  1. Welcome to Fuwanovel and sorry for the belated greeting. As for VN Recommendations here, in case you still didn't play it I can suggest you either Shibuya Scramble or Somnium in which both of those are mystery VNs. I hope that you'll have fun here.
  2. Good luck on the project, and hopefully it can goes smoothly just like the prequel. Speaking of prequel, it's quite nostalgic in that I keep my eyes on it until the release, so let's just say that I'll also keep my eyes on Bishoujo Mangekyou 2 progress as well here.
  3. As for Yuika, yes she has sex scenes although at least it didn't involved amputation and therefore it's not as hard as Yuna and Shizuha. For Maggot Bait comparison in regard of which one is gorier, I can't say which is that has more blood but I know that at least we didn't have penis growth fetish in Sadistic Blood (Although it's not categorized as gore scene though). In any case, I can only say that good child shouldn't play this (Sadistic Blood) and Maggot Bait because both of the VNs are quite disturbing.
  4. As for Yume Miru Kusuri, two of the three heroines did have problem with drug addiction, and one route will have the MC deal with that particular problem. So yeah it's more or less about drug to a degree.
  5. Visual Novel Translation Status (12/06/2020) Since we have Ryuusei being released back at last week along with that it share the same writer as Akagoei, I decided to just replace the 'Guard' in the English translation of Akagoei full title (Guard of Daybreak) into 'Police' so we have Police of Daybreak as this week VNTS Review, and the reason for the 'Police' word here is because we have Ryuusei's MC Ruka work as the police albeit a lazy one. As for this week, other than Ryuusei sudden release we also have Fruitbat and Aksys announce their new VNs. For the VNs itself, Fruitbat is announced a mystery VN while for Aksys obviously they have otome console VNs. Overall what I can say in regard of this week it would be a bit interesting thanks to some new announcements along with usual fan translation updates, although I can't say that I find the new VNs announcements are interesting to me though. Let's see what I can write in regard of this week as well. As for Ryuusei, it's not surprising that ShiraVN is the one who release it because they've been talked about on how Steam did disapprove it (I don't really know on why they insist to ban it). The premise goes like we have our MC Ruka who is a policeman with superpower, although he's quite lazy though in that he prefer to not work seriously unless the situation force him so much that he's been infamous because of that and many other people would obviously called him on that. For Kinugasa's writing, while I did say that he's incapable to finish his story properly (Or like to write open ending to put it nicely) actually he can write some entertaining character interaction as shown with Ruka and other people interaction. By the way even with the knowledge that apparently there'll be two more parts here, I won't exactly expect the writer to end it properly even at the presumably last part if we look at the last entry of Akagoei in that he's still like to write the open ending. That said as long as you know that the ending is an open one and you're okay with the saying the journey is what count the most along with want to see some entertaining character interaction, go get Ryuusei and have fun. Before going to the otome VNs that Aksys announced, we have Verdelish did translated 4% of Slow Damage. Speaking about that, I did forget to mention that JAST will release the translated version of it after several months of Japanese release, which mean it would be after February because the Japanese version of Slow Damage will be released at February 25th later. I don't know though if JAST will really manage to do it or not, although perhaps looking on their recent track record I should expect that they may manage to deliver it in reasonable time (Not that I look forward to it anyway). For Aksys otome VN, we have three of it. The first one is Variable Barricade, in that apparently it's about a wealthy girl who didn't like her grandpa suddenly need to deal with five groom candidates that were sent by her grandfather. The second one is Olympia Soiree, in that we have a setting when the color are more important than life and currently the only one who represent the white color (A rare color) is the female MC so she need to marry one of six heroes in order to get a new successor of white color. The last one is Ayakashimori in that the female MC will try her best to become one of Ayakashimori member, and as for Ayakashimori itself it's a special bureau that deal with youkai. All three VNs will be available for Switch at 2021 later, so at least it should be a good news for otome VN fans. From Fruitbat we have MAMIYA in that it's been translated by the late Conjueror. What I can see is that apparently it's a mystery VN that deal with murder and all, and it's pretty obvious that it'll be all age. Fruitbat will release it at Spring 2021 later, so you may note the release estimation if you interested with it. For fan translation, we have Eustia was at 58.04% TLC-ed with Licia's chapter was at 32.25% TLC-ed, Chaos Head Noah common route was at 14.75% translated (Note that Noah's common route consist two thirds of the whole VN), Loverable was at 92.83% edited, Pure x Connect translation team will start their work on Arisa's route and that they show some progress on editing (Currently 9,475 lines were edited), both common and Reika's routes for Akagoei were finished the translation work, and Harugi was at 73% translated with Yuuna's route was past three quarter (76%) translated along with Misaki's route was at 18% translated. That's all for fan translation here. That's all for this week VNTS Review, and sorry for being late here. See you next week.
