  2. Shinn Asuka from gundam seed is a pratty damm bad one.
  3. maria the virgin witch ended pretty damm qute. definitly one of the better ending i have seen. Ow and the dancing owls are fantastic.
  4. welcome and have a good time
  5. welcome and may you have a good time. there is of course the mentors program. If i were to give some recommendations of novels that are translated these would be it. Most of these would also be good as for starters except for the Muv Luv series as the first two really are not that great. Fate/stay night is a must play. It is nothing like the anime thing that carries its name. (well we do now in the unlimited blade works adaption) And we just have a new patch that has translated the realta nua version of the game. (wich is an all ages game so it does away with the H stuff and replaces it by something else) http://vndb.org/v11 Tsukihime Another must play, and no this one does not have a anime adaption. http://vndb.org/v7 (it is ancient, got no voice and no music. But it is so good) Muv Luv series, now Muv Luv extra is not that good and Unlimited is merely good but alternative is definitly a must read and to understand it completely you need to have read these two first. (I so hope muv luv alternative get's an anime adaption at some point) http://vndb.org/v93 (extra/unlimited) yes they are packed into one game http://vndb.org/v92 (alternative) g senjou maou Is also a must read. http://vndb.org/v211 clannad is also a must read and is together with fate/stay night one of the vn flagships, muv luv can possible also be considered a flagship. http://vndb.org/v4 Other than that there is Grisaia no Kajitsu wich is also a must read. (By the way, no panty shots in this one, just sex jokes by amane instead) http://vndb.org/v5154. As for a few good anime: (just me rambling on) Aria the animation: http://myanimelist.n...a_the_Animation Crest of the stars: http://myanimelist.net/anime/290.
  6. the ending for rolling girls was pretty terrible. Overall show showed some great promise at first but turned mediocre pretty fast.
  7. there are afew vn's out there where mere japanese locale is not enough. Try setting your date and time notations to japanese as well as location. You can find these in the same config as your system locale just different tabs, it should be the first and second tab. Damm 5 seconds to late......
  8. And of course i completely forget to check in again.........School sometimes i hate you for swamping me with work. Sorry for forgetting it. Anyway, problem fixed. I think this tread can be closed with this. Or left open in case something like this happens again.
  9. how about providing us with some more info first! So we know what we are actually talking about. - What game? - Where did you install it? - What version of windows do you use? and here are some common things you should check as well. - Never ever install anything in program files or any windows folder, it makes for shits und giggles trying to find out what the problem is. My tip, make a folder called VN somewhere and install all your VN's there. - Make sure your locale is set to japanese. (which might be the problem, as i am seing wierd signs on your picture) IF you already have it set to japanese check anyway. (i know i sometimes change it for installing some software that else gives me a magical japanese installer instead of an english one)
  10. somewhere i think it is fairly safe to say that series gets a second season, altough i hoped it would go the saiunkoku way en do two 39 episode seasons.
  11. Taigo, you know i kind of got this impression before but you really dont do well with sa stuff dont you? I personally voted to cross channel and AIR, and while i have not read either cross channel is on my short list as is AIR. I have heard great things from air, and while i cant sya for sure it has a sad ending or not. that is not a reason not to finish it as a sad ending is not neccesarily a bad ending or a unsatisfeing ending. Altough i will admit pulling of a sad ending well is much much harder than a good ending. As for cross channel, boring you to death in one hour. I can only say one thing, the amount of vn's that bore me to death the first half to two hours is pretty much all of them.
  12. welcome and enjoy your time here
  13. another day another disaster

  14. seems like gogo anime is back online, for me atleast.
  15. how diffucult can it be to remove Talc from polypropylene

  16. how diffucult can it be to remove Talk from polypropylene

  17. to sum everything up 1. Idiotic copyright laws 2. moronic fear of piracy (its gonna happen anyway nomatter what you do about it, altough steam does a great job figting piracy because of convienience) 3. Inabbility to adapt to modern times and the internet by the old farts that are the bigwigs for company's. 4. 3. results in outdated values and rules regarding copyrights. here is a good example, (it's in dutch though so you may need to use google translate) http://daskapital.nl/2015/03/platenlabels_zijn_helemaal_kla_1.html
  18. good question, it depressing but it tends to end on a happy note so it's not that depressing. (altough i must admit i have not read saya no uta) Then again eathing anything while reading amane's route is something i will not advise. (because reasons)
  19. they are good, most of the good endings are proper happy endings, sometimes a little bittersweet but more sweet than bitter. It is mostly the run up to the ending that is depressing.
