As for Light, Vermillion -Bind of Blood- looks sassy a h***! nope, nothing from xero's or their sub companies is translated, at least nothing that I know of.

from what I've seen the average score is the same on vndb and erogame at least it is on the vns i've played, even if there are bots and trolls voting that wont affect the general average score, if it is 6 for example it would tend to go to lets say 5.5 and 6.5 but again the average will stay the same, that is if the vn have a minimum number of votes and not just few (you need at least 10-20 votes) but then again with just a few you can't really reflect how people think on that vn in particular so it wont matter anyway. The Agilis is a more literal translation (almost literal from the jap one) gp32 however is not. Even when i prefer literal translations in this particular vn I like the gp32 over the agilis, because that translation captured what the writer was trying to say in japanese original version while in the agilis some things are lost, it just have more feeling and emotion imo. Finally I would like to point out that some thing cannot be translated and are really important to the story specially how the main character communicates to setsumi, he is always calling her お前 (omae) so he is always treating her in a cold and even a bit harsh way, he is really direct almost blunt but the funny thing is that setsumi doesn't care at all and doesnt pay attention to this, she almost treat him in the same way, this sadly is lost with the translation.

once you go here https://www.fanfiction.net/anime/Naruto/ go to filter and there you can make like a sub-search inside naruto fanfic, the "rated" means the age the reader should have, k being a child and M mature and everything else inside the filter functions is self-explanatory i think, if you chose characters it will show you a fanfic that contains that character. genre will filter the stories just for that thematic like naruto in a drama, in a crime plot etc , you can choose up to 2 genre at the same time.
