  1. Welcome, and hope you had fun here. As for recommendation, if you didn't mind no H then Tokyo Babel. If not, there's Ayakashibito and Comyu for eroge Hope those recommendations could be helpful to you here.
  2. Visual Novel Translation Status (09/24/2016) First, sorry for late posting my VNTS Review here. As for the title, why we don't ask to our beloved half ghost gardener from Youmo Konpaku of Touhou fame here for the resemblance (Although I made it maid instead of the gardener here)? Okay, I think for this week it's kinda hard to found the title here, but I finally found it and for the explanation the phantom part was from Tokyo Twilight one (Phantom also mean Ghost), human part was from Harmonia VN which from the picture it was human girl, and maid part came from Sakura Maid. Enough about my lame explanation here, and welcome to this week VNTS Review. Oh, right now I facing some problem, just like admin Tay here if you ask me why I deliver this very late. As for this week update, there's not much as usual here after Mangagamer gave big update last week. While for both of Sekai and Fan Translation one they still give usual updates here. As for Please Bang My Wife release, once again no comment ie I had gave my comment about it enough. Sekai Project, they still gave the update as usual but this week it was quite interesting that they managed to upped Chrono Clock progress which for this week they managed to upped the progress by almost 5% (The Kickstarter might be the reason here, and it was 38.28% translated). Oh, for another two usual here Maitetsu was 35.95% translated and Tenshin Rahman past halfway translated (51.78% translated). As for irregular update, Hoshimemo was at 45% retranslated for the progress. As for their release, I always said whatever to any Sakura games here, but it's interesting that they release Sakura Maid as free games here I guess. As for they had 2 panels instead of one, it'll be interesting to looking forward, although I wouldn't expect something big for now though. For fan translation, this week there's some usual one that gave update, and now Loverable will join here because they managed to gave the progress weekly. For the progress, Bishoujo Mangekyou was at 76% edited, 71% QC-ed, and 30% proofread; Tsui Yuri was at 78% translated and 71% edited; Majokoi was at 43.1% translated, 31.6% edited, and 15.7% TLC; and Loverable progress was at 15.75% translated (60.44% translated for common route), 0.92% edited, and 1.38% TLC-ed here. As for Alice VN partial patch release here, good luck although to be honest I'd never keep my eyes on it though (It's otome games by the way, and I think it would be another good addiction to translated otome games there. Oh, and for reminder here our Ittaku translated three quarter (75%) of the twins route from Clover Days once again. In regard of Harmonia VN, looks like my guess was right that it would be short VN now that VNDB categorized the length as short there. I still not play this yet, but at least I knew that we got Mizuhashi Kaori as seiyuu there (The premise was at some sort of dystopian/crapsack world in the future once again). As for the releases from this section, one of the release was VN which happened to be one part of the title there (The premise was like fighting against supernatural thing), and another was the short VN with wild west setting which using comic bubble as interface which remind me of Littlewith VNs (Romanesque and Quartett come to mind). For the most interesting news here, we'll had the finale of Chu Singura (Chapter 4 and 5) available on Steam there in near future there although I won't be certain here though. They also will came with the patch that fix the typo there, and for last word here guess finally NextNinja managed to bring ChuSingura translated here if they release last chapters (After earlier 2 kickstarters failure here). I think that's all for this week, and sorry for being late once again. As for next week, since admin Tay said that they'll had late VNTS, guess I'll try to make the early VNTS Review here (Also with Atlanta commentary there). See you next week. PS - Like Decay, I also hoping that Mangagamer will announce Sengoku Koihime if only they had the design was slightly better to me compared to Koihime Musou (Also with the potential to entering Steam).
  3. I see, then maybe I should said that 'Sekai partners tend to had one release with them' earlier. Well, either way we at least would get two Purple Software VNs here. Okay, I'm sorry for not realizing Denpasoft panel earlier there, but for the schedule it was at the same day as Sekai panel, while for the exact time I'll elaborate here later. As for speculation, maybe 18+ content for some announced VN or some new eroge if want to be positive here, or it could be some cheap nukige. Let's see this later. PS - The exact time for Denpasoft panel would be at October 1st, and for the time and place it was 20.00 EST Atlanta time at William Ballroom CDF. As for the booth, still no information.
