I've personally never had a problem with Windows 10 and visual novels. In fact I was able to install Steins;Gate on my Windows 10 computer which I coudn't do on my Windows 8 computer for some reason. Microsoft is generally pretty good about maintaining support for older programs.

The soundscape is real powerful. Especially in any kind of choking situations. There's lots of screaming too, so idk if you'd like that. You should be able to turn off the sounds though.

It sounds like you've only read the Fate route of F/SN. There are two other routes, Unlimited Bladeworks and Heaven's feel. Most downloads of F/SN include a PDF document that details all three routes and the choices you have to make to get them.

Arachnid Bug here is a monster rape VN. It also appears to have the atmosphere you're looking for. Unfortunately they all appear to be fairly short and linear though.
