  1. when you install it, dont mount both disc at the same time, mount disc 1, run the setup, when the setup ask for the disc 2, unmount / eject disc 1, and then mount disc 2, continue the setup...

  4. even html5 is amazing, i dont think that possible, most vn (also kirikiri) need external library (the dll files), also some of them even need directx, and port them is difficult task... so, if you gonna make html5 based vn, i guess you need to make it from the start, github has many html5 based vn engines... or... use unity engine and fungus, unity game can be exported to html5 as well...
  5. i believe muv luv alternative is translated by amaterasu translation, you can ask ixrec, one of the member, he is really nice guy, back then i ask him about rewrite, and he gave me a complete tools. just remember, ask him nicely.

  8. i tried with syugaten, pict above, i translate with original encoding (s-jis) pict below, i convert the script to unicode, just one, not all... when i convert all the script to unicode, it works, just like pict above, but then, again, i convert one script to s-jis, it show random gibberish same as pict below, TL:DR make all the script saved in one format, either s-jis or unicode you can just download and use that, no need to build.
  9. guess it cant be helped... back then there is a guy asking me about this, and it works, also rather than use notepad++, we use wcpc to convert the script. and this kind of problem already asked many times, just search in the forum, probably u'll find the solution.
  10. depend on where the scenario stored, if you are going to rebuilt them make sure they have the same directory structure as the original, or the game simply will not work, if there is a *.sig file, delete it, but just the one for the file that you rebuilt, ex: if the scenario stored in data.xp3 then delete the data.xp3.sig
  11. this, is caused by kirikiri can not read multiple format / codepage at the same time. the default kirikiri format is s-jis / cp932, however, you can fix this problem, by converting ALL of the script to either ansi / unicode format, and rebuilt it, instead make a patch.
  12. the game engine is shiina-rio, you can use arc_unpacker with shiina-rio/warc format enabled. like this: arc_unpacker --fmt=shiina-rio/warc inputfile.war

  19. depend on your needs, but my choice would be eset smart security... its good, fast, almost zero on false positive, include firewall...

  23. when you asking for assistance, please give us more detail, like screenshot of game directory, or provide the scenario files, without that, we don't know how/where to start to help you...
  24. instead of marcussacana, you can mention him with his fuwa name: marcus-beta by the way, i tried your files with separated program, and it looks same, so marcus-beta's tool didnt wrong, i guess... the scenario file is too small (about 800kb), and i think they didnt store it there, either they change the code, or save it to the new format (.dbs, most likely), we dont know... lets hope marcus-beta gotta update his program.