  4. If Nier said so, I think the relation between Fuwanovel and Sakura would be like USA citizen and Donald Trump, controversial but couldn't stop talking about him (By the way, Trump also caused some flame in Indonesian forum regarding his future policy for Moslem. Very heavily divisive, and I'll stop the talk here). About another batch of planned Sakura games, I could only said whatever and maybe giggling a little bit. And I agree with Dergonu here that Sakura Dungeon was quite decent, although they had almost same sprite for all of the girls though, which could be boring if you want to catch all of the girl there. I think that's all for more of my elaboration here.
  5. Welcome, and did you need some VN Recommendation here? If so just ask us and hope we could help you. For last words here, hope you enjoy yourself and it'll be cool to know you also here.
  6. No problem for your English there. Anyway welcome here, and hope we could be a friend here too. Sorry for late welcoming, and hope you had fun here.
  7. Oh, another strightforward introduction here too, so hi too and sorry for late wecome here. Welcome to Fuwanovel, and hope you enjoy yourself here.
  8. To response Vorathiel there, maybe grade was not so important in regard of enjoyment of the VN. Therefore, the best approach would be don't expect too much from VNDB score and just play it to find out about paticular VN by yourself. Keep in mind that was just my opinion. Oh, by the way I'd recently finished Sakurako route. As for commentary here, the first half of her route was full of lovely situation between Shou and Sakurako (Or in Japanese term full of icha icha and rabu rabu), while the second half was had life and death drama in regard of Sakurako as sick girl. The route was end on bittersweet tone, but at least it had some conclusion unlike Mayuri's one. I think that's all I could comment for the route, and maybe I'll made the thread to tell my Flyable Heart playthrough. For next playthrough, I'll play Amane one. PS - Regarding the seiyuu, Sakurako seiyuu was Toono Sayogi who had quite a number of role in eroge, translated or not. Her role was Kitamikado Ritsuko from Princess Evangile, Naitou Maia from Hapymaher, Yukimura Anzu from Da Capo 2, and a girl from Hoshimemo. Oh, she also voiced Katsura Kotonoha from School Days.
  9. Okay, as Indonesian fellow here I will try to help you. For the first recommendation I tempted to recommend you Flyable Heart, but since it was machine translated better not (I could swallow it though, although the translation was very bad). So instead I think for the first recommendation I could recommend you either of Yoake or Noble Works. For 2nd recommendation I want to recommend Tokyo Babel, but since you already play it I would like to recommend either I/O or Root Double. As for your taste, I couldn't promise that my recommendations will suit your taste but nevertheless I wish you luck for your next VN.
  10. First word here, welcome to Fuwanovel and hope you had fun here. As for recommendation, all of the reccomendations were good, especially Kara no Shoujo 2 and House in Fata Morgana. Although there's already some good recommendations there above, I would like to recommend some more here. First one would be some sci-fi VNs like Root Double and I/O there, which surely will be good to you if you like Steins Gate. Second would be Lucid9 which had some mystery behind slice of life story. For the third recommendations here, I would like to recommend When They Cry franchise (Higurashi and Umineko) if you didn't mind it's bad sprite there, which could easily fix by downloading some patch out there (You could also try Rose Gun Days from same writer). For the final recommendations, I would recommend both of short Nitroplus VN which tell the story about revenge and killing (Kikokugai and Hanachirasu). Hope my recommendation here helpful to you.
  11. Welcome, and sorry for late greeting here. As for your VN project there, good luck. For my opinion, I think the sprite there was kind of unique there ie different from usual VN sprite. For last word, hope you enjoy yourself here.
