  1. I like it more if there is a true route, though I have not read any romance VN's yet so I can't comment on them. However, in story focused VN's I think a True Route is aiways a great finale, at least the ones I have read so far.
  2. Steins; Gate. Finally. Also Narcissu on Steam, though probably I'll finish Steins; Gate first.
  3. I think you should, it gives a great idea of the atmosphere.
  4. Just remembered that Yuni talks about prime numbers as well... O.O That kid's showing off more than he shows.
  5. Just be happy <3
  6. Actually PRECEDING Never7, it appears there was a visual novel called "Infinity" for PS1 and Neo Geo Pocket Color or something, only in Japanese. It's the first game of the series, and for all we know, maybe the answer is hidden in there...
  7. I believe it is actually more than 1k per day... I guess a Kickstarter is given 30 days to succeed, so it has made 10K in 8 days so far. If it keeps up this ratio, it might even reach a few stretch goals. Also it seems that it was Greenlit today!
  8. Desperately trying to look on the good side, nothing will limit your imagination about what the hell really happened.
  9. I really liked it, and it seems like at this rate it might very well get funded! I am going to pledge 25 bucks this weekend, and I'd recommend you do so as well.
  10. At the end you wrote "Q1 2014", as the estimated release time, I suppose you mean 2015?
  11. I would say that if the game is legally unavailable in the local area or country, it's OK to pirate something. It can actually even be helpful, since it is potential publication. I also play games that I pirated just because I did not want to pay for them. I know that's theft and I look at that fact in the eyes.
  12. ...but it's not translated yet! *grits teeth in frustration and need of Root Double, 12Riven, Exogenesis and Zero Escape 3*
  13. If you can call it a route, Virtue's Last Reward Quark End. Also You route in Ever17. Quite boring, if you ask me.
  14. What does "riven" mean? It is... Never Ever Remember Code Riven or Never Remember Riven Ever Code (by numbers- 7 11 12 17 18) Abbreviated: "NRREC" But what'd "Code Riven" mean? We need to read Code18 and 12Riven to find out... (I also have to read Never7 sometime)
  15. I still do not know how to get the tuna CG
  16. I do not have a good memory so I mostly remember crucial events, some endings and the occasional random scenes.
  17. I've seen worse. This "review" is one of the worst I have seen, just read the first paragraph and the verdict; then that Narcissu review just seems like your average, generic gamer having not done their research. (I am saying this as someone that has not played the game yet it is still obvious)
  18. I finished the Demo of Exogenesis. I am really excited to see the rest of it! Now I am going to play Narcissu from Steam and then I plan on reading Steins; Gate! (I am a beginner, so much to read!)
  19. I agree that Uchikoshi reuses very similiar themes, but I still think that his execution always(except remember11 due to budget cuts) is great and fresh. I am also interested in Root Double now as well, dammit. It does indeed look similar to 999, though I'd wager it isn't as suspenseful.
  20. I am just saddened that 999 and Virtue's Last Reward are not on the list. Otherwise, you strike with another awesome list!
  21. If you have a 3DS or a PS Vita, you owe it to yourself to play Virtue's Last Reward. I'm not saying any more because I might spoil stuff and there is quite a lot that can get spoiled- also play the preceding DS game 999(9 Hours 9 Persons 9 Doors) before playing this, everything makes much more sense. Otherwise Ever17 is recommended. I also liked Remember11 but remember you might be left wanting.
  22. Something with few selections, routes and endings or a proper flowchart like Virtue's Last Reward, I do not like following walkthroughs strictly to get an ending... As for the story, something sci-fi and/or post-apocalyptic with a few H-scenes that only I would enjoy but would be optional. Lots of adventure and mindfucking plot twists at the end(basically something Uchikoshi.). I know, I have a limited imagination... I'll probably make another post if I get a better idea. P.S: Steve, I'd pay to read that... Also I found your marketing slogan: "One <protagonist name here> a day, keeps the doctor away!"
