  1. Finished Evenicle 2 trial, and let's say that it's gameplay is more or less very similar to first Evenicle although with some changes. Storywise, it's more or less resembled Evenicle first chapter albeit with some difference. I'll try to write more about it later but overall I look forward for the overseas release.
  2. Very late for this, but better late then never. Here's two of opening songs from Aokana that I find it good below. Wings of Courage Infinite Sky Enjoy.
  3. I also didn't expect it either. So let me say happy belated 30th birthday to @Kenshin_sama, and while I'm at it happy 29th birthday to @nazim10. I hope that both of you will have good birthday.
  4. Welcome to Fuwanovel, and you can talk many things about VN in here. Feel free to make some friends here, and I hope that you'll enjoy yourself here.
  5. Welcome to Fuwanovel, and sorry for the belated greeting. Feel free to ask for more VN recommendations if you need it, and I hope that you'll have fun here.
  6. Welcome to Fuwanovel and sorry for the belated greeting, and also congratulation for the release. I hope that you'll have fun here.
  7. Da Capo Girl's Symphony is obviously just otome version of Da Capo, while Hakuouki here is somewhat well-received otome VN. For Hakuouki I think at least some player might be interested with it seeing that it have Japanese history and plot, while for Da Capo otome version well at least you can play as one of female student in Da Capo lol. None of those two are interesting to me anyway, but at least otome VN fans can also experienced Da Capo experience although it's still not translated though (By the way Hakuouki here is already translated). Don't know much about Supreme Candy and Twinkle Crusader, although I know that Twinkle Crusader here have a very big number of cameo from other VN/anime (Some of those cameos are Feena from Yoake and Taiga from Toradora). Kurukuru Fanatic, well I did remember that it have project in the past and I remember that I note the progress in my VNTS Review from back at 2016, and after I check my own blogpost I find out that the translation team made a poll on how they should translate the moan in the sex scenes lol. Other than not so urgent poll, it's a VN with yandere heroines so at least yandere fans should like it. Oh yes its also already available in English from since back at 2017, although it's only fully translated and not edited though so beware of some unedited lines if you want to read this. AliveZ is Denwalts's planned secret project before he cancelled it because Mangagamer took Haruka's license (AliveZ here is anther Alice Soft's VN), and in exchange he decided to work on 11eyes in secret which to say is the most reasonable action (And thus it made 11eyes as Denwalts's biggest release). While mod Clephas here didn't like Sumaga, personally I look forward to it if only because it's been a long time since JAST announce it (From back at 2011 if I remember) and until now they still didn't deliver it. Also most importantly we'll going to have 'passionate Hitomi Nabatame-voiced love-making' in Sumaga because her role here is as Spica (Pink girl) and Kadowaki Mai as Garnet here is not too bad, along with Atsuhi Abe who voiced the MC. For more trivia, both of Nabatame and Kadowaki voiced magical girl with Nabatame voiced Aida Mana/Cure Heart from Doki Doki Precure (DDPC) while Kadowaki voiced Magical Ilya from Fate Kaleid Liner (And of course Ilya from Fate franchise). I guess that's all for my comment in regard of September 2008.
  8. Well it still quite a lot, but I'll try it. As for my recommendations, I guess you can try Aokana, Hoshiori, Baldr Sky duology, and Daitoshokan. I don't know if those four can fulfill your request or not, but regardless of that I hope that my recommendations here can be helpful to you.
  9. So what do you mean by 2 paths? Or do you mean multiple routes? If possible, can you narrow down it because there's quite a number (ie a lot) of VNs that could fulfill your request?