  12. The thread title obviously suggested you was free to do any speculation here. As for the participant, there will be two (Mangagamer and Sekai). Mangagamer already announced one announcements earlier (Please Bang My Wife), while we still didn't knew what Sekai will announce later. For the announcement time, it will be at around less than 9 days from now. I'll elaborate more here later, and once again had fun to speculate here. PS - Let me write about my opinion for those two companies now (Also my guess), and by the way you free to speculate here but only limited to Visual Novel. About Mangagamer, since they'd announced one NTR nukige earlier here (Please Bang My Wife) and the mentioned NTR nukige was from their new partner, it could be an indication that this is not big convention for them. For more information, back at both of AX and Otakon, their new partner was from some well-known company and it was followed by some well-known untranslated VN. So, I think to be safe the expectation should be like the announcement at Anime Central earlier here ie some hard copies from existing release and maybe some cheap nukige announcements from their old partners (Although I wouldn't dismiss some possibilities of FD announcements though (Hapymaher FD comes into mind), also like back when Fata Morgana FD announced at Anime Central). For the schedule, Mangagamer will had their panel at October 1st, 23:00 EST (Atlanta time) at booth #744 in William Ballroom CDF. Oh, this is the first time they participate here and forgot to said that we didn't need to speculate for their new partner anymore (Duh). Sekai Project, the schedule for them was at the same day as Mangagamer (October 1st), only earlier there (16:45 EST Atlanta time) and they also already had their booth set up (At booth #725 and #727). As for my guess, it would be probably another slew of their doujin games announcements for either OELVN or Japanese VN (In the past, they managed to got Mado soft which is professional company), possibly the unknown one seeing their performance at Otakon. For more info, Sekai's partner tend to had only one release of their VN before they decided to leave them (Purple Software comes to mind), although of course there's some exception though (Love In Space). Last info here, they'll held the panel at William Ballroom AB there. Oh, and for personal wish here, I would like if Mangagamer announce Sengoku Koihime later there, seeing that it could be fit for both of Steam version and 18+ version for history of the release there. But I think Shin Koihime was also possible, seeing that there's a fan translation group which already had finished the translation and starting the editing process iirc. For Sekai, maybe Aokana announcement that I would like to hope there. Okay, maybe Ren was kind of did his slightly retard way earlier back at July (Also at March), but he still continuing his work according to Decay (And Ren said it to both of Down and Tay there). I think he could sell his Aokana translation to Sekai IF he still work on it to Sekai there, and it could be the reason that he shut himself from fans (It also could explain why he explode to fans back at July, just like some certain Sekai employee). Once again keep in mind that those 2 was my personal wish, and therefore it might be wrong.
  13. What???? Really?????? Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just looking at this thread and suddenly I saw Sakura Maid release news here. I was always looking forward to Sakura new VN there and now there's two sudden release here. Looks interesting, and thanks Infernoplex to give me this wonderful news. PS - Okay, I didn't knew of how to write sarcasm well, so forgive me for some shortcoming. Oh, for more info actually I already saw Nova premise a little while ago, and I would like to said maybe I should expected dense knight as MC and two squires who somehow fall in love with MC there (Actually, looks like this is the premise of all Sakura games which had one male MC and several girls out there). To answer Infernoplex question, I think Sakura series sales was good enough, otherwise we wouldn't had many Sakura games here although it's questionable though if anyone else want to buy all Sakura games. That's all for my opinion here.
  14. To Jartse here, I'd like to think that Kajitsu was all of that Frontwing planned in the past as their 10th anniversary project before they finally decided to do their trilogy thing with Meikyuu and Rakuen. And for my opinion here about the trilogy instead of Muv Luv comparison, I'd more like to think that Grisaia trilogy was some sort of like combination of Galaxy Angel (Trilogy) and Sharin (FD which tell major character's past). As for my opinion, once again I think Kajitsu was enough although of course everyone free to think otherwise. I don't know what should I state for Xenogears as I didn't play those yet, but at least for Corona Blossom it's quite disagreeable that they separated the story into 3 parts, because it's not like Kajitsu which could tell completed story for each heroines or Muv Luv which had biggest twist in the first game (For around 2003 at least) and it's just linear story from the review that I'd read (I might be wrong though). Unless we could had heroines routes in the future, I think Corona Blossom will be at disadvantage for telling the story in parts instead of full story for one games. That's all for my opinion here, and once again feel free to disagree.