  6. I see that you already play most of newer translated eroge, so perhaps I should recommend some of older eroge or any translated eroge that you miss to mention. As for my recommendations, I'll recommend Koiken Otome, Koiresort, Koiiro, Ikikoi, Snow Sakura, Yume Miru Kusuri, Family Project, Saku Saku, and Wagahigh. I don't know if you already play some of those or even all of it, but regardless of that I hope my recommendations here can be helpful to you.
  7. Interesting to see that there's a lot of big releases along with Nitroplus being aggressive by releasing two title at October 2009, so let's see what I can comment on those. Comyu - Supposedly 9th project for Amaterasu, but because of a certain circumstance it become their 8th project and the full patch for that was released back at 2014. As for Comyu itself, it's quite infamous because Akito (Our MC) here like to repeat the word 'red' along with him like to defend any female regardless on whether the female character in question is good or not. In the end I guess the reception in the overseas is quite fair, and I think it's more related to the MC who more or less quite controversial on his own. By the way the writer did retain his writing style in Hello Lady (Will be released by Nekonyan at some times in the future), in that instead of 'red' word Narita will repeatedly remind himself of his goal and in his case it's 'revenge'. Mashiro Iro - Well it's just an ordinary charage and it won't be interesting if one dislike that genre in the first place, so I won't say anything in regard of that. I still wish this to be localized though, if only for Tsubasu's art (Joyjason like her art) and that I think her art might be beautiful because Kawamura (The Precure designer character in that her design was cited as being beautiful) was trusted to draw the design of Mahiro Iro anime version. Art aside, I think this might be good if one want to see more charage so perhaps Nekonyan might be more than possible to put our hope for Mashiro Iro translation, even though Palette is working together with Sekai as of now. My GF is the President - If Alcot somehow decided to make the second series of it, I think we may have genderbent Joe Biden fighting against genderbent Donald Trump in a fierce election like we have nowadays, and of course the pandemic would be one of the topic that Alcot make fun of. Also the MC here would be able to date both of Joe Biden and Donald Trump (Obviously) with Joe Biden was the MC's childhood friend. My imagining for hypothetical sequel aside, the VN here is more or less just moege with some interesting plot and that it have some 2009 world politic joke (I mean with the name such as Ohama and Putina it should be obvious). It also fan translated at first back at 2010, before the team decided to sell the translation to JAST and they surprisingly quite quick to release it back at 2011. Another thing to note is that it's the first Alcot VN to be translated, following with Shinikiss and Clover Days with the latter still in editing work by Nekonyan. Funbag Fantasy - Apparently the VN itself got some good story, although the heroines breasts are too big to me though lol so I'll pass. Muramasa - One of Nitroplus VN that has the license was taken over by JAST, and to this day we still don't see it being released by them along with it have some progress. So perhaps it's better to say that the license is dead, although whether we can have this to be localized in the future is uncertain as of now. Anyway the VN itself did quite dark with many deaths and all, and apparently the heroines here is not the exception. After seeing many positive comment on this I hope that someday we'll see this in English, although obviously it's not easy to fulfill. One more thing to note that the translator may need to port it to Unity in order to allow it to have ADV interface seeing that Muramasa's original interface is not suited for English, so it would be another things to consider on how much the effort would be needed to localize this. Steins Gate - Another Nitroplus VN, although it's obviously more popular and it spawned a successful anime adaptation along with several spin offs and adaptations. One of the spin offs is Steins Gate 0 in which rather than sequel like people says it's more like interquel if one know the story. Of course like any well received works, some people think that the story is lack of polish and that it's sort of overrated, but still it won't change the fact that it's one of very famous works. Obviously the developer realize that, and so they decided to keep milking this by adding some Steins Gate reference into their later works with the most blatant one adding one of Steins Gate main character (Daru) as Robotic Notes DaSH MC (One of them). As for Daru being DaSH's MC, after I consider that he's created as perverted best friend archetype I think he's not fit as the MC because usually his archetype was created as some sort of foil to make the MC in the VNs look better. My DaSH rambling aside, I think Steins Gate here is good although I don't exactly like on how the staffs force Daru as the MC in DaSH. That's all for my comment in regard of October 2009 releases. PS - From the last month I forgot to note that we'll also going to have Haruka no Sora translated by the same team as the one who translate Yosuga no Sora, and they'll do it after they released the full patch of Yosuga no Sora (Still a long way seeing that they still cleaning the translation even with the full translation patch for it already available).