  10. Happy belated 27th birthday to @MaggieROBOT, and I hope you'll have a good birthday.
  11. Let's see what I can comment for this month, and happy 1st anniversary to Visual Novel Monthly Recap video series there. Bokuten surely would be a good wake up call for the developer to check their files before bring it to Steam, so hopefully we don't have this kind of incident in the future even though we know that Steam is fairly fickle. Frontwing already released Loca Love Volume 2 in English for a year, although admittedly it's in form of hardcopy which is harder to access. My focus is more on Loca Love Volume 3 though, in that they released the demo for this and that they almost certain will release it in dual languages (English and Japanese) at 25th later. No comment on OELVN matter, but I think the decision to cut one scene in Evenicle 2 trial is not as bad as it sounds seeing that it's just a trial and more importantly I already see much worse example when it come to censorship. The examples are GIGA and Pulltop in that they didn't even acknowledge that they censored their own VN for overseas release, and while at the same time Alicesoft promised to search for the other storefront and acknowledge the censorship. I know that GIGA here is basically just ask Sekai to censored Baldr Sky, but it still count as censorship from the developer for overseas release. As for Alicesoft's storefront I think Mangagamer here is more than possible, although then again it could be argued that their relationship is worsening so let's see on how Alicesoft will solve their storefront problem. Because Pulltop censored Miagete overseas release, obviously the release of the FD is quite awkward seeing that it's uncensored. That said, I guess you can treat the sex scene as the fanservice from the original VN lol and I think it shouldn't be a problem as long as you don't think stuff like why the heroines are not virgin or something like that. Nice release on IxShe Tell from Nekonyan, and yeah it did subvert my expectation in that I think Nekonyan will release Hello Lady first. Lastly while I appreciate Nine Episide 3 release, I treat it as September release though so I'll try to talk about the circumstance behind the release at my VNTS Review later. To conclude August here, while release wise it have some controversy (Evenicle 2 Trial) and awkward one (Miagete FD), I can say that I'm more or less content with the updates here. Especially in regard of Chaos Head Noah in that it show some big updates after long time with no activity, and that we'll see another update at October 1st later. I guess that's all for what I can write for August here.
  12. I like that now we can chose to either change the font color or just stay at white (Some people may prefer to read in hard to see white text after all), so good for Nekonyan.
  13. Happy 27th birthday to our @Palas, and I hope that you'll have a good birthday.
  14. Welcome to Fuwanovel, and perhaps you may try Chrono Clock as well seeing that it's from the same developer as Hapymaher so you can enjoy the same style of the art. I hope that you'll have fun here.
  15. Whether Hapymaher FD will be translated or not is up to Purple Software seeing that they already going official, so you should ask Mangagamer in regard of this. As for whether someone can translate it or not, I would say that it's up to whoever that would willing to endure such hard and long process and want to see the FD being translated. So my answer in regard on whether you want me to translate Hapymaher FD or not is I can't do it even if I want to see it translated, and I'm sorry about that. PS - Personally I did hope that Mangagamer working on Hapymaher FD, but if they don't do it then oh well.
  16. Visual Novel Translation Status (08/30/2020) Welcome to this week VNTS Review, and since I have nothing to say about Zakabox at this week let me going straight to my review for this week. As for this week overall I can say that this week is quite active one with one release from Nekonyan (IxShe Tell), one release announcement from Sekai (Nine Episode 3), one new VN announcement (Salthe) and several updates from official company (ie Mangagamer, Sekai, and Sol Press). So overall I guess I can say that this week is pretty much quite an exciting one, although it's still too bad that Mangagamer still not revealed their secret project so for now we can only wait for them to reveal their own secret projects. With this done, let's see what I can write for this week and I'll tell the title at PS later. I guess I should start from Mangagamer in that they gave a number of updates at this week in that some of those are finished the testing. For the updates that finished the testing, we have Rance Quest, Sukehime, Steam Prison Fin's route, and 3rd secret project. The other updates that we have from Mangagamer are Musicus was in programming, Sona-Nyl Refrain was at 92% translated, and Genesis was at 60% edited. With this it mean that currently there are seven projects that were already finished the testing, and if we look from the past pattern there's a big chance that they'll announce Mugen Renkan as their next release after they release WanNyan at September 3rd later. Although of course it still depend on Mangagamer though whether they really will do it or not. As for third secret project, what I can say is that they obviously must reveal it if they about to release it, so let's wait and see here. As for Rance Quest, while it's good news to see it finished the testing we still need for a while so we still need to wait for some times before the release. That's all for Mangagamer's updates. Sol Press did remove Daresora from their own Steam store, which mean that they won't work on Daresora anymore. While it mean that Sol Press did technically cancel one of their license yet again, I can say that I didn't lose much seeing that Daresora here is more or less just an episodic release with volume 1 is very short so it's not exactly good format for the VN here, and not even episodic format excuse here can save this VN here because Daresora here is failed to