for a revenge story, Ayakashibito for action, Remember11 if you want to think and Hoshimemo if you want a romance story that's not quite as heavy as SR. That said, you should always read whatever picks your interest. Both of the games Dergonu suggested are solid short visual novels that are worth a try. Just go with whatever you want to, I guess.

Kinda? They don't put the H scenes I like in story-heavy VNs (most of the time. There's some exceptions, though), so whenever I'm looking for a nukige I always find that, a nukige. That said, sometimes I wanna read charage or something and I find nukige disguising itself as an actual game. It's a frustrating experience. ...Never went as far as downloading the wrong eroge, though.

I'm not going to list the 5 heroines I dislike the most because, well, I've read tons of shitty VNs with trash heroines. I'll list the 5 heroines I hated the most within the games I really liked instead. 1- Benio from Comyu. Clephas took the words from my mouth. Everything about her is annoying to me, and the fact you're actually locked and forced to do her route before the others gets me fuming at times. Her route is also the worst one in the game, in my opinion- Yes, even Ayaya's shitty comedy "go home and fuck your kouhai" route was better. That said, her route was heading for a nice finale... Which she ruined with her own hands. Oh, Benio. I wish you were in Dustmania Grotesque. 2- Michiru from Grisaia. Holy shit. What is she even doing there. Her idiocy annoyed me through the entirity of Grisaia, her route was shit and she doesn't even fit the series as a whole. Seriously, why is Michiru a thing. I don't even get how people can like the character. You didn't need to make a heroine that dumb to make Yuuji look smart, you know, frontwing? But no, she's not just a retard, she's a tsundere retard. I absolutely loathe most tsundere heroines. There are very, very few exceptions to that (and I'm not even sure why I like the tsundere I like, but that's another story), but really, I could just say "5 random tsundere" and I'd most likely hate them just as much as the characters I'm putting her. Join those two together in a series like Grisaia and, well, I was praying she'd suffer a terrible death through the entirity of it. 3- Sill from the Rance series. I don't even know why. She's a slave. I like slaves. She has tons of great H scenes that cater to me. Still, she annoys me whenever she appears on-screen - which is like, every rance game ever. I guess I just don't like how she has a shitload of H scenes and the heroines I like the most don't have enough (Lia ) 4-Touko, from Cross Channel! Oh hey there, you stupid, rude, clumsy little high-pitched arrogant tsundere ojou-sama piece of trash. Cross Channel was a very important VN to me. It was one of my first and at that time everything was novel and bright and shiny. Everything was great. She managed to annoy the hell out of me anyway. You see, Cross Channel's academy is a place for people who can't fit into society. People who aren't quite humans. The protagonist himself is a man broken by his experiences desperately trying to become a human being. And in most cases, that's beautiful. Nice seeing people struggle with their problems in VNs and all... But this thing isn't human. She'd be better off drowned and forever forgotten, where her infectious tsundereness can't reach anyone. 5- Rin, from Fate! She's like Benio from Comyu + Touko from Cross Channel in one package. Holy shit. I wanted her to die so bad I was rooting for Shinji during UBW. Other than that, I have nothing to add. Described my hatred for tsundere heroines enough. Thank goodness UBW is actually Archer's route and she's not actually important. Oh. Over half the list were tsundere heroines anyway. Oh well. Can't help it.