  8. I did just realize that I mistaken Nekopara for Nekonyan in one of my past blogpost, and even then sometimes my mind think of Nekonyan when in fact I should write it as Nekopara (Thankfully I manage to hold back and write correctly, at least from what I remember so far).
  9. After more than two months waiting we finally have the word from Irru in regard of the hiatus, and the update says that they'll probably resume the work on Ginharu at 2021 later. Granted that there's still no guarantee as of now, but it's still nice to see some updates in regard of hiatus and hopefully I can see the updates of Ginharu again. So let's see on January later. PS - The blogpost in regard of Irru's word, and yeah I know that I'm very late for this.
  10. Might be this one, and I hope that my answer can help you here. PS - As for the ashen maid, you'll find out who she is later.
  11. Visual Novel Translation Status (11/29/2020) I'm sure that you realized that I parodied Gochiusa franchise, only that I changed Usagi' into 'Neko' because we have Nekopara 4 released few days ago and obviously Nekopara 4 here wouldn't deal with rabbit (Translation Note: Usagi mean rabbit). Speaking of Gochiusa Sol Press did manage to license the manga version of it, although looking from their recent performance I understand if the people have doubt on Sol Press. Welcome to this week VNTS Review and as for this week I can say that it's still like last week with several updates from both of Sekai and Nekonyan along with Nekonpara 4 release. Other than that, of course we still have the updates from fan translation as usual even though it's not as much like back at last week. So overall I guess I can say that this week is quite average one to a degree, and let's see what I can write for this week as well. While I did say that Sekai did have several updates, in practice it's just the announcements of the exact release date for their three short VNs. Those three VNs are Zombie VN Volume 3, Bokukotsu FD, and Zombie VN Volume 0. For the release date, it'll be at December 15th later which to say are coincide with several other releases at that week (ie Riddle Joker and Sukehime). While granted that the releases are not either Daybreak or Nine Episode 4, I guess it's good to see that Sekai finally cleared their backlog a bit. For Nekopara 4, it's more famous because of the art by Sayori that was apparently cited as good looking, and I can say it is considering back when I played Labyrinth of Touhou I use sprites mod with her arts on Touhou characters because I find the arts are good looking (I didn't know the arts in the sprite mod that I use are her works when I did play it). As for Nekopara 4 here, the premise is that our MC decided to go to France in order to get better in cake making because his father was disapprove the MC bakery. In any case, we should know that we play Nekopara here only for the catgirls and not for the story. Go get Nekopara 4 on Steam if you want to play more Nekopara, and have fun. As for this week fan translation, currently we have Shin Koihime Musou was at 38% edited, Yuuna's route from Harugi was at 69% (Nice number) translated, and Eustia was at 58.03% TLC-ed with Licia's route was at 32.17% TLC-ed. No much to say, so that's all for this week fan translation updates. For Nekonyan update, we have Kirikoi started the QA (At 1% right now), Clover Days was at 60% edited, their 1st secret project was at 65% translated, and their 2nd secret project was at 27% translated. They also has one more secret project with the current progress was fully translated and edited, and while I did suggest Harem Kingdom back at Nekonyan's Discord I guess the more reasonable guess would be either Tenshin Ranman or (Hopefully not) some VN that has available translation. In any case, Nekonyan said that they'll reveal the projects at either January or February, so let's see it later. Lastly currently they've been struck with payment processor problem at their own shop so that it can't be used, although since unlike Mangagamer at least it won't stop them to release Riddle Joker because Nekonyan still has several other shops. That's all for this week and sorry for being late here. See you next week. PS - I know that we have Ryuusei World Actor was released by (Unsurprisingly) ShiraVN at Johren (DMM owned store) today, although I decided to save that topic for my next VNTS Review. What I can say is that at least the character arts are looking good (Same artist as Koichoco), although obviously art here won't do much to save Kinugasa's inability to end his story properly.