resolve the plot (To be fair it's supposed to be released like that, and currently Japanese version of this was also inactive as well). With this it mean one less project from Sol Press and hopefully they can keep up the work from their remaining projects. For the updates, we have Nukitashi was at 31% translated, Sakura Celebration was finished the editing progress, and both Irotoridori and Sakura Celebration waiting for QA build (Why the updates are like Sekai?). That's all for Sol Pres updates. We have Shira VN announced that they'll release Salthe at September 15th later, and looking from the writer's CV we can say that it'll be a comedy VN just like what the producer usually did with Nekopara. Although in this case the comedy itself is quite dark with torture and rape though, and the VN itself was called as dark nukige which to say not something that Nekopara writer did write in his Magnum Opus (Otherwise Nekopara franchise would be more well known because of torture and rape instead of usual lighthearted catgirl story lol). Other things to note would be it'll be featuring female MC (And no this is not a otome VN for the info), and that Shira VN was forced to censored it on Steam so they also provided uncensored patch that was supposed to work on Steam version (And the censored version itself is already categorized as adult games, so yeah it's says a lot). From fan translation we have Chaos Head Noah projects did have some new activity after some times of being inactive, and apparently they bring some new staffs into working on the translation. For the progress, currently we have three routes are fully translated (Sena's, Kozue's, and Ayase's) along with Nanami's route was at 45% translated, Yua's route was at 44.36% translated, Rimi's route was at 37.93% translated, B route was at 12.40% translated, and common route was at 4.34% translated (Note that common route here is basically two third of the game). Other than translation progress, apparently the porting is doing well so at least there's some big progress on Noah. For the next update, they'll do it at October 1st later so let's wait and see in regard of that. There's also some other updates in regard of White Album 2 at Discord, and what I can say is that the work is currently going well thanks to the new translators already finished some routes in Coda chapter with the plan for release the full patch was estimated at sometimes in the near future (ie at 2021), although of course it can be change in the future so I can only say that I'll keep my eyes whether the team can achieve their plan or not. For the other fan translation updates, first of all we have Pure x Connect script was at 9,324 lines edited while for the translation it was at 16,614 lines translated (Honestly it's hard to confirm if it's correct or not because the translator did the typo, but for now I treat it as 16,614 lines are translated). Other than that we have Miotsukushi Ura was fully translated, Eustia was at 95.32% translated (Side routes was at 69.61% translated) along with 94.67% edited, Harugi's Branch was past three quarter (76%) translated, Loverable was at 90.35% edited, and Reflection Blue was past three quarter (88.3%) translated along with 3.31% edited (Also Shiki's route is already fully translated). We also have Iro Yoridori patch release, in that it's a NTR VN with the premise the MC's female childhood friend was in danger to be fall to the school playboy, and it's up to MC whether the playboy can get what he want or not. Go get the patch if you want to play it and have fun. For Sekai we have they did add two more secret projects, although for now I won't comment on this until they reveal it. For the roundup we have Rewrite+ was at 20% edited, Bouquet of My Beloved (Seriously I never pay attention to this announcement) was at halfway translated, Koiama 2 was fuly translated and currently waiting on English build, Nekopara 4 was fully edited and currently waiting on QA build, Island Diary was also waiting for QA build as well, and Nine Episode 4 was at 38% translated along with 30% edited. Last but not in the least, we have Sekai announced Nine Episode 3 release at tomorrow and of course this'll be another VN with Tsubasu's art along with that it'll reveal a lot of secret in Nine VNs. I'll look forward to the release later, obviously for both of the arts and the stories (And yes I know that Episode 4 here is Nine's finale). This week we have Nekonyan released IxShe Tell, and while for sure it's not as big as either Hello Lady or Clover Days I would say that you can still look forward to play it, if only for the sake of the comedy that was available in there. While granted that it's still quite underrated as of now, I believe that some people may enjoy this VN especially if you're in need of some lighter VN that was full of comedy. So my suggestion for IxShe Tell here would be just treat it as pure moege instead of charage, and not expect much story from this. For the premise, we have our MC Hajime in that he's the so-called school hero who abolished a century rule that banned the romance in the school, and after he's being successful he enjoyed the result with five girls approaching him one by one. Seeing that Hajime didn't have enough time for romance beforehand, he's very confused about it so it's up to the player to help him find his love. Go get IxShe Tell from one of many stores like usual Nekonyan's releases, and have fun. That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week. PS - For the title seeing that we have Chaos Head Noah big update along with Salthe announcement, I decided to combined 'New Generation' from New Generation murder case at Chaos Head Noah (Forgot to mention that Noah here is the upgraded version of Chaos Head) and 'Comedy' from Salthe (Because it put the emphasis on the word comedy very much at the premise), so we have 'New Generation Comedy' as this week VNTS Review. Note that comedy here is depend on each of their own in regard on how funny it is, and of course the twisted murderer of New Generation murder here would surely find it as funny.
