I haven't watched any gameplay videos or read anything about the story yet either, so hopefully it'll be a nice surprise^^ except I did look at the character chart a bit, so that's all I know. I'm really excited about this game coming out too.. but I don't think I'll be able to get it on day1 release ; ; .. I still haven't finished TtT2 yet either.. so I'm going to try and finish that first or else I might get sucked into DA:I and forget to complete it xD.

Ohhh, that looks nice. I like the graphics in this one. For a while, I thought the short-blue haired person was a girl though, darn. What's that again..?

I actually just found about VNR community subtitles just awhile ago by accident.. I never knew about it. That could possibly be another reason why there aren't more xD simply because some people don't know about it either, perhaps. It really is useful for people who have no clue about hacking^^ (like me) I sometimes do translations for fun/learning, so from now on I'll probably upload whatever I have on there if I can.. It's really convenient, plus other people can use the scripts to play if they want. -I just finished making a short translated gameplay video, testing it out- it works perfectly for what I wanted to do... way better than using timed subtitle programs. I'm not involved in any huge project or anything though, so something like this works for me. I think the more serious/large-scale projects that involve more people tend to go for creating a patch.

So is anyone getting the Deluxe Edition? I'm just wondering if it's worth the extra $10 just for DLC items.. The only thing that sounds nice, might be the mounts.. but if you can get other mounts in game anyways, then I'd rather just buy normal edition.

Well, more what I meant.. not literally evil/good, but I create two opposite characters (one I can relate to more, which I'd count as my main.. and one who would make totally different choices, the ones I couldn't make easily). That way it's fun to see the story from two totally different perspectives/paths. Example: One character I personally consider good... he tends/tries to make choices that help others because he's kind to everyone and cares.. might even self-sacrifice if it fits his values.. kinder personality. The other, a more aggressive personality, more selfish, willing to put their own interests above others if wanted to, because he is not bound by morality as much.. maybe all he cares about is acquiring power by any means necessary. I do think some choices seem more evil/good than others (such as selfish vs. selfless acts). I probably did make that third choice if it felt right for the character I was playing... like I said xD I can't really remember, just bits & pieces. Ever played Fable? There was a choice where you could choose to save your sister, or you could choose to Kill her for no other real reason, but just to obtain a powerful sword... Are you going to tell me both choices are equal, and neither good nor evil? I'm thinking of making a Human Male Warrior as my main... and an Elven Female Mage (blood magic if I can) for my secondary. But I might change my mind ^^; I'm probably going to just play the 3rd game fresh without transferring any data over (if they had that option).

Ooh, I just found out about Project Pheonix. It says their game launch is predicted to be mid-2015 on PC, Mac, Linux, PS4, Vita, etc. It's supposed to be some kind of tactical JRPG. A lot of talented people from popular games have come together to develop it. Here's a link about it.

Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC (Second Chapter) I don't think there's an actual release date yet since it's been delayed.. but XSeed had said they're trying to release by late 2014. If not, maybe it'll be released sometime in 2015 (I hope!) I think it will be available on Steam, and PSN store (which can be playable on the PSP or PSvita). They had recently released Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky (First Chapter) for the PC on Steam, but it's also available on PSN store as well. It really is an amazing Jrpg, so should check it out if you haven't played it! If it gets enough support, maybe they'll even bring the rest of the series over! http://youtu.be/YHYl7dBiTlM Xenoblade Chronicles X (Wii U) - Release some time in 2015 http://youtu.be/Hg2PTVi7fl8 Although I'm not a big fan of space/robots... I definitely would still like to play this since it looks like it can be really great. Still, not sure if I'd get a Wii U just for this game though. Apparently, it's not a sequel or anything to Xenoblade.. so a complete stand alone, but will just have a lot of similar elements probably. Looks like it'll also have an online feature to it.

Final Fantasy Type-0 HD (PS4) Release Date: March 17, 2015 ! They are offering to include the Final Fantasy XV Demo if the game is preordered http://youtu.be/QfbeXCoBx48 I'm so excited for this.. Having this game and Dragon Age Inquisition available on the PS4 has finally convinced me to buy the console xD The gameplay looks similar to something like Final Fantasy: Crisis Core. Real time action-adventure kind of battle system. Except instead of just using one character, this has multiple characters you can switch through and use their special combat abilities you need in different situations it seems. (bow/knuckle/sword/gun-user, etc.)

I enjoyed reading that ^^ haha

My choices were exact same as yours^^ I really liked Morrigan. Although Merrill was okay, she seemed kind of crazy.. but I rather pick her than Isabel xD I like playing as a male character more than female. They just look cooler/stronger in armor and such. And I won't have to worry about not being able to romance any female characters. But I also played both genders to try out different romances/choices.

Ohh, it looks really awesome. What's the progress on it (%)? Could I play it with right now with the partial patch/english interface? -edit- ah nvm, I found their translation site. Thanks! I might try it out.. depending how difficult it is. Any complete English ones though?^^ --I tried the game with the partial patch & english interface... so far, I like the characters & artwork. It seems they didn't get very far with the english translations though. It made sense in the first 10 minutes, and then it started going into 'machine translation' mode I think... bunch of weird gibberish came up that made me burst out laughing a lot xD. I guess I'll be deleting the patch and playing it with the text hooker.. The english interface is useful though ^^ and I liked the first tutorial card battle.. seems fun! I'll keep trying it.

That sounds cool^^ I hope you find some VNs to enjoy, and welcome!

Who did you guys romance for games 1 & 2? Your favorite love interest

I was just wondering, are there any other VNs like Princess Waltz? A good Fantasy kind of story with interesting characters (magical powers, etc.) and a fun card-based battle. I'm not talking about super serious strategic card battles.. just fun anime-like ones that aren't incredibly complicated (such as the one in Princess Waltz, or even something similar to Yu-Gi-Oh)... I'd like some romance included too... either just part of the story or able to romance a female character in it. Preferably in English . If anyone knows any games like that, please share. Thanks! You can share some Japanese ones if they're really good... I may be curious to look them up.. although, I might not be able to currently play them at the moment (my JP level isn't that high).

The latest episodes... (I just finished ep17)

I think Isabel & Aveline were supposed to be the new funny pair in Dragon Age 2... There's some abuse comedy between them, but you see it even more when you help with Aveline's romance quest and bring Isabel along. I mean it was funny, but still not as entertaining as Morrigan & Alistair^^

I can't really remember... because I tend to drop bad ones, never finishing them... or perhaps it was so bad, I just forgot about them. xD If I managed to finish it, then I wouldn't really count it as the worst experience. Oh... there have been ones I expected more from, and was disappointed. I liked the School Days anime more than the VN. The characters all annoyed me as well, even more than the anime. The H-scenes made me cringe too, I actually preferred to fast-forward through them. And repeating scenes to re-do choices was also really annoying. I was only able to get through it because I wanted the one girl to get a happy ending compared to the anime, lol (but even that was forgettable).