  12. I see. Well in case some user like to play with console background and original sprites, just make sure that you delete all of original background (Blurred photograph one) in the Streaming Assets folder. I did test it with Matsuribayashi, and indeed you can play it with original sprites along with console background. With that, I guess your problem might be because you just move the folder with original sprites to the Streaming Assets in the game folder without removing the original background pictures.
  13. Sounds like an interesting case. Can I ask you to screenshot your CG and Sprites folder so that I can take a look at it? Because the answer for your problem here might be easier or closer than you think, although I may be wrong on this.
  14. There's a way to play with the original sprite while at the same time using Alchemist background. I did remember the progress, although I need to test it though since it's been a while I'd tweak Higurashi Steam version here. And it should be noted that it won't change the fact that the CG will use the new sprites for an obvious reason. PS - By the way the new release still didn't have soundtrack 'Ode to the Moon' that was available in the original version of Minagoroshi (Not Mangagamer translated version from 2010). I guess the soundtrack itself was got blocked by the copyright or something like that, so oh well.
  15. Quite a number of releases that I know, so let me comment in regard of September 2009. Kokuhaku - I think you should know that I write more on VAs CV rather than the story in the comment section at Deep Blue's review, because the main feature of it was just as place for the VAs to test their capabilities to voicing different character types. At least the VAs themselves (Tsuji Ayumi, Mamiko Noto, Hirano Aya, and Yui Horie) are quite famous if anything else and that they show their capabilities. Tears to Tiara Gaiden - Too bad that Leaf is more interested to release this as console VN instead of porting it to PC as well, but at least they allowed ShiraVN to port Utawarerumono trilogy to PC as well so good to see that Leaf still care about their original customers as well to a degree. Nega 0 - Second Eternal VN after Yumina, and it looks interesting due to magical girl in charge of debugging which remind me of Corrector Yui. Of course it would be gameplay VN, seeing that it's the same company behind Yumina. Too bad that it's still not translated yet, but I guess it can't be helped here. Natsu no Ame - Good to see that you like it. As for the VN, it remind me that my roommate also try to play this by using ATLAS back at 2011. I kind of interested to see this translated, if only for the sake of 'passionate Hitomi Nabatame-voiced love-making' scenes that inevitably will happen in the VN lol. As for the one who can translate it, ShiraVN is obviously the most likely candidate and of course I really hope that they won't use the same translator as Your Diary. eden - Back then I did nitpick that the VN didn't explore enough about the cause of doomsday (The red star), although if minori ask us to focused on Ryou x Sion rather than doomsday plot then I guess it's normal if we better not to be focused on that. eden here is sort of the last minori VN that have sex scenes along with small breast heroine (Sion) before they decided to be ambitious with Supipara only to be flopped and their heroines in their VNs after Supipara have big breasts along with having numerous amount of sex scenes, at least before their cease of operation. Also unlike other minori VNs, eden here is quite short and only featured single heroine (Sion). That's all for my comment in regard of September 2009.
  16. Currently watch Majo no Tabitabi along with Gochiusa Bloom, and I'll try to comment on those two when the series over. Also Gochiusa here is quite nostalgic, in that I also watch the second season of it back at five years ago at same season (Fall).
  17. No much comment for now other than it have too many continuation from the previous series, and that for HealGPC movie it'll be out at March 20 later with the crossover from YPC5 characters (By the way I'm okay with HealGPC episode as long as Toei didn't insert YPC5 characters into one of the episode like back at HugPC when they add FwPC and later the whole Precure into the special episodes).