  17. So now we can play the sex scenes in English version as well? I see, and congratulation for the release. I'm still not quite interested with this as of now, but at least it's the first steps of fully uncensor Notaneko so there's some good progress.
  18. Happy 4th birthday to our @Fiddle, and how times goes fast now that you already grew up. I hope that you'll have a good birthday.
  19. I agree that the text is quite hard to read, although apparently even the staffs did have trouble with that so it can't be helped I suppose. And by the way Nekonyan did already uploaded the new patch which supposed to (Slightly) fix the font in case some people here still don't know it.
  20. Read Real Life Plus, and let's just say that the middle school and high school period here is not as long as Ginharu (And the elementary school period is also short for the info). Then is that mean that it's a good news if you didn't like Ginharu long writing? Not exactly because all of the sections are over rather quickly, as in it just jump directly without some warning. Granted that it's just short VN so I can't exactly fault it, but I think they can at least add some more lines. The VA here is honestly quite bland as in she's very stiff, but apparently she's AV stars in Japan so there's that (I didn't find her performance in sex scene is that good either, though what do I know about AV stars acting in adult video). Then if I say negative things, is that mean that it didn't have positive? Of course it is, in that the heroine did cosplaying Cure Marine from HCPC (Heartcatch Precure) and there's also some reference's talk about Marine's relationship with one of cadre. There's also the fact that the MC have sex with her in Cure Marine costume, in that after the MC do the deed the heroine lament that she can never wear the cosplay outside. With that while I didn't know whether it's true or not, I guess I can say that the author might be a hardcore fan of Cure Marine so much that he wrote about MC have sex with someone who cosplaying as her. In order to get that scene, you need to use the guide from Steam in order to get 'The Happy Couple' ending, so you better aim for that ending if you play this. By the way I also tried the other endings, and it's ranged from either the heroine is going overseas or live together. And speaking about heroine, rather than dream actually in here she's more or less grew up based on your choice so in summary it's sort of like Princess Maker except without gameplay. Overall even with the gimmick of having sex with Precure cosplay, I just think that this VN is not quite detailed as Ginharu when it come to describe the growing up story and therefore it's not as good as that. Although of course feel free to disagree here, especially if you didn't like Ginharu long writing. PS - By the way I sort of think that HCPC here is kind of overrated, although I understand though on why this series manage to have a lot of people took a liking to Precure, especially with the ending which to say quite unusual for Precure series.
  21. Amatsukaze, well Curry Chronicle review it in positive way and Moogy gave it 8 (Compared to his Fata Morgana score at 6.2, and yes I know that the review is not really reflecting the VN itself). That aside I think it might have potential if it's localized, although whether they want to do it or not it's up to Ninetails though and apparently they more focused on Venus Blood games. Don't get me wrong though, because actually I like the entries that Ninetails localized (Frontier and later Hypno/Hollow). I already have bad impression from just reading the synopsis of Kira Kira fandisc, so I would say whatever to it (At least it prove that Kira Kira here is really Overdrive's best selling VN). Eiden Fantasia is the first fandisc that was available in English if I remember, and it featured the heroines with same name as Fate Stay Night heroines (Rin and Sakura) that didn't get the route in the main game (Edelweiss). Rin ga Utau here is doujin VN with vocaloid characters (Len and Miku), and one of few available translated VN back at 2012. Other than those three, no much to comment in regard of doujin and FD.
  22. Yeah it's out now, so feel free to get it from any stores and have fun. Also feel free to discuss about it here, although it's mostly will be about the heroines.
  23. Quite a twisted GL VN I would say, then again it's from Izumi Banya so I guess it's expected. I don't have much word other than good luck to the project and hopefully it'll be successful.
  24. Welcome to Fuwanovel, and if you need some VN Recommendations then you can try some of the VNs from my best rated 2019 translated VNs list. I don't know which one that will interest you, but if you need it then I hope that it'll be helpful to you. Lastly I hope that you'll have fun here.
  25. Welcome to Fuwanovel, and about your project I can only say good luck with that. I hope that you'll have fun here.
