Introduction
Welcome, fellow Fuwamembers, to the FuwaRecognition thread. Starting this March, we’ll be highlighting some of the best contributions made by our members each month. From snazzy blog articles to delicious forum threads, and perhaps even a few things more on the shitpost part of the spectrum, we'll keep an eye out for the cream of the crop. And then we'll gather them here. Just for you.

Imouto Paradise 2 (Imopara 2) is a nukige about an older brother and his five sisters, if this doesn't sound interesting to you it probably won't be something you will enjoy.
Imopara 2 is kind of a sequal to Imopara, all of the characters in Imopara 2 are children from the characters of Imopara with each of the sisters having given birth to a girl and one of them having given birth to a boy. Reading the original Imopara will not really give you much extra when reading Imopara 2 as th
Seeing that we have both of Inugami nukige release back at March 25th (I forget to add that the titular martial art goddess that I mentioned at last VNTS Review is turned out to be a dogirl) and Kami no Rhapsody partial patch release (I prefer full patch to be honest, but oh well), I decided to combined both title so that we have 'Inugami no Rhapsody' or in the literal translation it would be 'Rhapsody of the Dog God'. Welcome to this week VNTS Review, and compared to the last week where we got
Foreword: I already chose another game for review in February... but in the end just could not ignore this huge pillar of today's visual novels. Without Kusarihime there would not be Saya no Uta, Cross Channel, Fate/stay night and Higurashi, so it's significance for the history can not be overerestimated.

It appears that March is going to be my first death march of this year (as compared to me doing it every month for the five years previous). The simple reason is that, for some insane reason, a bunch of companies released a bunch of interesting games all at once this month (it is technically still March).
First, we have Alpha Nighthawk, a game by Liar Soft that just looked too interesting for me to ignore (which I normally would have). My initial impression from the first scene is... that

EVN releases often come apparently out of nowhere, with games either flying under the radar during their entire development process or simply being forgotten due to delays and inconsistent promotional efforts on the part of their authors. This lack of proper buildup can easily spell a commercial disaster for such titles, especially considering today’s overcrowded indie market and the Steam storefront so full of shovelware that browsing recent releases stopped having any functional meaning. Thank
Foreword: I won't lie, Sollunea is the only game from January 2002 that has nice fantasy setting and is available. So, is it any fun?

1. Princess Knights [020111] Mink 1 2 3 4 In a kingdom faraway… the royal family was dethroned overnight by its own general. The king tried to escape with his son, whereas the princess who was left behind was captured by the enemy. Alone, the general gave chase and managed to catch up to the king and the prince. Disclaimer: I received this game for free from the publisher for a Steam curator page I run. For privacy reasons, I can’t say what that page is.
I’ve been cautiously optimistic about this game since the demo was released. On the one hand, the premise seems interesting, the demo was enjoyable enough, and it has some nice art.
On the other hand, I’ve disliked just about everything else I’ve played by Reine Works so far. Blossoms Bloom Brightest bored me. I hated all but one of the charac
Sorry for the belated review here, and yeah I'm quite surprised that we managed to have Daitoshokan full patch leaked just like Yoake. Welcome to this week VNTS Review, and as for the title I parodied Daitoshokan alias (A Good Librarian Like a Good Shepherd) by changing 'Librarian' into 'Magical Girl' because we also have magical girl nukige release as well. Another reason is that because there's a seiyuu joke in here, and I'll tell it in PS seeing that it's a spoiler. Other than Daitoshokan whi

I don’t like coffee. I don’t like being around cats. Hustle Cat is a game about working in a cat café that specializes in coffee. What could go wrong?
…not a whole lot, it turns out. Part of the fun of playing games is being able to pretend you’re a person you’re not—in this case, a person who genuinely enjoys drinking coffee and being around cats.
One of the things that Hustle Cat is most famous for is its character creation. Rather than selecting a gender as in most games, Hustle Cat

Studio Élan, a company founded by Josh Kaplan, one of the authors of the highly-appreciated yuri VN Highway Blossoms (check out my review of it here), gathered an unusually large and enthusiastic following since its formation in early 2018. Engaging high-profile artists for their projects, utilizing Kaplan’s renown within the VN community and brilliantly spreading its message through social media, the relatively small team managed to become of the most high-profile actors on the EVN scene before

Welcome to this week VNTS Review and as for the title seeing that we finally have Lilycle released and I already parodied Idolmasters back when it's release date announced as The Idolmasters Lily Girls, I decided to add first impression as in I'll treat this as episode 1 review of Lily Girls lol (Of course you wouldn't be able to see the next episodes of Lily Girls). I was lucky enough to win a free key for The Window Box in a giveaway the developer had on Twitter (for every 5 retweets a particular tweet got, a random follower got a free Steam key). I read it in a single sitting, and it’s a hell of an emotional trip.

Welcome again to my short series on the My Little Pony fan visual novels! In the last part (if you missed it, check it out here!), we’ve looked at six games of vastly variable quality, climate and state of completion, and this trend will definitely continue today. Also, this post will include a (un)healthy portion of fandom cringe, although mostly connected to embarrassing fan fiction tropes, common in the creative output of many online communities, rather than the sheer fact the stories are abo
This is the prologue of the book I'm currently writing (though, given my procrastinating habits, it will never see the light of day).
It was a foggy night on the research center docks. A front came through during the day, dropping the temperature and raising the humidity. As a result, the ferry to the mainland was forced to delay for a night, and the ‘guests’ scheduled to leave were forced to stay for another night.