  18. Visual Novel Translation Status (11/22/2020) Because we have Sekai opened the Steam store for Bokukotsu FD along with announced the release month at December and that we have Kimihane GL VN released, I decided to parodied Kimihane English title (Wanting Wings) by just change 'Wings' into 'Cupid' so that we have 'Wanting Cupid' as this week VNTS Review title. For the info, in Bokukotsu one of the heroine is a fallen cupid who is quite a brocon, and coincidentally Kimihane also has a premise in regard of the angel (Note that cupid here is usually mean the love angel). As for this week, other than those two announcements (Kimihane release and Bokukotsu FD Steam store opened) we have some updates from Sekai and Mangagamer along with usual fan translation updates so overall I can only say that this week is slightly more active compared to the last week, and let's see what I can write for this week as well. Fruitbat did release Jiangshi x Daoshi Episode 3 with the name of Lady Hexers, and apparently some of the graphic was altered thanks to Valve's request in that they'd ban the VN in the past (Probably because of some contents that was inappropriate in Steam based on their reasoning). I don't know though if it's the last part of Jiangshi x Daoshi or not, although from what I see looks like the developer will continue it. Get the VN if you want to see the continuation of Jiangshi x Daoshi, and have fun. As for Sekai updates, once again we have Steam store for Bokukotsu FD opened along with announced the release month at December later, Amairo Chocolate English version was in second round of QA, and the QA for Dragon Princess was already completed with the current progress for that was to compiling the reports to the developer (In this case Whirlpool). I can only say that I prefer to see the update in regard of Nine Episode 4, but if they need more time to work on that so much that they can't fulfill December release target, it can't be helped I guess. Lastly we also have Zombie VN Volume 0 will be released at December later, so I guess Sekai want to clear their backlog of Zombie VN at this year. As for Kimihane, from what I can see apparently it's more or less an usual GL VN although apparently the writing is quite good. I don't know much other than the casts did see the angel at their childhood and that they suspect that one of the casts are the angel that they saw in their childhood, so go get the VN if you want to know more about the story and have fun. Since Mangagamer release mean that they'll announce another VN to be released at next month, it mean that they'll do it again and this time we'll going to have Sukehime released at December 17th later. For Mangagamer's updates, currently we have both of Musicus and Hentai Lifestyle are in testing (Which mean that there'll be no 2020 release for Musicus), Jeanne was in programming, and 6th secret project was at both 73% translated and edited. No much to say other than I'm waiting for them to reveal their remaining secret project and see if Mangagamer will release Rance Quest for January later or not, so that's all for Mangagamer's updates. For usual updates of fan translation, currently we have Eustia was at 57.87% TLC-ed with Licia's Chapter was at 31.33% TLC-ed, Harugi was at 72% translated with Misaki's route was at 16% translated and Yuuna's route was at almost two third (66%) translated, and Loverable was at 92.42% edited. For more updates currently we have Watamasu finished the second pass for all of the translation, and we also have Daybreak Translation finished both of common and Reika's route at halfway translated with common route was translated slightly more than halfway. We also have Oreimo's translator tested the patch before releasing it, so perhaps the time for Oreimo VN to be released is near. We also have surprise update with Spice and Wolf DS VN was fully translated, and as for the VN itself you can play as the nameless MC who apparently was intended as Lawrence stand in and that you're supposed to accompany Holo the titular wolf to a journey for a year. Here's the project page if you interested, although I'm not quite interested though. Lastly we have Pure x Connect make a big update in that they finished translated Moemi's route, and for the progress currently they got 18,743 lines are already translated. That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.
  19. So is another fifteen years old did read euphoria without doing some research beforehand? That said if you do some research before reading it, I can guarantee that you won't trapped in reading a disturbing VN. And no even with knowledge that the plot twist is interesting on it's own, I won't either reading this or adding it into one of best rated VNs in my list. As for imagining the bad situation would happen in real life, better not imagine that because those disturbing scenes are more or less just a result of imagination that was created for some people with niche interest.
