Because she likes the look of this project. So she approves it. (that means that I'll play/buy it when it comes out, though I'm not that into pledging) That huge post would probably be one of those that starts discussion and derails threads. I actually checked this game a lot over the last few months (watched and loved the anime, so went to look for more stuff). I seem to recall the original team's translator was still active active a few months ago (albeit virtually nil progress), but this may no longer be the case. Additionally, if you insist on have such an undescriptive title, the least you could do is put some tags here (which I also bet you can't ;P)

As far as I know, yes. Though lack of actual team members doesn't help much. How did you know?

Think like this. Most of the people here are proposing alternatives and ideas, are they not? It's certainly a messy way to go about it, but something may come from this. I'm certainly waiting with anticipation for the discovery of some kind of magic trick. Though it probably won't happen ;P

I do tend to marathon things yes. I don't like watching more than one thing at a time, which means when I get excited for something else I'll just drop what I'm doing. Seeing things that way it's one of the more plausible explanations.

I intercalate VN's with anime, so I very much doubt it's oversaturation. What you said as a joke, however, I've also thought about that before. It's a possibility. As for watching anime before this started happening... I know it started to happen around summer last year, but that's when I got more seriously into VN's and anime as well, so I was expecting it. What's strange is how I don't drop things early as much as I drop them near the end. Though I do tend to come back and finish it some time later (weeks or months, sometimes. It's hilarious watching the last episode of something you don't even remember). I've really wanted to make this thread for a while now, even if it is ridiculously specific and not so much about anime, so I don't care what forum this ends up with. So, the thing is exactly as I said in the tittle. I've come to notice over time that I always get bored or stall or drop my anime right before I finish. If it's got 13 episodes I stop at 9 or 10. If it's got 24 I stop at 20 or 22, and similar shenanigans. This isn't always the case, obviously, but it does happen quite often. Does this happen to anyone else?

I, on the other hand, have played Kamidori. (Sengoku Rance as well, though not Daibanchou) Kamidori has this thing where you'll probably like it at the start, them complete a route and by the time of your 2nd or 3rd games you'll start to get bored. Though these are very long. Didn't make it any less enjoyable for me while it lasted.

Bloody Fridays... Everyone and their mother gets drunk. Confession: I don't, and have never drunk. This is more to annoy other people than any real reason, but I've also heard alcohol isn't exactly marvelous for your health, so, win-win.
