For me, they are characters, storyline, art, writing and BGM. I don't really put strong emphasis on moe element, but it is one of factors that makes me interested in a VN, albeit in small scale (like how I became interested in your Bishoujo Mangekyou because of the white hair heroine ). Character, BGM, art, and writing pretty much decide my first impression upon playing a VN, and storyline may come sooner or later. For example, what got me into playing more VN was my first impression of my very first VN ever, If My Heart Had Wings. The art was really nice, the characters were interesting, and BGM made me want to enjoy the VN more. At that time I thought "So this is what Japanese VN like, I want to look for another". What got me decided that storyline is another important part of VN is Muv Luv Alternative. I remember playing MLA almost until dawn, something which is very, very rare to me, just because the story was so intriguing, and in the end I felt that the VN really worth it (I was almost late completing my thesis because of reading MLA). Another important point is, uniqueness. For example, Kazami Yuuji is different from common protagonist you will find from VNs of same genre, so does some tropes in Grisaia no Kajitsu. At this point, reading VNs about school life has made me bored about VN of same setting, so unique VN setting is what I want, imo. H-scenes are not that important for me, maybe because they are a bit exaggerated in my opinion, and most of the time I feel something unnatural of them. But yeah, good h-scenes will make the VN memorable . Good BGMs, especially the ones that appear in climatic scene (not h-scenes), also are nice, and probably important for bringing the right mood. Maybe I am writing too much, but that's my opinion on important parts of visual novel.

So the more female servants we have, the more chocolate points we will get? Also, the choco points can be traded for event limited CE with Mashu image on it. Any explanation about chocolate points?

For nakige, so far I have only played one, Little Busters, which got me emotionally and made me sad sometimes, but didn`t go so far to make me cry. Some VNs that made me cry is Muv Luv Alternative and Grisaia no Kajitsu`s Sachi route. For utsuge, I don't think I have played any.

Will try my luck on 11 February to get both Nero bride and Arturia. Although I want Francis Drake and Mordred as well.

Hmm I was a hip-hop dancer, for dancers male and female crews usually have cramped room to change their costumes. So we just get changed it in front of others. We're still in our underwear but yeah, we have to change our costumes in time so we don't have choice.

I would like to play nakige if there's no cliched drama where characters are exaggerating. So far Key's nakiges are good for me though I have never played other nakige yet. What makes me like nakige because of the situation that makes you feel empathy with the person. Some of nakige are without sexual contents but I'm fine with them.

Personally I like early branching plot VN more, because it gives the VN sense of discovery. I like discovering a lot of things in one game so I prefer early branching plot. And it makes me feel that the story build-up is faster which can keep me from getting bored. Late branching plot or even linear plot is ok depending of the game, but I will prefer good VN with early branching plot.

Finished Cartagra 3 days ago. It has 2 endings that I can describe "best endings", one for a good end and another one for bad end. And now I'm playing Clannad after seeking to play it for a while. My first route was Sunohara's though.

I tried to download Fate/GO and played it, but it was too laggy on my phone, and I uninstalled it. I was hyped by the moment I found out how to install Fate/GO though. By the way I found this video on Fate/GO wikia, but I can't relate since I don't play it until I change my android phone.

Steins;Gate might suit that description, if you are okay with chuunibyou protagonist. And Sharin no Kuni if you like G-Senjou.