  20. As for this month, the two biggest releases are Umineko Chiru and Majikoi. Still let me comment on some other releases here. I Can - Idol nukige VN that apparently will have some corruption. At least the idol costume is very sexy if I may say something lol. Memories Off 6 - I guess this is pretty much all age charage without much explicit fanservice, so no 18+ patch if anyone else want to ask the possibility of that. That said, at least the girls are good looking so you can play this if you like to play all age charage and own the console to play it along with have some capabilities to read Japanese. My primary focus on Memories Off 6 is not the VN though, but rather one of the graphic staffs which turned out to be Kawamura Toshie who is more well known in Precure fans as the character designer for three Precure series (YPC5 duology, SmPC, and HugPC) and that her character design is very beautiful. Her job in here is as the artist for the CG, although it's quite hard to tell if the art in the CG is resembled some of her design in Precure or not seeing that Memories Off here is also have other staffs that drew the CG. She also participate in Ever17 as well, although her role is only coloring the CG so she can't show her drawing. Anyway I'm quite surprised to see her name in VNDB when I idly browse it. Umineko Chiru - The second part of Umineko, and unfortunately DEEN didn't adapt it yet though. Might be for the best seeing that DEEN did some infamous mistake on adapting Umineko first part, and that they may not have enough money to adapt Chiru properly seeing that it's quite a long VN with DEEN already shown that they save a lot of money by cutting some of important detail in the anime adaptation. As for Chiru here, one word that I can say is that it's quite controversial thanks to the ending that was quite unsatisfying, which to say might be true to a degree seeing that it didn't show some part clearly. The manga thankfully did show some unrevealed contents clearly, so there's no longer questionable part. Still too bad though that Episode 8 here is only got 58 average score at Erogamescape, but I guess they didn't like it back then. Mangagamer did release this back at 2017, although by then it's already redundant seeing that we already have the version with PS3 art and voices since back at 2013. Majikoi - The concept is like Little Busters in that both MC are the member of a group of friends, although Majikoi here is more hotter and lighter than Little Busters because Majikoi focus here is on comedy along with better drawn sex scenes lol. As for the VN, Taka-Jun of Yandere Translation translate this until he translate Miyako's route was at 85% translated before he's being busy with work, and thus it become the meme. At least until 2014 when some Fuwanovel members decided to continue the work and finally release it at 2015. JAST also did show some interest in this before announcing it at AX 2019, although by then it's already redundant. There's also the fact that they'll need to cut the voice because it would be too expensive to pay the license for some VA, so it's too bad that Steam version that'll be released at December later will have some unvoiced lines. That said, I would still suggest you to buy Steam version anyway if possible, if only for the sake of more officially localized Minato-soft VNs. That's all for my comment on August 2009 here.
  21. Well there's a lot of example of that. Let me recommend you Wagahigh, Saku Saku, Hoshiori, Daitoshokan, and Haretaka. I hope my recommendations here will be helpful to you in case you still didn't play those VNs.
  22. Even though my feeling for DaSH is quite complicated with Daru as one of the MC and all, at least I can say that my feeling to the villain theme from DaSH itself is not complicated in that it's a chilling and good song. Kimijima Kou Enjoy.
  23. What a nice page number that we have lol. That aside, since I'm not particularly playing anything yet I'll just comment about Robotic Notes here. I know that DaSH here did offer some nice plot, although to me it's just undermined by the presence of Daru as the MC. I mean sure Daru here is a good character in Steins Gate, but as far as he become the MC let's just say that I prefer them to have Kaito as the only MC. Sure the people may like his presence so I can't exactly says it's a bad thing, although if a series or VN decided to make a crossover it could be signify that the company here is pretty much quite desperate and it shows with Robotic Notes seeing that they need to ask Daru to become the MC, and after I scanned some of DaSH playthrough I think they don't really need Daru to be the MC at all seeing that Kaito can still fulfill his role to be the MC because Daru didn't really interact much with Robotic Notes casts from what I see. Yes I know that DaSH here is meant for 'Daru Super Hacker', although once again it's pretty much a desperate attempt to grab some attention from the fans by blatantly slap the unrelated characters nickname in the sequel. I guess in the end I can only say that my reaction with crossover would be quite complicated, because I always think that it should be okay as long as it's not in canon series and yet I didn't find it okay if the company decided to do it. I know that the staffs here want to make the heroes prepared themselves for their eventual confrontation with a mysterious and ambiguous group (C of 3 times 10 squared) so that the crossover would obviously inevitable, but I felt that rather than set them as threatening currently I can only see them as the plot device to keep the player to pay attention to the series with the promise that the staffs will eventually have them defeated along with give the excuse for the need of crossover (Especially in DaSH). If the staffs just want to make it as ambiguous threat and not to be defeated, I prefer them to not refer it at all although then again it would allow the staffs to easily explain on why some villain need to be evil (Because they can just use the excuse of them being the member of committee), so I sort of understand on why the staffs keep the ambiguous villain group there (Even though I didn't quite like it). Anyway my rambling aside, I think Robotic Notes here should be good enough to be standalone. Granted that there's Nae who is basically Steins Gate character, but at least she's just a side character in there as well (She's very good looking if I may honest). Also I know that Steiner did say that the final arc for DaSH is a good one, although I can also said that it's similar to Chu Chu series (Pseudo sequel for both of Chaos series) in that it's a series that have fanservice filled and then ended with a serious plot, and it shouldn't be a coincidence that the main writer for DaSH here is also the one who write Chu Chu series.
