I played until the opening scene (just after the first fight) and it was good I want to read it once it is out, I liked the idea of the "fairy" mysterious girl helping you out to fight again-. I agree, those flashbacks to your childhoodfriend are a bit cliched ( a bit too much) The combat just like in the checker trial it was a bit convoluted, I mashed z,x and c and I won... I don't understand why the main character is partially voiced, it hate when they do that you either voice him or you don't!

Mine it's from berserk, I've been using it since I registered in the forum. Spoilers ahead xD You can see Guts and Casca (Gattsu and Kyasuka or whatever you want to call them xD) at some point both of them get in some serious shit (they are lovers at that point), those events destroy casca's sanity and she regress to being a baby in her mind to repress them, Gattsu doesn't give up and still takes care of her all the time, you can say she is the only person in the whole world that he treats really well even if she behaves like a baby. The picture is fan made but it's awesome and really emotional, I chose it because I love berserk and I love Guts, even if everything sucks in his life from the day he was born he keeps fighting and doesn't give up. And yes go read berserk because it's fucking awesome.(the anime and movies don't do justice to it)

I didn't know that Mizusawa Kei was doing the voice acting in this game, I love her so much I could play this vn just for her also having both languages at the same time...I cant resist playing it even if it's not my type of novel and the translation looks fine to time.

There are certain things that can be left as they in a the original script this however is not one of them, the Japanese language has many ways of citing or quoting(like 7 xD), one of them is using 「」if I recall correctly it's for a direct citation and nothing more, what we use in the west " " , leaving the 「」doesn't make sense when you have an equivalent for the same exact thing! Some even wont be able to understand what it means. I do think they are prettier and look better, just like the point or the coma。or、

I knew it xD btw about the engine it tends to hang pretty often and you cannot close it no matter what, I need to restart my pc >_> (it happened with giniro trial and other new games too like sayonara wo oshiete the newer version that uses siglus , it likes to freeze when you save T_T) but then again I'm not sure if it is a problem of the engine itself or an issue for cracking the exe , is hard to spot bugs when you are not actually using it as you should. But the engine was not the issue here EDIT:I just read the opinion of that guy in reddit about the vn and yeah he basically nails it saying that the vn is basically nothing at all but that that is the point of the novel.... and it's still comedy... if you can find it funny in the first place. (The storm of rage is coming strong probably) So I read (kinda) lamunation and all I have to say is NOPE NOPE NOPE and NOPE, it's about nothing with bad jokes going on and on and on ... oh my god I'm going to have nightmares with those cheesy special effect sounds. and the voice of irisu.... I wanted to kill myself every time she was talking, is was like hearing makina (from grisaia..she is xD) but forced to the extreme to make it sound like a 4 years old girl, that high pitched voice... D: D: NOPE NOPE I don't know who is the audience for this vn, I can't really say what genre is, maybe a bizarre-comedy-unstoppable-nightmare-that-you-can't-wake-up-from. And after all that I was curious to see how far it went.. so I hold the precious control key to skip to the end but... it didn't end... it didn't want to end after a few minutes I got tired and close the vn to oblivious. Last but not least it uses siglusengine if you don't know why I'm complaining about this it's because you need to "crack" the .exe or else you can't run the game because you are "outside" of Japan (yeah even if it's a trial-free version!) EDIT: I won't say it's a bad vn or a good one (is not even finished and I didn't read it till the end), clearly I'm not the target of this and so I can't understand nor appreciate what it is or what is trying to do, I just don't get it, to put it bluntly it was like watching abstract art, is it good or bad? who knows, for me it's nothing at all and that's that.

He is giving out useful advice like if you want to read a Japanese untranslated VNs why don't you pay someone to translate it for you and cut the out the middle man aka SP, mangagamer, JAST, etc.... or learn japanese to translate it yourself.... what? He also trivialize what S.R.L. did with their vn (he doesn't talk about the whole scam about the voice acting either) and blames SP for pulling the game from steam.... and I can go on and on but in general it's just a waste of time. I'm really critical against SP (yep it's really obvious at this point) but this guy doesn't make any sense, though his complains about some delays are understandable, that's the only thing I can agree with him at a certain level.