  15. Speaking about of site block, Indonesia also did that ie I couldn't access it. I know there's a proxy, but I think I wouldn't download this because there's no complete English patch yet. Of course free stuff always welcome though to anyone else who could read Japanese there.
  16. Hello, and welcome to Fuwanovel. Didn't read your demo yet, but nonetheless good luck to your release later. Hope you enjoy yourself later.
  17. I should post this earlier. Since we had Kimi Sora translation project earlier, I'll post full opening of it. It remind me of Flower opening, and of course it's because this song had same singer and composer as Flower opening.
  18. My comment for the interview for now would be it's nice that we could always knew what's the staff opinion in regard of VN Translation here. I'll elaborate more here later.
  19. Or maybe you could try to learning Japanese more in order to read more fanastic VN which is untranslated (And to help you get through against bleak winter) instead of just waiting the releases from those three, like for example Gin'iro Haruka, Saihate no Ima, Hello Lady, and Draculius. Of course you will, if you True VN Fan™ (In this case, I'd like to read your opinion about some VN that you read in Japanese here). If not, good luck on your Japanese study at bleak winter later. Okay, I think for the thread my answer here would be I kind of agree with RikiSanic here that Dovac (Or to fulfill OP ROTK obsession here, emperor Qian) was kind of hiding himself out there. Maybe the staffs gave some harsh warning to their boss after some chaos at his Twitter earlier there (And possibly demoted to low rank employee there). After all, I think Qian name was removed from staff list definitely didn't had influence much to Sekai for now (At least for now), because they're still had gave some progress each week for their project.
  20. I think it's quite cheap alright. But if I may honest you could use $10 for something more beneficial, and besides it's not like that those games were very good (Although it should be had some fans of course). But if you like to get all of those games legally, guess you could try it. In the end, the choice is yours to buy it or no (Personally I won't buy it).
  21. Maybe you could necro VN Reading Club thread below if you like to post your thought. There's 2 threads for Swan Song, but I decided to chose the least amount of uncensored spoiler like the thread below. Good luck on your playthrough for Swan Song
  22. My suggestion? Guess I'll just go along with everyone else here, play Swan Song. It got quite dark atmosphere there if you prefer it, and the casts facing some sort of post very heavy disaster (Nearing apocalyptic). But maybe I'll try to give my word about the rest for the choice here (Except Homeward, because I find few info about that VN there. But of course you may try this later though). ef - The first tale was like some sort of usual high school romance one (Such as triangle love), but I'd heard that latter tale was starting to get melodramatic and more bittersweet tone overall. You may as well pick it up later and try to endure the first tale if you didn't like it after first few hours (Oh, the art still beautiful by the way). Hanachirasu - I didn't play this yet, but maybe there will be some swordfighting there. The MC there was more of Villain Protagonist though, and looking from VNDB score you might as well don't expect this as good as Kikokugai (Although if you play this later maybe you'll find this VN good though). Flower - Even though this is from your favorite developer, this game was more on light hearted side (ie VERY toned down compared to work like Kara no Shoujo duology) and it has girl on girl romance. So, if you didn't like those two factors, maybe you shouldn't consider to play this (Although if you still want to try this go ahead though). That's all for my opinion here, and hope it could help you even if it's only slightly.
  23. General recommendation for untranslated denpa here should be Subahibi, and I think it's not that hard to read though imo. Another recommendation here would be Shizuku if only this is first VN that was classified as denpa. Other than those two, if you still didn't play it then you should try Saya no Uta. Hope it'll help.
  24. Quite good backgrond there if I said so. Anyway, welcome to Fuwanovel and hope you enjoy yourself here.
  25. Happy 21st birthday here to @Chuee. Hope you had good year there, and thanks for your effort at editing Astral Air there. Look forward to English version of it once again.