  24. Visual Novel Translation Status (11/15/2020) For the title I just combined 'Sakura' from 'Sakura Succubus 3' VN that was released several days ago along (At 2nd) with 'Zombie Outbreak' because we have the Steam store for Zombie VN part 3 was opened and the VN itself is dealing with zombie outbreak, so we have 'Sakura Zombie Outbreak' as the title for this week VNTS Review. As for this week, I guess there's no much to say other than it's pretty much quite plain or like Zakamutt said an uneventful week. That said, there's still some interesting announcements to note though such as Akagoei prologue patch release along with some usual updates from fan translation, so perhaps it's still interesting week to a degree. Anyway let's see what I can write for this week as well. Cherry Kiss decided to release yet another nukige, and this time they release a nukige with the premise an invisible man decided to make several women in his neighbourhood pregnant. The localized VN title is 'Invisible Cock: You'll Never See It Cumming', which certainly would remind you of Persona 5 normal battle lyric if you play it (Or you can just search 'Persona 5 Last Surprise' in Youtube in case you didn't play it because you didn't have necessary console to play it). As for Cherry Kiss here, I can say that at least I should give them some credits for their creative localized title along with their frequent releases even though all of their VNs are nukige lol. Go get the VN from Steam if you need some nukige and interested, and have fun. Sekai did updated some of their project. As for the updates, currently we have Slobbish Dragon Princess was fully edited and right now they're already received the build that presumably would be used for QA, Nine Episode 4 translation progress (Translation and editing progress) was already finished and now they've waiting for the build, and the Steam store for Zombie VN volume 3 was already up with the release estimation will be at December later (No exact date yet). While Steam store for Zombie VN volume 3 opened is good because finally we can have the last part for Zombie VN episodic release, I'm more interested with Nine Episode 4 in that it's quite fast. Then again I see that Dovac did state at the Discord that they'll try to have Nine Episode 4 released at this year, so let's see if Sekai can fulfill their target later. For fan translation updates, right now we have Taimanin Yukikaze 2 was at 85% edited, Harugi was at 71% translated with Yuuna's route was at 56% translated and Misaki's route was at 15% translated, and Eustia was at 57.61% TLC-ed with Licia's chapter was at 29.96% TLC-ed. We also have Akagoei prologue patch in which it's obviously translate the VN up to the prologue, and according to the post the prologue itself had 5,000 lines. Go get the patch here if you want to read Akagoei's prologue in English, and have fun. Lastly we have Committee of Zero released their fix patch for Robotic Notes Elite in that it improved some of the translation and more importantly it add mouse support that Spike Chunsoft forgot to add. Go get the patch here if you felt that the translation is lacking and that you feel uncomfortable to not be able to use mouse to play Robotic Notes, and have fun. Oh there's still no patch for DaSH here, although seeing that they already stated that they'll worked on that we may see the patch in the near future. That's all for this week VNTS Review, and sorry for the short entry here. See you next week.
  25. Asairo - I only know that it's one of Shuumon VN and that he's been lauded as good writer, and that so far none of his works are translated because apparently it's very hard to do. Natsuyume Nagisa - One of Niijima Yuu famous work with the man himself also lauded as one of good writer, although looks like his writing in Einstein (His most recent VN) is quite controversial in that people didn't like on how he arrange the route or something like that. This VN also did have translation project in the past, although turned out that the team didn't have enough capability to do translation work so that they decided to drop the project without saying anything after it's been established for several weeks (I did say that the leader did drink a lot when he established the project along with call it as scam and troll project lol). History aside, this is summer part of Saga Planet season series and that the plot is quite famous as nakige plot. Hopefully Nekonyan will pick this seeing that it's one of well received VN, although I know that it'll be hard to do. Other than those two VNs, no much that I can comment on the releases so that's all for July 2009.
