Well, I'm satisfied that they cleared things up with Subahibi and Island. Sad about no new announcements, but at least we know there's 2 secret projects. One is apparently pretty similar to something announced last year at AX (I don't exactly know if that's correct. My stream cut out).

Explains why I didn't notice anything. Can we just assume that Makoto is being run rampant by JAST then?

Can we safely assume that any Nitroplus releases have been abandoned?

P sure HaruKuru is being handled by the company themselves. Either that or discussions are still ongoing with another company. JAST's panel is already over apparently. I know that they don't release shit, but damn, I would've imagined it would've gone on for longer than just one new announcement.

The only thing about this that upsets me is no maid routes. Everything else doesn't interest me.

Already read the only Majikoi game that was good, at least to me, which is the first one. At least I can buy it in English in the future.

Only 18+ announcement I care about thus far is Nanairo. That one will hopefully be a fun read.

Damekoi was legit the only hype announcement for me. For somebody who can really appreciate character drama, this is quite the interesting license. Glad MangaGamer managed to secure this one. I honestly highly doubt it. I get the link between Damekoi and WA2 is Maruto himself, but I seriously doubt Leaf would let the license go unless it was for a large sum that MangaGamer doesn't have. I hope I have to eat my words on this proclamation to be honest, but it's the most realistic way of seeing it in my opinion. I have wanted WA2 for a long time now and do hope it comes out though.

I just got to the OP after 3 hours of reading. God this is taking so long to actually get somewhere. Also, the whole "nominating a girl for some competition or tradition" has been done a lot and it doesn't intrigue me. I'm considering just dropping it, but Himari and Io seem like they could have something to their routes. Emphasis on seem because I can never trust a moege to have something intriguing in it. Well, here's to hoping something actually happens and that I can actually get into this physical manifestation of mediocrity.

You have too much faith that they'll release them in the next 10 years. My shitty wants and opinions on each of the panels. Mangagamer - I don't really know what they're gonna announce. Definitely something from Moonstone as the artist will be there. I could hope for something from Propeller like Evolimit, but I can't be too hopeful as I don't know the sales of Propeller's two releases here in the West. The major thing I care about currently is that Conjueror confirmed a project he is involved in will be announced at the panel. Tweet seen here. That may be Evolimit or a new partner. All I know is that you can look at his top VNDB scores and be extremely hopeful. Sekai Project - Their announcements have never been my style. They surprised us with Baldr Sky last summer, but still no 18+ confirmed release and no TL updates, which is kinda expected from Sekai being that their PR is pretty shit. Anyways, I will expect something from Favourite like AstralAir or Irosekai. My most hopeful wishes would be White Album 2 and HatsuSaku as they are way more towards what Sekai likes to localize, but those are pipe dreams and pretty much unrealistic, at least, when it comes to Leaf ever giving somebody the license to White Album 2. Other than that, maybe a few moege and something interesting will show up. I don't really know. All I can do is hope they ascend past my really low expectations for them. JAST - they will announce stuff, but it's not like any of them will be released in the next decade anyways. Frontwing - I'm really hopeful for an Island release date as Himawari has made me a G.O. fanboy. Also, a Subahibi release date would also be nice. I'm hoping they announce something awesome as well. They do have ties to other Japanese companies like Akabei Soft and KeroQ with recent English translations, but we can only hope. Those are my opinions and wishes for AX announcements. I probably wasted my time and 90% of the announcements will be moege and nukige, but hey, a man can dream. Edit - Also, forgot about Arunaru's tweet. I don't care about a lot of gameplay VNs anyways so it won't be worth my time unless it's a highly rated Eushully game.

Being an English only reader and all, I never ever get burnout from reading because of the release schedule. I do get burned out from reading certain VNs though.

Man, I feel the complete opposite from you. I though Michiru's route felt stagnant as hell and boring and found Misaki's route to be fun to read. I guess that's more a thing of me liking Misaki more than Michiru in the end.

Tfw you're hoping for MG to return with OreTsuba and realize that your wish will never be granted. For those secret projects, I could see one being from the Kyonyuu Fantasy universe as well and one other one may be from Moonstone or another long-time partner. Dunno about the other ones so I'll keep my hype levels low so that I don't end up like last year.
